I've delayed making this episode because I felt weighed down by everything that has been going on for the past week, month and basically years of white supremacy and racism. My spirit was broken and I felt pain and rage. The making of this episode has been slightly therapeutic as I am able to kind of process things and I hope this may have the same effect on you while you hear it.
I really wanted to make a comprehensive and informed episode but I am currently not in the head space to do this. I don't have the strength needed for that.
I hope you all take a break when you need to.
There is hope.
