Our goal is to help bring some joy, knowledge, and laughter to a pretty crappy (pun-intended) disease, through discussions about living with IBD.

This audio clip is NOT an episode, just a short conversation about nothing in particular, between Tony & Sarah in order to test the new soundboard. We have been attempting to improve the quality of our sound and eliminate the echo present throughout our previous episodes, and we successfully managed to achieve that in this audio short! Safe to say, we are both extremely excited to have a more "professional" sound. Episode 7_The One with the Surgeries, will drop Sunday August 2nd. Thanks for listening!
In this week's episode we discuss the "fear cycle" associated with various aspects of this disease, including fear with food, future health implications, being on long-term medications, body changes, and navigating intimate relationships.
