My name is Bastian Harth, I'm the host. I'm a side hustler, podcast host of Flying Colours, career and life coach, mentor, polyglot, and so much more! My attitude to life is continuous learning. I enjoy trying out new things and meeting new people even though I'm at heart an introvert. I've lived in many countries including Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, the UK, France, and Panama. I studied politics for my bachelor's and master's degrees but realised that a more business- and entrepreneurial-driven career is what I am looking for. One of my biggest passions is specialty coffee. I even left my stable job and apartment behind to work on a farm for a year...

Through my proven track record of success, I have developed corporate Diversity and Inclusion Strategies, as well as targeted Race initiatives. I developed race training material and presented at senior boards with recommendations on how to improve racial diversity in the workplace.
Outside of work, I love to travel and learn languages. I speak English, French and Spanish. I am currently taking weekly classes to learn Bengali, and have also done courses in German, Dutch and Italian. To wind down I also do yoga (when I get the chance!)"

Evelyn started her very first "business" at the age of 5 by the roadside and began reselling her used-books at the age of 10. Afterwards, she worked in food processing, only being 12 years old at that time. As she comes from a low-income family "she had to mature earlier than her friends" she says.
When she was 18 years old, she received a promotion to become state manager for an event activation company but she realised soon that she preferred doing a Bachelor of Marketing (Honours) in UTAR.
During her university life, she and her co-founder came up with the idea of an automated food reseller in university to cater to the demand of hungry students who would want to buy cheap and quick food. This is where the starting point of her real entrepreneur journey got kick-started: She started Vechnology which quickly became the pioneer vending industry producer in Malaysia.
Being an entrepreneur while still committing to studies at university brought more challenges and difficulties than she expected but her motto: "Never stop trying your limits" kept her going. She persisted, grabbed all opportunities that she saw as fit and stayed true to her heart and passions to this day.
