How Jesus stands for us and and with us, how Jesus aligns himself with us and speaks on our behalf.
The main purpose of these verses is to give a clear view, to demonstrate, to put the love of God beyond question. If He loved us THEN he’ll love us NOW.
Jesus said - I will never cast out - Emphatic/very clear/wholehearted “I will most certainly never, ever cast out” I will most certainly never let go, reject, cast off.
We have a friend who is able to give us what we need. His GENTLENESS/CALMNESS/SOOTHING - Reduces the pain and the discomfort. Refreshes/relieves us whether we are IGNORANT or WAYWARD.
It is impossible for the affectionate heart of christ to be exaggerated or over celebrated.
There’s only ONE place in the four gospels where Jesus tells us about his own heart. Where he pulls back the veil and lets us see into the core of who he is.
Clarity on where to serve often starts with answering the question what needs do I see and how can I meet them?
Through Christ we are totally different people. The Old has Gone, we are now living a new life. We have been raised with him, we are now brand new people. We are glorious and our brand new nature needs to be in the driving seat.
There isn’t a place where Jesus isn’t authorised/allowed to act and rule. No limitation, no restriction. The courage and confidence is the rock solid foundation of the words ALL authority.
Legalism is the attempt to earn acceptance or strengthen God’s love via obedience. Legalism looks wise desirable and attractive, but unlike the freedom found in Jesus, legalism creates harsh self reliance, an undesirable life, a tight unattractive restrictive life.
COLOSSIANS 2:6-15- The full deity of Christ, and His sufficiency in salvation by faith. For us: do we believe in Christ for our fulness? What other “false gods” are we tempted to add on? What other “gods” are we using as substitute saviours?

we do not live in the perpetual fear that our car is not safe but we are diligent in looking after it. And I think that it is ever so important to sometimes pause and have an honest examinations at the state of our heart and beliefs.
Faith is the ONLY way to make room for the Spirit to work in and through you. There are NO blockages to healing, miracles and receiving Holy Spirit except lack of faith. Nothing is impossible for those who believe.
The ESSENTIAL mark of maturity is NOT how far you have progressed in your BEHAVIOUR, but WHAT you are RELYING upon to get there.
We all have received promises and we have to battle to inherited those promises; first in our mind- that we would believe and know who we are, and also, secondly to walk into new things and press for breakthroughs.

What does it mean to live from the reality of heaven? We are seated in the heavenly places and we live from that place. We set our mind on the things above.
Grace enables you to do what you could never do under Law. Grace enables you Love in a way you weren’t able to before.
Being Persistent, consistent, and resistant because of an inner culture of contentment and satisfaction through connection (God and people) makes the believer unstoppable in 2018 Like superpowers.
What is God is like? God doesn’t leave us GUESSING. He didn’t WAIT for us to come looking for Him. He initiated relationship with us. He came to be WITH US, to show us.
You can't keep doing the same things and expect another result. Spiritual growth is to face the reality and dare to do something different like the 4 lepers in 2 kings 7: their new thought became words and then action. The consistency of your actions will change your character and then your destiny and the destiny of others around you!
We are called to live a life of confident humility. The most fragile person I know is me. Keep me safe from myself and the baited hook.
Often we find it difficult to forgive genuinely and completely, because we practice a form of forgiveness that is neither biblical or healing.
Ask Father for everything you need, that includes EVERYTHING. Food, housing, work, friends, wisdom, solutions, provision, money, car to pass its MOT, etc, etc... That's how we live grateful and reliant.

God is our Father and we are His children, an invitation to enjoy intimacy and connection.
Your physical/emotional health is more than just about diet, nutrition, exercise and sleep. Our inner world/joyful mind/rejoicing heart has the capacity to prevent and treat bring health to our body, to cure, to heal.
God is happy within himself. God’s joy is not conditional on anything external. He invites us into His reality.
“I have permission to be hopeless about anything God is hopeless about. But since He is the God of all hope, as we are told in Romans 15:3, that narrows the opportunity for hopelessness down quite a bit." -Wendy Backlund.
How we see the church will shape how we interact and engage with it. If we don’t see it properly we will engage with it wrong. The church is not a business supplying a service but a family.
Jesus does not want disappointment, discouragement, and disillusionment to cause us to retreat from the adventure of a faith walk with Him. So He pursues us to bring us into his freedom.
Grace empowers us to do what God loves, we are not commanded to give....his grace is at work in us.
Paul says he learnt the secret, the recipe of contentment. Totally satisfied. Freedom from a wrong kind of hankering that can exhaust. (Philippians 4:12)
Paul one of the most visionary people in scripture, he was unstoppable. Paul could say I'll succeed in jail, I'll succeed as a millionaire. I'll succeed if people think I'm great and succeed if people don't think I'm great and don't even like me. I will succeed in everything I do. Nothing can make me respond negatively. I am not a victim to delay or success.

Our relationship with God becomes dysfunctional and strange if we believe the lie that God needs us to perform for him otherwise He becomes moody, distant, and scary.

The capacity to dream and imagine and ask is a gift from God. We are invited to ask whatever we wish, to share our heart with Him. He wants to love our stuff too.
It is all about the relationship. Our identity is to be a much loved son. This posture positions us to be fruitful. Our core value is to trust Him, not to feel entitled. We don't get to control God.
