Step aside mom bloggers, there is a new Super Dads blog in town. James is a National Government researcher involved in cutting-edge work in medicine, law and longevity. Recipient of numerous national awards he firmly demonstrates how academics must have practical application. A father of 3 children he hosts the show SuperDads, dedicated to empowering Men, and encouraging “boys” to learn how to become Men. The outcome, to reintegrate fathers as protectors and participants in the beginning and developments of their families. There is no “lip service” in this show, you learn to lead by example by changing yourself first (man or woman). It’s called male authenticity and is definitely under attack for the lady decades of the ascendancy of redefining masculinity to weaken this. James uncovers and explains the science, discusses some products, services and available adventures out there for Dads and families to experience in South Africa.
In this episode, I discuss how smoking weed as a primary treatment to any circadian disease is dumb. Why? It is not the pot that is essentially unhealthy its the lack of oxygen that matters delivered to mitochondria. Anytime you smoke anything NAD+ drops and pseudohypoxia is the result and your wellness is under assault. Smoking anything with another sac of cells inside of you, chronically drawing energy from your own body is just not natural or a wise thing to do. Smoking weed is not wise due to lung damage and lowered O2, but CBD oil has a role for some. It is more wise than smoking. The key is use of CBD needs specific epigenetic exposures. From the workshops I’m putting together in training doctors one will learn the points well. Most people using pot in a circadian mismatch. Not wise. Literature has been useful in using marijuana to explain cancer, apoptosis to describe how the process works. Glucose in controlled amounts leads to controlled swelling inside of the cytosol and mitochondria to stimulate the M phase of the cell cycle to change the size and shape of the things in a cell. When this change in volume is controlled we get normal growth and metabolism. When it becomes uncontrolled because of two specific changes in mitochondria, we lose the volume control because of deuterium fractionation. That is how the biophysics of uncontrolled growth begins. Understanding the change is a quantum thermodynamic mechanism related to the spin of a proton. When it goes awry everything goes awry because the biochemistry in your medical books can no longer operate that way any longer. It has become increasingly difficult to find a hospital that use bath therapy to alleviate pain. Since you have been following my SuperDads adventures on FB and Instagram, I finally had a chance to sit down and discuss some of those interesting posts. To catch you up, Pharma Dynamics [ FB ] contracted me to give CPD talks to GPs across the country at their symposiums. The focus of the talks is in the realm of my research in sub-molecular medicine and biophysics elaborating on the non-linear effects artificial light and IMF has on health and performance.
One of our recent talks were held at the Irene Dairy Farm [ FB ]. Getting there, you may have checked out the photos and videos of Pebble, River (our son) and I traveling through the airport on our super durable and lightweight Samsonite luggage [ FB ]. Usually for Pebble I like to cook food for her and give her leftovers, however, with all this flying we were using Field and Forest [ FB ] by Montego. Nova Chocolate is a sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan-friendly chocolate. However, in this episode, I discuss why the epigenetic consumption intake requires the liberal use of seaweeds.
Marine vegetation can mitigate ocean acidification, study finds. The reason, however, eludes them: Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in marine vegetation have a lot of deuterium in them (Seafood/DHA does not) and this deuterium indirectly affects the salinity of seawater to affect the pH scale. Deuterium is capable of shifting pH because of its extra neutron compared to acids with H+. It turns out the oxygen isotope Oxygen-18 (O18) is linearly related to deuterium content in the water on Earth. The concentration of O18 in precipitation decreases with temperature.
The coldest sites on Earth, in locations such as Antarctica and Greenland, have about 5 percent less O18 and deuterium than ocean water. When this water melts into seawater it dramatically affects the salinity of the sea. The same is true of Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in your brain. When you liberate O18 and deuterium in your body it has a radical effect on your salinity. We see this in neurosurgical conditions like Diabetes Inspidus, SIADH, and ANF. Does this relationship in nature scale to nature? It does. Many of the most important records of past climate variability from the tropical oceans are based on proxies linked to the stable isotopic composition of seawater.
In particular, carbonate records of 18O derived from fossil corals and marine microfossils and shells of seafood are key indicators of past changes in ocean temperature and salinity. What are the implications of this? As we live in a 5G blue light world resulting in us to collect more deuterium and O18. As it accumulates in our tissues it will decrease our intrinsic salinity and we'll need more salt not less as we irradiate ourselves with nnEMF to maintain our bone mass.

