WE ARE BACK!

In Episode Six of The Phit Physio Podcast, Riain & Clo chat about the reason they have had an extended break from recording - Ulcerative Colitis.  Riain shares his story from initial diagnosis in 2018, right up to his most recent hospital admission. Riain explains how the longer he has had to live with the disease, the more he has been able to come to terms with it, and has discovered that talking openly about it is one of the best management strategies there is. With May being International Inflammatory Bowel Disease Awareness month, Clo & Riain thought this would be a perfect topic to kickstart their second round of podcast episodes.  We hope you enjoy the show!
