Amazing Radio Live started with a bang on Monday as Amazing Radio favourites Honeyblood popped into Amazing Towers. Stina treated us to brilliant live versions of 'Bud' and 'I'd Rather Be Anywhere But Here', armed with her little and very cute acoustic guitar called 'Bruiser'. Two years on from our initial support for Honeyblood, Stina also caught up with Greg to chat about everything from their current NME New Breed Tour with Superfood, to their love for guitar and the drums, to midges in Scotland.
As part of our Independents Month last month, Mark Ryan spoke to Ollie Wood, the label boss of one of the biggest success stories of the independent sector recently - Black Butter Records. Ollie gave advice for music-makers wanting to release music through Black Butter and also talked about the history of the label as well as what the future holds, sharing his thoughts on some of their most exciting recent signings. For anyone interested in the UK dance circuit, this is a must-listen.
