Rosalyn Bown is a former cast member of SyFy’s Ghost Hunters Academy.
Rosalyn joined her first ghost investigation group in 1999, and acted as assistant director of a local T.A.P.S. Family Group for several years. During that time, she has conducted hundreds of investigations and has given dozens of ghost lectures and seminars.

Return to Camp Blood is a podcast dedicated to the Friday the 13th movie franchise. While there’s only so much that can be said for the Friday the 13th movies, they endeavor to say it all. They go through each movie one by one, and comment on their favorite moments, favorite kills, the making of the films, and offer little known facts surrounding the actors.

He has just released his first “Fan Film” entitled “Ernie & Ace’s Wild Ventura”. His co-star and also friend of ScareFest is Jimothy Beckholt as “Ace Ventura”. Jimothy may also be on the line when we contact Billy (well that is what we were told). They are going to be promoting past fun times at previous Scarefests, and what they have in store for ScareFest 9, as well as promoting their movie premier that will take place on January 16th at Rohs Opera House.
The Cosmic Cowgirl returns to Filler to kick off 2016 with "What's up in the skies & stars for each sign" forecast. Granted she needs to work on the title, but she is always a fun and informative guest.

Shay Lynn is the Spiritual Intuitive & Artist that was the guest psychic for the Steve DiSchiavi Ghost Hunt from ScareFest 8 in 2015.

The Staph at The Scarefest made the tragic mistake of leaving Wes, Ken, and Chris unsupervised for a couple of hours on show night. The conversation took some odd turns to say the least.

