Want to know what its like to truly be alone, to move states, to live in your first apartment, to be a big dreamer, to be a hopeless romantic, to get rejected, to work a 9-5 job that you are in love with, to create a life you are in love with?? Then you should listen to my podcast!! :)
A very short episode where I talk about why I was able to make all the changes I did within the last 2 months.
Apparently confidence comes and goes and is a constant work in progress. I created this episode to help me work through the doubt and fear I have been feeling recently. I hope this helps people relate or if you have advice about being in your 20's I'd love to hear.
It is a constant fight, but I think it is worth it.
Hi everybody and welcome to episode 2 of Coming Into Confidence! If you don’t know me I am a 20-something year old that just had a revelation about life.
In today’s episode I am getting kind of vulnerable with you guys. I am going to talk about how my mirror broke, the power of the mirror and positive self talk, and...Pete Davidson? (I’ll explain later). Well with that short and sweet intro being said let's get into the driver's seat of our lives.
I almost got back on the dating apps and thats when I decided something had to change.
Who is your ice cream shop? We all have one or have had one. It is nothing to be ashamed of and if you love having one and want to keep them then I want that for you. But I realized and had this revelation that I didn't want to lean into anybody for my confidence, I decided that I would find it within myself.
Just recorded a new episode for my Podcast "I'm Not Qualified". Today I am talking about a lesson I learned recently that I wish I would have known years ago. I am really happy with it and hope you enjoy! I have decided that I am just going to record every time I feel inspired, not just when it feels like the perfect time to, because that doesn't exist.
I am also doing a little re-branding with color and font, but I really enjoy that part of it! Let me know what you think.
What I talk about:
Make it happen, but don't force it.
Surrender.
Just be.
The title of this podcast means exactly what it says. I missed two-weeks of posting a new episode. I was working through some thangs, but I am back! This weeks episode is super random, but I wanted to get back into it and this felt like and easy way to do it. I am answering randomly generated questions from the internet. So if you like it great if you don't I will hopefully be back with some better content coming in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for listening!
Today we are talking about perhaps my most favorite place in the world. Actually I know it’s my most favorite place in the world! If you know me then you already know what I am talking about and by the title of this week's episode you should know and if you don’t know then you may not want to listen to the rest of this episode.
We are talking about Disneyland! Specifically Disneyland, because if I talked about Disney as a whole well this episode would probably last days, weeks even. This topic was suggested by one of my very best friends who is one of my Disney travel buddies. Now let me tell you I don’t just travel to Disneyland with anybody. You can’t and I will talk about why later.
With today’s episode focus I want to talk about how to travel to Disneyland on a budget, the best memories I have of being there, and what impact Disneyland has had on my life as a young person and now as a grown upish. I also will share my favorite rides, snacks, and merchandise purchases.
This episode is a little bit of a shorter episode and I was a little off today but sometimes you get what you get. Today we are talking all about the expectations put on us by others as well as the expectations we put on ourselves and how that can become toxic. I mostly talk about how I have struggled with this pressure and the bad habits it has caused me to adapt to. This episode is a little bit deeper of a topic, but I had to talk about it. Disclosure these are my opinions and perspectives so take what I say with a grain of salt. Thanks for listening!
In this episode of I'm Not Qualified, I talk all about how I got out of college completely debt-free. I go over the who, what, when, where, why, and how questions people have. I talk about my perspective on school debt and the steps I took to achieve this insane goal. Even in this topic I don't necessarily feel qualified to talk about, but I am doing it anyways. So give it a listen! Comments and questions are welcome!
In this episode I interview my Grandma! We talked about work, education and being women as it relates to growing up in a much different time than we have. She also talks about her upbringing between have a dad who had to work all the time and an abusive alcoholic mom who was also cheating on her husband my Grandma has been a fighter her whole life. She shares everything we need to know about being resilient. I hope you enjoy.
My first episode where I talk about how believing in yourself should not be a requirement to start something new and it is something that comes along the way with time. Share your thoughts in the comments.
