Clients go to counseling looking for answers. But what they really want is the answer that gets them everything they want without all things they DON’T want. This is unrealistic. A wise person knows they will always have problems, so they get good at choosing the ones they want. It seems, based on research released on the same day, that those suffering from depression may have to make a choice of the problem they want to have.
