today we want to talk about Detective Pikachu, one of our favorite movie. This movie is particullarly enjoyable for those who grew up with the series as we did. But did the movies do the series and the franchise justice?

Hello everyone and welcome back.
To watch or not to watch, that is the question my friends. In today’s epsiode, we want to revist an oldie of mine, Cowboy Bepbop; gunslingers in outer space. Now, this one holds a special place in my heart for the fact that it is a terrific blend of east-meets-west, if you know what I mean. It combines a lot of cultural elements from both Japan and the U.S..
Now, it is a classic, having first been aired in 1998. This is somewhat of a problem, since my co-host, Krystal, prefers modern anime. Therefore, my job today is to convice Krystal that everyone, who wants gets into anime or is into, should watch this series. Stick around till the end and you see how successful I am!
Without further adue, let’s begin
If Krystal knows anything about me, and she knows a lot, then she can definitely tell you that I’m kinda stuck between 1990 and 2009. A lot of the books, movies, songs, shows, cultural references, etc. that I like are from this era. This has been a small point of contention between me and her for quite some time now. But it’s all been civil.
I still insist that the superhero movies from the early 2000’s are better than the their modern counterparts. Now, being as she is, Krystal obviously disagrees with me and that Is the focus of today's episode.
We want to compare and contrast Spiderman from early 2000 and Spiderman from late 2000/mid 2000’s.
We will do this by addressing 2 key points: the characters’ growth and the presence of their love interest and villain conflict.
At the end, we will present our case in the hopes of convincing the other party.
It was fun while it lasted, but all good things must come to end. That is why we are ending this season and starting back with a brand new one.
