Château de Respide in AOC Graves dates to 1630 with many family owners, including the aunt of artist, Henri de Toulouse-Latrec, a frequent visitor. The two smallest winemaking appellations in the Côtes de Bordeaux are Francs and Sainte-Foy. It is only one of two areas of prosecco winemaking granted the prestigious DOCG status.
