As Carlos celebrates his birthday today, his hosting duties were replaced in this episode by one of his closest friends, AJ Leonardo. Because we wanted to surprise him on his special day, we asked Carlos’ friends to send in a voice recording narrating their favorite memory with the birthday boy, what life or love advice would they like to give him, and a pick-up line that they would like to tell him. This episode is the congregation of the 22 messages that people graciously sent to us. More than the large number, the touching and heartwarming encouragements that were addressed to Carlos in these messages just goes to show how loved and appreciated he is in this world.

Most people say that high school was the best time of their lives. By recounting the smiles and tears, successes and failures, and the achievements and embarrassments she had to endure throughout her high school journey, Andrea shows us that it’s not all rainbows and unicorns. Through these stories about her stay in Philippine Science-Clark, she also gives us a glimpse into what life is like studying in one of the best high schools in the Philippines. To add even more complexity to her situation, Andrea had to live away from her parents at the mere age of 13. If you are someone that is fond of reminiscing the simple yet sometimes petty joys of high school, then you should certainly give this episode a listen.
