Detachment, also expressed as non-attachment, is a state in which a person overcomes his or her attachment to desire for things, people or concepts of the world and thus attains a heightened perspective. It is considered a wise virtue and is promoted in various Eastern religions, such as Jainism, Taoism and Buddhism.
Halloween is not just about carving pumpkins and having spooky costume parties. it is an opportunity to welcome the unknown, release negativity, and bring a little extra intuition into everyday life.
Halloween is celebrated in many countries on October 31 and November 1. People celebrate it by dressing up in costumes and collecting free candies. But in addition to free candy, spooky costumes and ghoulish decoration, Halloween has something more. A deeper spiritual significance is associated with this celebration.
We all are going through a massive internal adjustment of our energy body right now, and the only way to sooth these energetic sensations is to CONNECT AND GROUND WITH OUR PLANET who is experiencing the same thing as all others that is trying to break through the veil of illusions. Earthquakes and other signs of resistance are just the tip of the iceberg of this inner clearing process. Whether or not they are part of manmade meddling is irrelevant, we are entering the time of ABSOLUTE TRUTH about what works and what doesn’t - and I think the message is pretty clear...
WHY ARE WE STILL HIDING OUR LIGHT? Truth and Light are the same – the only Way to get to a brighter future is to step up and make a stance for ourselves! So, STOP QUESTION YOUR INNER LIGHT and rise and shine through letting go of illusionary safety and ideals that have no intrinsic value other than calming your ego! Show it your finger - whatever it came up with in the past to help you cope is not working anymore!
Sure, at times it can be a good thing to focus on making ourselves feel ‘good’ and ‘hanging in there’, but this is now not enough anymore. To get through times of radical change as we are looking ahead, we can’t just tag along on the sidelines. We need to remember and bring our HIGHER GOALS back into the foreground.
This also means to become aware of how we've slowly LET DOWN OUR VIRTUES in the past. Yes! That’s what we’ve done! We made compromises, tried to be nice and play along – but this isn’t working for us anymore!
Spiritual tattoos are among the most powerful in the world and are a popular choice for both men and women. They are not necessarily religious. These tattoo designs usually feature strong symbols like mandala, hamsa, Budha, lotus, yin and yang, etc. and are an expression of the spirituality of the person or the religious beliefs of the individual so you can see spiritual tattoos that are based on images typical for Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. Whether religious or non-religious, spiritual tattoos are a powerful statement and you should carefully think of what message you want to send to the world when choosing the design of your tattoo.

How many times do you find yourself stuck in analyzing, overthinking, thinking about your thinking (metathinking), judging, or even fantasizing just hoping you could find a way to stop it all?
You shift your focus, you go for a run, you watch something, talk to a friend and so on, only to be pulled back into that spin of the mind a few moments later?
Sound familiar?
For most of us, the mind seems to be ‘who we are’ or ‘what we are,’ but in reality, the mind is really nothing more than a filter that gives us thoughts based on what we are focused on in any given moment.
We have all experienced this when watching a scary movie and then going home or going to bed wondering why we have bad dreams or random fears show up as we try to relax for the night.
Thoughts, mentations, memories, are nothing more than forms that register in our mind based on what energetic state we are resonating at, and this leads to us creating the reality that we see in the moment and on a bigger scale over time.
In the case of the scary movie, random thoughts will pop up many times during and after as these movies illicit feelings of fear and danger.
Why am I afraid?
What if someone breaks into my house?
What if I have a nightmare?
Did I lock the door?
All this feeds the emotional response sparked by the movie itself and the experience of watching it (focus) and until we shift this focus, these fears will keep trying to dominate our thinking.
This is just a small example but shows how this focus works. However, when it comes to our more complex, deeper mental patterns does this still work to stop these cycles? Or, better yet, how do we shift out of this constant focus on thinking or even emotional responses?
Well…trying to stop thinking is one way…but for most this is brings about frustration and something that seems impossible as when do try to go there, the mind seems to throw even more at us!
When we are stuck in the thinkingness of the mind, change is challenging as asking questions and ruminating about them will only lead to greater levels of analyzing, overthinking, and yes judgment about what we are doing or what others are doing….
It is a fixation on form and the endless stream of those forms brought about by our focus on the mind and mentation that keeps us stuck in the mind. A fixation or fascination with thinking.
