Trenkle’s Spitecast on Social Science: Recent Episodes

Andrew Trenkle

A podcast for students of Mr. Trenkle. It’s like a way to have a party even when we can’t be in class. Like all good things in the world, it is motivated at least 51% by spite. Spite for Covid-19 and maybe, just maybe, spite for all the doubters and haters. Keep Ya Head Up, like the philosopher Tupac would say. Not as tasty as Latte Larry’s but pretty, pretty, pretty, close.

The stock market is something many people fall in love, many people get burned by, and probably most are confused by. To better understand it I think we need some idea of how the forces of companies, news events, and human behavior interact to make the market work. This also helps us better understand some possible approaches and individual might take to investing. Indeed! Might seem like a tall order but if you listen to these LIFE CHANGING 11 minutes of the Spitecast and READ the awesomely dense packet on investing approaches, I think it is a goal we can achieve! Allez! Allez! Allez! (Sorry need at least one Liverpool reference in one of these Spitecasts.... maybe the Kop can sign it sometime in 2021?)
