We spend 1/3 of our lives working. Why would you want to spend it on something that doesn't bring you happiness?
Research shows that when a team has fun at work, they are more engaged, creative, and committed to their jobs. So, how can you make your work environment more fun?!
Dave Raymond, the original Phillie Phanatic, will tell you on this episode of Tips in 10.
For nearly 30 years, Dave has worked with companies to explore how fun can make individuals, teams, and entire cities healthier and happier.
He got his start by blazing his path to happiness and overcoming hardships during his early career as the original Phillie Phanatic for the Philadelphia Phillies. He is credited with creating the Phanatic's personality, now an iconic symbol for the Phillies and the city of brotherly love.
After spending 16 years as the world's most beloved mascot, entertaining more than 60 million people, he parlayed his experience into a simple, life-altering process called The Power of Fun.
Dave is now a keynote speaker, business owner, and author who trains others to value fun as a force within the workplace.

It's hard to wear multiple hats as a small business owner tasked with endless responsibilities while being a significant contributor to generating revenue.
Sales are among the most challenging obstacles any start-up will face to grow. For most, a full pipeline allows endless possibilities, whereas an empty pipeline brings an end to all possibilities.
With nearly three decades of professional development, Tom Freedman learned an important lesson: no matter how much he invested in training and development, the key to execution and application hinged on how it was delivered far more than what was being delivered.
In this episode of Tips in 10, Tom shares the five-pillar strategy that helped him effectively manage his pipeline to convert prospects into ideal customers.
