Moosaa Richardson translates a fatwaa from Shaykh 'Abdul-'Azeez ibn Baaz (may Allaah have Mercy on him) about fasting on the 30th of Sha'baan (the day before Ramdhaan) when it is overcast. Some people think we should play it safe and fast on this day, just in case the crescent is hidden from our view.
