We all have a story, looking closer at life we can't help but see how poetic it can be. Some people use spoken word to heal like many guest on this show, some just want to hear that they are not alone and find a need to voice their story just hoping someone will listen. This podcast is that voice.
Marshall is a photographer who take pride in his craft, moments that we sometimes forgotten or are unaware happened he captures them so you can see it for the or relive it. Taking the time to listen to his clients he educates himself on the needs and wants so he can properly be where he needs to so he can have that picture. He has been a big part of the growth of the poetry community not just in capturing shows but also trying to bring others awareness of the art. Marshall has a great eye, his camera is like a poets pen as he find beauty in the moments of life.

My next guest is a diamond of a poet. I had the pleasure to speak with Poetic.Tess and we could not help but laugh uncontrollably. Its been so long since I heard her voice. It really felt like a family reunion. We never realize how much we impact each other especially in this poetry community. Season 2 is here like a J Cole album, we kick off 2021 with an amazing poet. Antino Art is a swordsmen with the pen, as he flows through words like water. Antino's poetic movements gracefully glide in the air in to the ears of those who listen. So happy to have him back on the show again to catch up after 2020 limitations.
2020 was a year of set backs, but now we are back! I let this episode more raw like, just so I can get back in the groove. Really enjoyed getting back in the saddle. Mandie is a 6th grade English teacher during the day. But, when the sun goes down and the street lights come on she open up her notebook to show the world her poetry. Her positive personality and caring heart is very contagious. She warms the heart and minds of her students and anyone who comes in contact with her, even if you're 6 feet away. She explains her poetic story from her past poems and adventures, to now where she looks to explore a different area in her life.

Justin's Art is a focus of pencil sketches of various models, acrylic paintings, abstract watercolor pieces, digital art and illustrations.

With everything being postponed or shut down I just wanted to talk about the positives for a moment and reflect on the recent past guest I had on. I kept it short, but definitely check out the previous episode. Show your support for the artist please.
Antino Art is a poet that draws the attention of the crowd in his quest for wisdom. He taps into the inner frequency and goes to war through his art to regain peace in his life as he raises his beautiful daughter Nali. I always enjoy talking to this man he has so much to offer to inspire inner growth as well as he see things from a different point of view.

While working in a Criminal Investigation Division, this author has found a lane of using her desire to write since her childhood years - to - writing what people are natural spectators of watching on television. I had a great phone interview with business owner and founder Colin Murdy of Murdy Creative co. They create and engraves high quality genuine leather notebooks. Colin and I talked business owner ship, the plights, the satisfaction, creative process and the pure sense of creating and seeing the benefits when it is all done. Also the family support that help drive the business from the ground up.

First episode of 2020!!!!! This next guest is a very close friend, I met him in 2017 and he has evolved into an even better poet then he was when I first met him. A night of poetry and story-telling centered around something truly terrifying: an introspection into our own anxious thoughts. Four talented poets, including DS Will, Sunshine, Travis Kyng, and Suzanne Crain Miller will share their insights as we face our worst fears. And of course, the host, Watson, will be the lantern-bearing guide on the evening's journey into the unknown and disconcerting.
Tickets are pay-what-you-want, so if what you want to pay is nothing, you are welcome to join us! All proceeds will go to support the artists and their work. Please bear in mind some of the material may be frightening or confusing for young children, so the event has a PG-13 rating.
