I have a lot of feelings. It is easier to speak about them verbally and expressively. In a yellow format.
an excerpt i wrote just minutes ago. i felt that if i shared what was going on in my head it would go a million different places and id never say what i actually wanted to say. i would end up sharing too much. this way, ive shared just enough.
a bunch of stuff. things i collect, a journal ive kept since 2018. feelings and how we shouldn’t repress them, or they’d follow us like dogs.
Hello :) Feel free to pause, or just talk back to me. I am here in spirit. I have been feelings quite low for quite some time. And I felt I needed to remind myself that there’s an entire life waiting for me. I figured I might as well remind you too. Please stick around, so we can watch each other grow :) Have a lovely day, thank you for listening to me.
the meaning behind the words i spoke to myself in the past. the acknowledgment that knew growth would begin and i would become a full flower one day. an update that i am still on a journey to find a feeling i am missing called love. but i am looking into the eyes of stranger, and they feel familiar. hoping that through this podcast anyone listening can understand that there really is room for growth. that your life and your self love is so much more of an important quality to bring to the table. don’t settle for someone that cannot make you feel equal to them on every standard. but start with someone who can make you feel that way without doing anything. yourself. validate all the wonderful and beautiful things that you do. i swear on my soul, i believe in you and your ability to fall in love with the human being you are.
tw/ mentions of suicide and self harm. this episode, i talk about myself and my past. and how grateful i am to be alive.
“home is where i’m feminine” happy women’s day! here, i express how i view my own femininity and how proud i am of the women around me.
hello, i am speaking today about how we should forgive ourselves before we forgive others. and how it may be easier to forgive someone, rather than live with being upset at them. it may help bring us towards peace.