I sit down with Earth Probiotic [ FB ] to discuss their Japanese Bokashi Bin. An on-site food waste composting solutions scalable from household to industrial volumes. A way of turning your food waste back into soil food. Nude foods [ FB ] is a plastic-free supermarket. I was treated to a plastic-free shopping experience for myself and family. It involved filling our pantry with some high-quality, sustainable, delicious foods and products, without filling the bin with wasteful packaging.
I then had a sit-down with owner Paul on their bulk wholefoods, health foods, and earth-friendly products are all non-GMO, plastic-free and sold by weight. He tells me about their goal is to make plastic-free shopping easy and accessible to the everyday shopper, whilst supporting local suppliers and other waste-reducing initiatives.
Admittedly, when my producer first put this show together I was sceptical. Why? I have visited a couple of these zero waste stores in South Africa and I really was not impressed by the experience nor by the hypocrisy where the environment itself was an epigenetic disaster.
I talk about some of these experiences along with the epigenetic challenges now facing Vegans and Vegetarians in a blue-light bi-directional microwaveable nnEMF world. How India has the fastest growing rate of diabetes and how this is all linked.

Christiaan from Scootours, treated my brother-in-law and I to a Scootour, I mean Scootrail experience by Table Mountain. It was a great adrenaline adventure of seeing the sights of Cape Town, going down-line on an off-road push scooter. A fun 90 min trail adventure that is fun, and filled with Jumps.

Today I am at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) of South Africa. I sit down with Ms Renni Naidoo, specialist Specialist: Legal Counsel at SARS. I interview her discussing how SARS provides a very special medical and disability tax incentive. I ask questions on how you the Taxpayers are able to potentially help me and my Service Dog Pebble.

Today I am at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) of South Africa. I sit down with Mr. Andrew Wes one of the panel review members. SARS and the Dept. of Science and Technology (DST) put together a great supportive and incentive package for research and development in South Africa. The incentive package provides: • A deduction equal to 150% of expenditure incurred directly for Research & Development and, • An accelerated depreciation deduction (that is, 50:30:20) for capital expenditure incurred on machinery or plant used for R&D. This is really a big deal and a great potential support option for researchers such as myself. Govt. has pulled back funding particularly for post-graduate researchers such as myself. The positive and negative health effects from non-native electromagnetic field (nnEMF) effects are real. This includes cell towers. The data has been published, numerous Nobel Prize Awards to explain it, however, the understanding of nnEMF and health in medicine is a cross-pollinating exercise between disciplines in connecting the dots. Most allopathic medicine lacks training in dealing with mitochondrial-related diseases. nnEMF diseases for medical practitioners have several problems. Firstly, they don’t understand the linkage between their pathology and biochemistry books, to what is seen clinically in the world today. Secondly, if one tries to understand the nnEMF issue purely from a biological platform, doctors will be wholly unsuccessful. Physicians need to approach from a biophysics angle. Unfortunately, most allopathic doctors do not have a big physics background.
The problem in medical school and functional medicine training, no one teaches really how mitochondria operates and how it connects into the pathways. Therefore, nnEMF is a big “black box” for most practitioners because they don’t understand how different parts of the nnEMF spectrum affects different parts within the cell. Thereby, unable to explain the symptoms many patients have. Additionally, what really complicates matters further is the countenance of 4G and 5G nnEMF technology. It is ever more complicated because of the way electrical engineers are now changing waveform. It is no longer a strict power density issue anymore. Now, one has to know some of the interesting physics behind this to understand it.
Recently, this has been recognised by different domestic Organs of State. The reviews of the recent Govt. funded nnEMF study has seen this research, development and public health training in alignment with national strategies and priorities. Over the years to come, investment has been taken to start training doctors, and teach 1st and 2nd-year medical students in biophysics.

