In the day of short attention spans — when you see headlines that are clickbait that you want to believe — instead of reading through the article or researching its validity, you assume its true and you forward on the info. “Can you believe this… you gotta share this…”. Then later, in the comment section, someone calls you out… “Fake News”
Look to God as the ultimate satisfier of our desires; our spouses are not. Develop the habit of casting our frustrations/unmet needs and desires on him. He promises GRACE to the humble...not the demanding. CAST YOUR CARES.

So what are you to do with your expectations? You can't deny them, because most expectations started out as God given desires.
A great marriage doesn’t happen by accident. It requires care and regular maintenance. But sometimes we don’t want to make the effort. As long as it’s not broken, do we really need to talk about it?
Intimacy is the experience of really knowing and being known by another person. Not only do we desire intimacy with others, but God desires intimacy with us.
