School is ending, the weather is getting warmer and I don’t know about you but there’s nothing more that I really want to do than to just jump in the pool! But to be completely honest I’ve been a little hesitant especially in the past and I know I’m not the only one, because I wasn’t comfortable with myself my my body.

I don’t know about you, but lately stress has been really piling up for me. And I need a break- you probably do too! So today I talk about how I have been scheduling a time every time to give myself that break. Including yoga 🧘♀️, A bubble bath 🛀, mani pedis 💅, and lots more ☺️ What do you do to make yourself relax and feel good?