Gábor Somlyai [ https://preventa.org/ ] graduated as a biologist at József Attila University (now University of Szeged) in 1982. Between 1982 és 1990 he worked for the Department of Plant Pathology, Plant Protection Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. From 1983 to 1986 he had a scholarship from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences as a postgraduate student for obtaining PhD.
In 1988 he defended his thesis in molecular biology. In the same year dr. Somlyai spent 6 months at the Georg-August University in Göttingen with a DFG scholarship and from the end of 1988, he held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Missouri (Columbia, Missouri, USA), where he worked in the field of genetic engineering and gene mapping.
In the wake of the Hungarian Nobel-prize winning scientist Albert Szent-Györgyi - who said that the true cause of cancer should be looked for at the sub-molecular level - dr. Somlyai began his investigations in 1990 as a senior research fellow at the Hungarian Institute of Oncology, examining the biological importance of naturally occurring deuterium.
In 1993 he established HYD Ltd. for Research and Development (now HYD LLC. for Cancer Research and Drug Development) to carry out anticancer research and drug development based on the proprietary procedure, deuterium depletion and to start drug registration. Derek Main from the National Alliance Against Cell Masts (NAACM). NAACM is also the Durban Anti-Cell Mast Alliance (Dacma) spearheaded by Niki Moore. A group of people from around South Africa who are alarmed at what seems to be an uncontrolled rolling out of cellular infrastructure for technology, the effects of which are not fully tested. In no way are we against technology and advancement; however, we strongly oppose the erection of cell masts in residential areas, near schools and in the vicinity of old-age homes. There is a growing unease about the effect of microwaves on people.

Prof.David O. Carpenter is a public health physician who serves as director of the Institute for Health and the Environment, a Collaborating Center of the World Health Organization, as well as a professor of environmental health sciences at UAlbany's School of Public Health.
He previously served as Director of the Wadsworth Center of the New York State Department of Health, and as Dean of the University at Albany School of Public Health. Carpenter, who received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, has more than 435 peer-reviewed publications, 6 books and 50 reviews and book chapters to his credit.
His expertise include human health effects of environmental contaminants, including metals and organic compounds. He has appeared in many documentaries, a thesis examiner for multidisciplinary research and served as a co-researcher and review in studies relating to exposure to high voltage power lines.

Prof. Frank Barnes is a distinguished professor at the University of Colorado Boulder. He received his B.S. from Princeton University in electrical engineering in 1954, his M.S. Engineer and PhD from Stanford University in 1955, 1956, and 1958. He joined the University of Colorado in 1959. He was appointed a Distinguished Professor in 1997.
He was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2001 and received the Gordon Prize 2004 for innovations in Engineering Education from the National Academy. He is a fellow of IEEE, AAAS, and served as Vice President of IEEE for publication and as Chairman of the Electron Device Society and President of the Bioelectromagnetics Society, and as U.S. Chair of Commission K-International Union of Radio Sciences (URSI). He and his students have built lasers, flash lamps, super conductors, avalanche photo diodes and other electron devices.. Recently they have been studying the effects weak magnetic field on radical concentrations and changes in the growth rate of cancers and other cells.

Karl Muller, born in Johannesburg in 1957, his family went into political exile in the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland) in 1962. He went on to be a physics and mathematics lecturer at Witwatersrand University, South Africa. He also worked as an educational research at the University of Western Cape. Then worked as a subeditor and freelance writer in Johannesburg on national newspapers and magazines (including Farmer's Weekly) until 2010. He then returned to the Kingdom of Eswatini and works now as a freelance scientific editor, specializing in statistical and econometric papers. Phew, a mouth, I mean brain full.
One of his many paramount achievements was the established and precedent ruling set by his complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) of South Africa. Upon the scientific and factual evidence, along with independent body reviews, in 2004, the ASA ruled mobile devices are not to be targeted to children under the age of 16, for non-essential purposes.

On today's show, I interview Dave and Wilma Miles from EMFSA to discuss the means of surveying your home for non-native electromagnetic fields. From their experience, they found it is the dad's who are first resistant when the wife calls them out. The husband would shout do what you want but don't touch my WiFi. However, after they come in and the husband is able to visually identify the radiation using the meters, it is he then that takes things passionately forward by conducting further measurements and implementing solutions.
