When people want to revitalise their website, before I even quote on a job now, I send them a file with five questions I ask them to type in the answers.
These are the 5 questions
- What do you do?
- Why do you do it?
- Why do you have a website?
- Who do you want to reach with your website?
- How do you expect people to find your website?
If they can't answer these I normally don't work with them.
