In this episode, Jim shares some thoughts on the experience of feeling suicidal. My intention was to write something that might help if you feel like killing yourself. It's important to seek help, and you've probably heard that message before. Fear of losing control often put people off, so I wanted to write an article that could help when you feel like you can't reach out for help.
