Get ready for one inspiring message from the incredibly talented Sophie Well MBE who is a Para and able-bodied Dressage rider. At the young age of 29, she has already been to two Olympic games, World cups, European championships, and won medals for her country. But not all has been smooth sailing after describing her struggle with self-doubt and feeling like all her success was just a fluke. She even expresses how after winning 2 individual silver medals and a team Gold at London Olympics she classed it as a failure. Listen to how she changed her mindset around for the next Olympics and felt much happier even before she knew she had won a Gold individual medal. ENJOY!
After having one of the worst burnouts of my life I was forced to stop and sort some underlying issues out. I had to ask myself hard questions like why do I feel the need to work myself into the ground? I have also realised that I don't want to have a constant positive mindset as this is not healthy and it isn't reality. This podcast is the start of me accepting my vulnerability, accepting I am not in control all the time, and that's ok, and learning how to step forwards from this situation. Enjoy!
In this episode I talk through this question. We have all had those moments where we are unsure whether to persist with our horse or to move them onto another rider. There are many reasons behind this and I talk you through my experience of trying to sell Wilfred as I felt over horsed and also selling Jaffa after realising she would be better off with another rider. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts on this one.

I have packed so much into this podcast. I explain why some days I can feel really confident and able and some days the slightest spook can fill me with dread. I talk a lot about the inner game in our heads too. I then lead into being practical and logical if your horse is being a little naughty and ways to overcome this. I finish by explaining how to overcome a confidence hurdle with realistic goals. Enjoy guys and make sure to spread this podcast to friends and family as well as letting me know what you thought through social media.
This is by far the scariest bit of content I have ever posted. I have pondered over sharing this part of my life on social media for a good year now. I just felt too much shame and embarrassment. The reason I decided to is I think it's important to be 100% with you guys and if me sharing my story helps someone else then it's all worth it. I talk over why I turned to this, the actual experience of surgery and recovery, and the impact it had on my relationship with my family. I finish by answering the question in the title. Would love to know your thoughts on this one! Enjoy x
In this podcast I talk over how I use to always play the victim from a young age. I explain why it is a very destructive habit to get into and why. I also explain that its not about covering up those tough emotions but feeling them then letting them pass. It's important to not get stuck in the past and stay bitter about it. Enjoy and let me know what you think through social media or Itunes review.

The podcasts just keep getting deeper. Here is a topic that I have struggled with for many years. I have made some painful mistakes but also learned some valuable lessons. This is one I have been gearing up to talk about for a while! It's very honest and real but hoping it can help all the daughters and mothers out there. I also go into a tough story about a rebellious stage in my life which I've never spoken about and a story of what snapped me out of being a brat!
