Both of them have worked in the radio industry in Canada and worked in audio production as well as on-air talent and continue to speak even though sometimes they should probably just stay quiet.
It's that magical time of year again! You know, where you slip and fall down on the ice and rip the hamstring right off the bone. Great stuff! also, it's Christmas season.. I guess. Craig and Matt get festive with their pre-produced commercials and discuss all manner of nonsense. Strap in, NSSD is bringing all the holiday cheer!
Matt and Craig are back to discuss some upcoming films and enter into the world of ChatGPT to develop some scripts that take a turn into the realm of the absurd. Slavic family names and gold-panning for fun also make an appearance. It's season 4, episode 3, served up hot and fresh.
Matt and Craig end 2022 discussing some pretty potent topics like Craig's wrestling vision and Matt's proficiency in watching Ru Paul's Drag Race. Another serving of The Not-So Secret Diary.
Is it a new season? Why yes, it is. And it covers everything you'd expect it to. 1999's flop Wild Wild West, hockey talk, Germans and Papa John's pizza. Why do they still do this to us and themselves? Craig and Matt are back again!
Matt and Craig discuss some current events in the early goings of 2022 and also how they would just get sick to their stomach if they lost a lot of money at a casino.
Matt and Craig reconvene on Super Bowl Sunday to discuss the big game down south, as well as release their long-anticipated commercials for their respective small town radio stations. Not quite sure these two will have their commercials make the cut as far as Super Bowl ads go.
Matt and Craig enter into 2022 on a high note and discuss holiday activities, industry secrets and some family history that sends them into a frenzy of the ill-fated vessels RMS Titanic and RMS Lusitania.
Craig and Matt circle back and discuss Halloween costumes and some of the hardships of purchasing costume pieces. They get inspired by the upcoming Christmas season and talk a little hockey!
Craig and Matt return after the pandemic has ravaged their lives beyond repair. But they haven't lost their spirit. Unfortunately... They unpack whale watching and LARP. Plus, what is Matt's Halloween costume going to be?
Matt and Craig flex their production muscles and bring us some truly ground-breaking material... we wish they hadn't. Craig and Matt prepare for his voyage across the wintry plane and Canada's furthest reaches and perhaps use Google Maps more than they should be. Could've done some more prep work here, guys! This ain't the end, it's a trailblazing new beginning!
The world is a desolate place. All is lost. Even Craig and Matt believe this is the fourth episode when it is indeed the fifth. Idiots... These two get political. Why? We don't know. We can't picture two people more unqualified to speak about the election or politics in general. Maybe this is hope for a better 2021, maybe it's all a colossal waste of time, but at the end of the day... we... we don't really know what to make of this. Enjoy if you must, listen if you can try. Whatever you do, don't follow the butterflies...
The world's worst golf game comes to an end. Craig and Matt leave it all out on the links at Fort in View Golf Course near Fort Saskatchewan. This one gets hairy, with surprise recovery shots, to blown drives and even a third party ball stealing incident that might have sealed the fate of the championship. Tune in, buckle down and listen to some very sub-par golf.
Hey, do you think golf is boring to watch? Well, why don't you listen to two guys who are terrible at golf compete for NSSD Open supremacy... I don't know why you would do that to yourself, but hey, there's some great, GREAT cursing and sighs of dismay. Embrace the suck, and don't forget to yell "FORE!"
Matt and Craig dive back into the mirk, but this time to review one of Netflix's most inane and horrible films since The Ridiculous 6. Adam Sandler knows what he did... Matt and Craig review 365 Days, which is a greasy polish-made romantic drama with aggressive and rape-y sex stuff. It's cringy, just watch the movie for yourself if you want more details. Or... listen as Craig and Matt take a deep dive and give a reluctant plot summary of this absolutely shit film. For once, we actually agree with these two goofballs.
Ah, crap, we thought COVID-19 had killed both of these numbskulls. Matt and Craig return for episode 1 of season 2 of the Not-So-Secret Diary. Is it a secret anymore guys? Is it? Good lord, just call it The Diary! They explore being back and family vacations ending in calamine lotion itchy spots. Matt is producing a musical and so much more!
Craig and Matt keep going into the abyss of their quarantine podcast. We don't quite know where this is heading, maybe they should've stopped after the first episode? But they didn't, here you go. Godspeed! We're sorry.
Craig and Matt reunite, over the internet, and embark on an episode that we really don't understand where they're going with any of it. Quarantine isn't an excuse to make NO SENSE guys! But there's moonshine drinking, impressions and I believe at one point they try playing music to each other...poorly. As you do, gentlemen... as you do.
Matt and Craig trip out together... not really, but these goofs talk about some edible trips and even trying mushrooms. But before that Craig will insult half of Europe with some bad accents. Let it roll, boys. Let it roll.
They've discussed hypnotists, why not magicians? Craig and Matt embark on more awesome talk about genuine men screams and Matt debunks all magicians secrets. Episode 10? Good lord, they're continuing to do this show for some reason.
Well, Matt and Craig are back with a new series of episodes. These were recorded in January, so way to stay timely, guys. They delve into the German heritage excursion and how Craig is not related to Hugh Hefner... good stuff. Then it's all about getting hammered, watching Canada dominate hockey and Matt doesn't know the difference between Sting and Billy Idol. I can't make this stuff up.

Matt and Craig continued drinking to celebrate Matt's graduation from episode 7. But it goes to a very interesting place, including discussions on buying a new vehicle and how the Chevy Farm is a sex dungeon... WHAT!!!?? I don't even know how to go on from there. Alcohol is involved in the making of this episode, nice work boys.

Insurance is horrible. We all know it. Craig and Matt first take a dive into the world of hypnosis and how it's all about RELAX-ing. then it's about insurance. I don't know how those two topics go together, but I guess they do. Talk about going from one extreme to the other.

This one goes a little off the rails (I think we're noticing a theme here). One big question we discuss is the true pronunciation of weed in French. Why is that the question? God, I wish I could tell you...

Oh Steve... Matt and Craig go in depth to the mysterious figure in the yellow forklift they used to work with. This one goes off the rails right quick.
Episode 4
It's GAME TIIIIIIIIIME! Craig and Matt draft fantasy characters for an ultimate battle royale. And it's ruined with the first pick. This was a bad draft. But stay for the stories! Oh good, they're going to continue their "scientific" discussion on space, but now they're talking about Star Wars. Tatooine is possible, according to scientists. They got this information off the internet somewhere, it must be true. The lightsaber part is pretty good, gotta admit.

Science rules! Craig and Matt are extremely unqualified to talk about science, so why not laugh at them trying to go over facts about space. They said they did research, but we don't believe them. We do agree that a robot might be curious about where their privates would be. Don't get it? Listen to this!