Bigfoot Chronicles is an adventure story about successful documentary film maker, Rock Thomson who has recently lost his family in a car crash. Thomson is approached by Dalton West who represents several Indian nations who want to document Bigfoot sightings in Oregon to stop the scheduled clear cutting of their sacred forest. Like most psychic mediums, I cannot remember a time when I felt “normal”. I am a second-generation psychic medium. My earliest memories are of play dates with spirits who were my own deceased relatives. I have always been bombarded by the energy of people close-by and pick up on the thoughts and emotions of others like a lightning rod.
Although I’d lived with them all of my life, I didn’t have much confidence in my psychic abilities. I wasn’t even sure I could talk to the dead. I convinced myself that I was making it all up and managed to shut out the voices and minimize the psychic input I pick up naturally from my environment. I worked double-time at being normal and had myself convinced that I had things under control. As a child of the 80’s, I had my heart set on being Madonna. I pursued music always, but eventually settled into law because I felt an obligation to have a “serious” career. I was brought up in a hard-working, middle-class family who managed to put me through private school. In my mind, pursuing music wasn’t an option. I needed to make money and I needed to make them proud. I turned my back on the life I longed for and buckled down at my desk without thinking about it twice.
It turns out that when the Universe is trying to tell you something, you know. There came a day when I could no longer suppress my psychic abilities because I was also suppressing my personality and all of the other things that made me feel alive as a person. A personal, spiritual rennaisance occurred and I was set right back on the path intended for me. I left my career in law and, acting on sheer faith, taught aerobics for money and performed all of my very first readings for free.
Now when spirit takes over, I feel myself step off to the side and out of the way. The easiest part of this job is knowing that I, personally, don’t ever have to be right. Spirit does all the talking. Ultimately, I believe that Spirit speaks to us in order to facilitate healing and spiritual growth. Kim Russo, also known as “Kim The Happy Medium,” has been able to see the world of spirit since the young age of nine. Rocky Smith was born in Oregon City where he has lived his entire life. Rocky has taught Art at Oregon City High School for the last 13 years- he is currently in his 14th. Rocky is well known in the community as a local historian and ghost "expert." Rocky is currently serving his 2nd term on the Oregon City Commission. In college Rocky worked for three years in the historic Ermatinger House, the oldest house in Oregon City and the third oldest house in the state of Oregon. Rocky has had many paranormal experiences over the past 20 years in the Ermatinger House including his first experience, which was featured in Susan Smitten's book, Ghost Stories of Oregon. Rocky has also worked hard to preserve the historic home which is now getting a complete restoration and should be completed within the year. Rocky started researching the paranormal activity in Oregon City in 1995 and has documented close to 100 haunted places within the city. In 2006, Rocky combined his love for history and knowledge of the paranormal, founded Northwest Ghost Tours and now leads the Walk with the Spirits tours in Oregon City. Rocky has been featured on local radio and TV and has been asked to speak at several paranormal conferences on the west coast. Rocky was awarded Teacher of the Year at Oregon City High School in 2006 and 2007. Dan Willis is one of the Disclosure Project's twenty Top Secret military witnesses that testified at the National Press Club in Washington DC on May 9th 2001. He served in the US Navy as a high speed code operator at the Naval Communication Station in San Francisco with a top secret crypto level 14 with extra sensitive material security clearance. In 1969 he received a PRIORITY message to the Chief of Naval Operations in Washington DC coming through one of the ship to shore circuits via code. The message was classified as SECRET from a USNS Navy ship off of the coast of Alaska. The ships crew reported a visual sighting off of port bow of a brightly glowing reddish orange elliptical object, approximately 70 feet in diameter emerging out of the ocean and then shooting off straight up into space. David was born in 1954 in Suffolk, Virginia, but moved to Delray Beach, Florida, in the fall of 1963, where he first became interested in the paranormal. In 1965, his next door next door neighbor, Fred W. Grosstuck, a retired college professor and pattern maker, gave him a book called "Adventures in the Paranormal", essentially a collection of short stories of events from all over the world that were scientifically unexplainable. Fred also introduced him to Fate magazine. He proceeded to read every book about the paranormal he could get his hands on. He participated in the exploration of his first "haunted house" at the age of 17 in Boynton Beach, Florida. He received his B.S.E.E. in 1973 while serving in the Air Force, in microwave technology. In November of 2007 he received his Masters in Electronic Engineering in Digital Signal Processing. In 1978 he was certified as an audio engineer and in 1985 as an acoustic engineer. David worked in the entertainment industry as a Technical Director, Lighting Designer and Audio Engineer for over twenty years. He retired from the University of Florida in 2001. Currently David is Manager of Public Address Communications Technologies and Director of the Audio Research and Development Lab for the third largest public transportation corporation in the nation. He is currently working on his doctorate in physics.
David is a professional member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Audio Engineering Society, the International Frequency Sensor Association, and is also affiliated with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He was recently invited to join the Mathematics Association of America.
David began his research into the paranormal professionally in 1976, and has investigated cases scientifically from Rhode Island to Key West, Florida. David has experimented with both scientific as well as metaphysical techniques in his study of unexplained occurrences. Over the course of his research he was able to confirm EVP was not related to sound by the use of a Bell Jar, a vacuum pump, a Shure dynamic microphone and a TEAC A-4010S Reel to Reel recorder. Due to several encounters of a very negative nature from 1985-87, he made the decision to concentrate on the scientific research concerning the phenomena, and not the metaphysical aspects of the events. In 1992 David formed a new organization, Scientific Paranormal Investigative Research Information and Technology (S.P.I.R.I.T.), and began a long and painstaking process of collecting, building and focusing a battery of hi-tech instrumentation to concentrate on laboratory and field experimentation to search for the cause of paranormal phenomena. By 1998 his focus of research had narrowed to phenomena specific to “Hauntings”.
His primary focus since 1998 has been EVP research, employing his background of audio engineering and psychoacoustics. In 2005 David successfully linked electromagnetic fields as the primary source of EVPs. In 2010 he discovered that paranormal related EMF was an emergent phenomenon. This has led him to develope a wormhole hypothesis associated with a paranormal event horizon. He continues to look for answers in science for paranormal phenomena.
David's additional areas of research includes investigating the relationship between free air conductance, magnetic fields, radioactive emissions, electromagnetic fields and other electrical radiation surrounding paranormal phenomena. He is also experimenting with injecting energy into a paranormal event horizon using Tesla Coil technology in order to observe and record the effects. He continues to measure the effects of massive ion bombardment in a paranormal environment. He is developing a device designed to capture and analyze the phenomena referred to as orbs in order to either prove or dismiss their existence. David is also experimenting with a self designed ITC (Interdimensional Trans-Communications) device using electromagnetic field propagation as a medium of cross communication. He is also studying the environmental effects surrounding mediums and psychics when they are active in their work.
David is a board member of the Professional Society for the Advancement of Paranormal Research and is currently serving as Acting Executive Director. He is the Director of the S.P.I.R.I.T. Laboratory, Co-Director of New Jersey Paranormal Resource Group, Co-Founder of New Jersey Paranormal Investigative Coalition, a professional member of the Rhine Research Center, life member of the New Jersey Ghost Hunter’s Society, member of the International Paranormal Investigators, and a member of the International Paranormal Research Association. He is also a consultant for Paranexus Anomalous Research, Inc. He is a member of numerous paranormal organizations and groups.

