Welcome to season 2! We're finally back from our break, and we're so excited to put out new content! Today we touched on whether or not we are our own worst enemies. We also talked about positive reinforcement and how being optimistic can change your view on life. We hope you love it!
Oh to be a black woman. It's the sad truth that black women have it harder than others in many aspects in life, and today we barely scratched the surface. Also, this is the last episode of season 1! We are so happy with how far we have come, and how much you guys are enjoying it. We will be taking a 3 week hiatus, but will be back with more hot topics before you know it!
