I have worked a plan for $55 to $60 million over 5 years and the northern and southern borders can be secured and America restored to the success it once had. Now corporate America's tax incentives. All this talk from the Democrats about doing away with the Bush tax breaks. I have the perfect compromise. At tax time the companies that can prove that they employ at least 65% EmployeeÃ????? vs Contractor would qualify for the "Bush Tax Break" and the companies that fall below 65% wouldn't qualify.