He has also been a guest on WNTI FM, and WRNJ AM-FM radio in Hackettstown, NJ, as well as a repeat guest on HSTV Channel 23 in Hackettstown on the show “Science on the Edge” hosted by Dr. Karl Hricko. So, who am I? I could sit here and tell you that throughout my life I have witnessed many extraordinary people struggle against incredible odds. I could tell you that my life has been so difficult, and at times emotionally crippling that I doubted my own survival. I could tell you anything and spin it to be motivational. But I must be honest. Things have been okay. Some days have been full of wonder and pure happiness- days I wish would never end. Other days I just want to go to bed and dream my troubles away until tomorrow. Truly I am no different than anyone else. None of us are. If you have that beautiful and unique snowflake line running through your head, you might as well let that image melt away right now as that is the first hurdle you will face on your path to living an inspired life. You must admit to yourself that at our core, we are all the same.
We may be struggling against different circumstances- but at the core, we are the same. We may be set in different financial brackets- but at the core, we are the same. We may possess different abilities and talents- but at the core we are the same. All of us go through similar battles at one time in our life or another. The people are different, the circumstances are slightly misarranged – but at the core, it’s all the same.
We all experience loss, betrayal, sadness and moments of pure injustice. Sadly, these things must exist. What is even more disconcerting is the development of a subculture who wears their misery on their shirtsleeves, always championing their own issues as more troublesome than those of the people around them, for no one can have it worse off than they do. Misery is their crown and they will fight for it.
Despite all of this… the realities of negativity, darkness, and injustice, there are truly some awe inspiring moments in life of wonder, joy and love. However, in our 9-5 world…and probably more accurately, our working two jobs just to get by world… we often fail to notice the good things. We live through unhealthy comparison, so that even on those rare occasions when we glimpse happiness- it is not as impressive as what someone else has, so our happiness is self-negated. For many, the world consists of only them, their struggles, their problems, and their entitlement. They cannot see beyond the screen of their cell phone. As a society, many are simply losing focus.
So, who am I? I am someone that wakes up every morning and believes that I can change the world for at least one person and make a difference each and every day. I stand for appreciating the little things in life. I don’t forget those things that made me happy as a child, as a matter of fact- I make a point of searching those things out and celebrating them every single day.
Our lives are a long journey, and the magnitude of that journey can be very daunting and even oppressive at times. We need to change the way we look at everything. We need to break down our lives into tangible fragments. Not years, not months, not weeks, days or even hours… we need to break our lives down into mere moments. Each moment in itself holds great possibility. Each moment holds both the opportunity for happiness or sadness. Each moment clutches within itself a pearl of inspiration that is there for the taking, should you choose to see value in it. By managing these moments, and appreciating them, you will change your life forever and learn to live an inspired life; and I am the guy who wants to help you do so. Be Inspired!

Paranormal Apprentice documents the experiences of everyday people in an actual haunted environment learning the ins and outs of paranormal investigating while experiencing their first true paranormal investigation. The apprentice will use all of the latest in paranormal investigating equipment as well as investigate with seasoned professional investigators. The apprentices are chosen at random from a pool of fan members who simply have to sign up for the Para-Fright Productions fan club. This allows anyone and everyone over the age of 18 the opportunity to have a once in a lifetime experience and possibly uncover the missing link between life and death. At the climax of the show the apprentice will attempt to spend 15 minutes in isolation in the most active part of the haunted location.

So what does Chris call himself? Is he a psychic? Is he a medium? Does he have a sixth sense or simply highly sensitive intuition?
Chris says he prefers the term “sensitive and medium” over “psychic.” Sensitives, he explains, are simply more aware of energy fields, as well as human and non-human presences. Chris is also very in touch with place memory, and is highly empathetic towards emotions of people, both living and dead, sometimes sensing danger or impending doom. Sometimes he receives images of people and events in their past, present or, in rare instances, their future. He says he also considers himself a medium, since spirit contact does occur. “But first and foremost, I will always be a paranormal investigator and researcher who will always do my darnedest to contribute to this field with evidence, data and theories.”

Joe Chin grew up in a close-knit family of 11 and worked primarily with the family's businesses.
His interest in the paranormal dates back to his teenage years. Growing up, Joe remembers that the third floor of his tenement house was always lively with instances of unexplained paranormal activity.
And although he experienced the supernatural as a youngster, he had no idea that people looked for the paranormal until he met Jason Hawes. Months after meeting Jason, he was asked to join Ghost Hunters on television.
Since joining the team, Joe has cultivated what he refers to as a "skeptical curious side," that spurs him to want to get to the bottom of things.
