Achieve More Scotland is a registered SCIO based in Glasgow that delivers programmes of diversionary activity to young people from areas of high social deprivation. Diversionary activities take the form of sports, physical activity, group-work, volunteering, employability and personal development sessions.

Graham is a veteran political campaigner and community activist who in May 2017, was elected as Glasgow's first African Caribbean Councillor. Graham was instrumental in Glasgow City Council holding its first ever official Black History Month event hosted by the Lord Provost in October 2017.
He has a strong interest in supporting care-experienced young people, trade union rights, community empowerment, protecting cultural heritage, protecting refugee and migrant communities and housing issues including protecting tenants from slum landlords.
Graham is a regular public speaker on Black Politics, African Caribbean History and Public Affairs. He is Project Leader of 'Flag Up Scotland Jamaica' a twinning exchange project formed during the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
A longstanding cultural producer, musician and dub poet, Graham is a Co-Producer of African Caribbean Cultures Glasgow which at the 2014 Commonwealth Games produced Emancipation Acts, a street theatre based on the 2008 historical work by Dr Stephen Mullen "It Wisnae Us: The Truth About Glasgow and Slavery" about the slavery legacy of Glasgow's Tobacco Lords, Sugar Barons and Cotton Kings.

Scott was director in charge of Jones Lang LaSalles Glasgow Investment team before leaving to set up ELB Securities Ltd. Scott spent almost 15 years with JLL the last 6 of which as a director of the Scottish Investment team. Before JLL he was part of the investment team at Ryden.
Scotts experience covers all sectors of the property market and includes high profile projects like the sale of Silverburn Shopping Centre, acquisition of St Enoch Shopping Centre, purchase of Skypark Glasgow and the funding of major office retail and industrial properties across Scotland.
Scotts interests away from business are first and foremost his two daughters followed by ticking off bucket list events which to date have included The Cresta Run, Pamplona Bull Run, Rafting the Zambezi, The Cannonball Run, Victoria Falls Bungee and the Olympic Bobsleigh.
