September 10th is World Suicide Prevention Day. The new episode of TSL Podcast raises awareness between the relationship of Social Media and its adverse effects on Mental Health.

The three topics I'm delving on include:

  1. Cyber-bullying

  2. Lowered Self-Esteem

  3. Altered Human Connections

While all of these topics only scratch the surface, my views are focussed on education and enlightenment. I'm not a psychologist, but the advice I do have to offer is practical and can be used to protect yourself online.
