SOME CRITICIZED - The woman when she anointed Jesus with fragrant oil, for them it was a waste. Listen, if you see a sacrifice for Jesus as a waste, criticism will be your best friend. In Mark 14:3 we read about the anointing at Bethany. Bethany means ‘house of affliction’. It takes courage and faith to worship Jesus in a season of affliction. But the Holy Spirit will motivate you to enter into the house of affliction. He will help you to break the flask with costly oil so that you will experience that you are more than a conqueror. It’s the anointing that breaks the yoke! When you go to Jesus, there is always a solution. Please be aware that you are anointed even in a time of affliction. Are you ready for your “Bethany-Season”?

It is time to transition from the desert into our promised land, but it’s easier said than done. Why? Because our desert can become our comfortzone. But God never intended us to stay there, because He has a promised land for us.
Based on Joshua 2 I will teach that we can posses our promised land; even when we feel not capable to do this. Are you ready to say goodbye to your desert time?

My best friend, Kevin Kazemi, invited me in October 2018 to speak at Kingdom Center (this was before he founded the Identity Church). I shared my personal journey with the Holy Spirit. To be honest “it was a time of frustration, but at the end it brought transformation”. Transformation comes when the Holy Spirit enters into your life. Do you need a spiritual transformation?

When I was giving an online bible study for the Identity Church (in May 2020) I spoke about the the prodigal son (Luke 15:11). I hear you thinking “I heard this parable many times”. But maybe you can listen to it once again.
You can also be, like the prodigal son, in a famine. A famine in your heart, in your spirit and in the way you talk. It’s a spiritual famine. The result of it is that you have a lack of energy, vision, faith, hope, et cetera. It feels like your calling and destination is over. It’s never gonna be fulfilled.
The boy was hungry and wanted to fill his stomach with pods. Maybe you do the same “longing for pods”. But you are not meant to eat this. You are called to sit around the table with your Heavenly Father.
But, you don’t have to stay in a famine. You can walk out of it. It’s a choice. So stand up and go to your Father right now. He is calling you without hearing His voice.

When I was giving an online bible study for the Identity Church (in May 2020) I spoke about the live of Ruth (Ruth 1:1). Her testimony is awesome. She teaches us that determination, reputation and obedience is the path she went for her deliverance. Her spiritual lifestyle says “though I’m going through a crisis, it doesn’t mean that God is my Adversary”.
During this teaching I will explain the meaning of the following names Elimelech, Chilion, Naomi, Orpah, Naomi and Boaz. This will give you more understanding about your spiritual journey in the midst of a crisis. Sometimes it feels that the crisis pushed on the “pause button” of live, but God is not intimidated by this “button”. He already has the solution, better to say “He is the Solution and His Name is Jesus”. He is not your Adversary, He is your Kinsman Redeemer.
Oh yeah, I also want to say something about Naomi (read: your mother in law).

When I was preaching at the Identity Church I spoke about the parable of the unforgiving servant (Matthew 18:21). It’s interesting to know what it means when the king wants to settle accounts with his servants. In the same way the Holy Spirit wants to settle accounts with you. To forgive is not easy, but we have to if we really want to see a breakthrough in our lives. So, don’t give room to a choking spirit because by doing that we put ourselves and someone else into a spiritual prison. But, we are bought by the blood of Jesus, so we are called to be free.

Genuine generosity for the Gospel of Jesus Christ can not be born out of your flesh. It must be born out of the Spirit. Generosity is (also) an attitude and character. I’m not only talking about your finances, but also about your time, energy, love, etcetera. Paul is also speaking about an account (Philippians 4:17). What does he really mean with this? Are you ready to become (more) generous?
Are you searching for Gods perfect will for your life? Or did you find it already? Are you still looking for it?
Saul was looking for the donkeys of his father but he found the calling upon his life. He listened to good advice and this attitude brought him to the prophet Samuël. The prophetic voice gave him guidance.
Do you need (more) guidance? Only the prophetic voice of the Holy Spirit can really help you.
How important is the will of God in your life? Probably you wil say “very important”. Great!
Jesus was also focused on the will of the Father, it was His first priority. But when He lived out the will of the Father, people around Him did not understand Him. He was misunderstood, but He was willing to be misunderstood.
Are you ready to be misunderstood?
Healing belongs to the culture of Gods Kingdom. But do you (still) believe that healing is Gods will? The Pharisees were not interested in the healing power of Jesus Christ. Their goal was to find something to accuse Him with; they had a “sabbath-mindset”.
The man who needed a miracle had a withered hand, but the Pharisees had a withered spiritual life. But, what about you? Are you free from a sabbath-mindset and a withered spiritual life?
Listen to the podcast and “stretch out your hand”.
If you think that your situation is dead, you can get discouraged. Because of that you may decide not to pray anymore because it will not change the situation.
During this podcast you will be challenged to bring your dead situation to the Source of Life, His Name is Jesus Christ the Son of God.
Think about what God has done for you in the past. Tell those testimonies to other people and to yourself. It will built up your faith. There are so many “voices” who tells you to give up, not to believe in miracles anymore and not to trouble the Teacher. Listen, Jesus has no solution He is the Solution.
When you are surrounded by condemnation, you need to run to Jesus. He is the Answer to your situation. Though you are more than a conqueror by and through Him, you still have the responsibility to fight this battle. But before you do that, you must know and understand that grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. Freedom is yours!
Come and listen and I will teach you the fear of the Lord (Psalm 34:11 NKJV). This means that we can learn the fear of the Lord. The practical steps to learn this are easy and at the same time hard to do. But every true disciple of Christ will go through this learning process.
Believe it or not, but God has a plan for you! He has prepared it beforehand. It’s your responsibility to live according to that plan. This is not hard to do! Actually it is very simple and I will explain you why. Furthermore I talk about the Godly works God wants to do through your life and why these are so important.
The Philippians were poor people but God is using them as an example concerning generosity. Heavenly generosity can only be given by the Spirit. I'm also explaining why the heavenly account (Philippians 4:17) is not a bunch of numbers, but it’s a Person, His Name is Jesus. At the end I will explain how you are able to bring peace and satisfaction to the heart of God.
"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
Probably you have read this passage (Matthew 18:21-35) many times. It’s the parable about the unforgiving servant. It gives us the opportunity to look into the Kingdom of God and to learn from it. I will also explain that not forgiving someone is equal to choking him. But the grace we’ve received from God is meant to apply in daily life.
The apostle Peter encourages us to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In this message I explain which little practical steps you can take in order to grow and why spiritual growth is so important. I will also teach why it’s not wise to rely on someone else’s faith. In this season - and at all season - it’s impossible to grow without the Holy Spirit.
If we desire to carry God's presence, we will go through a time of preparation and we have to go back to an attitude and lifestyle of worship (priesthood). At the same time God wants us to reign as king.
