In this episode I speak to what a Pack Committee is, how it relates to the other Pack leaders, volunteers, and parents, and how it supports the Pack. Annual planning makes a solid appearance in the discussion, and then I get into how to decide what your role will be in your Scout(s)'s unit - active parent, volunteer, leader, committee member, etc. Sorry it got a bit long, but it's quite a big topic that causes many questions and has generated lots of confusion for my Den's parents.