Our focus giving us back what we are focused on, remember that…
What if we moved past the forms and the thoughts themselves and just for a moment realized that the mind does what it does without us really doing anything. It spits out or takes in all kinds of info and then boom thoughts based on ‘where we are at’ begin to permeate our energy and space.
It brings up or latches onto ideas, patterns, conclusions all based on the info in front of us…but is that really us?
This last question is a big one and has been discussed for ages, so just for the moment let’s just accept that the mind isn’t all of us and what is past this is our awareness or consciousness (or Divine Wifi as Jona recently mentioned on a brief video - click here to watch)
This is what registers the thoughts we have and has the ability to allow us to respond or react to what is coming in… For most this occurs so fast (reactive, ego-based responses) that we don’t realize the gap there. It seems automatic and for most makes its more difficult to see the separation.
However, to someone who works on being present, being real/truth…this gap can become quite evident, quite quickly.
What good does it do us to understand the concept of love & redemption with our minds but never bringing it into expression through our open heart? You may think now, that this is easier said than done, especially if you have a track-record of painful relationship experiences…What is it really needed to love with an open heart?
Most humans either use love to control pain, or create pain to control love.
Of course, neither love nor pain can be controlled! All we can do is to open ourselves up for the experience and allow things to evolve. And as we all know, consciousness can only evolve through experiencing, therefore both are needed to love with an open heart. Together they provide the most advanced spiritual tool for transcending the limitations on our physical life’s journey and living life to the fullest. What would life be without pain and love?
Pain is an important tool for human learning and love is the energetic pathway to enlightenment. Love can only be experienced if allowed - the voluntary act of opening ourselves up. We don’t need permission and we don't need an object of love, either. Love is the stuff we’re made of and therefore our most natural state of being!
If we lose the connection with our heart, we are trapped in our programmed and survival oriented ego. Our life becomes dominated by inner and outer conflicts and contradictions - our inner dualisms. We become empty, anxious and lonely and our biggest fear is Nothingness. We keep ourselves busy with thinkingness all day, and can't fall asleep because we don't know how to end the sonstant stream of thoughts in our heads...
Inner peace, the very thing we all yearn for, can only be found through transmuting conflict of the inner dualism between our mind and heart in the core of ourselves. This can only be accomplished by merging the two. If we can allow our fusioned Heart-Mind to guide our life’s journey, we are not only raising the vibrational energy of what caused of our pain, but more importantly facilitate the actual transmutation of our pain altogether!
Why is it such a struggle to feel our heart, and to follow our heart's guidance? For some of us it is a choice to always favor our mind; but most of us are not even aware that we have choice. From early childhood on we were conditioned to dismiss our heart and only trust in our mind. We got confused and lost the ability to discern between emotions and feelings - and slowly lost the ability to feel our heart. To add to our confusion, many spiritual teachings or religions only deepen the gap between true and false heart-connection.
Energy Work can provide the missing link for overcoming our mental and emotional dualism. Through mindfulness techniques that lead us back to our Heart-Consciousness a merging of both aspects of ourselves can be achieved.

Collective Karma can be a bit difficult to understand - but if we want to learn ways to outvibrate the Global Shadow clearing that coming our way, we need to let go of our rigid opinions and beliefs. Try to understand the expression of our Human Collective Group Karma as our tendency to violence, terror, war, fear, pain, and survival aspects. The current global collape of cultural, racial, religious, economical and political power structures allows us to release our collective shadow, and therefore represents the inevitable healing task for us as collective.
What we are experiencing is the cleansing of karmic debt on a collective level - of humanity itself - as a result of incremental vibrational increase of consciousness since 2012. (Click on link to read more about collective energies and karma.)
In order to get through this predicted two year period of correctional collective clearing it is of utmost importance to understand the deeper meaning of having to go through geopolitical and planetary changes, and how they are linked to our personal struggles.
Spiritual lessons from a natural disaster Every natural disaster teaches us spiritual lessons and makes us realize the value of life we live.
What can we learn from an earthquake? Engineers talk of weak constructions and the need for quake-proof structures; politicians talk of disaster-management plans; social organisations talk of relief measures and physical rehabilitation; mental health professionals talk of psychological rehabilitation; medical experts talk of prevention of epidemics; seismologists talk of research into prediction of earthquakes. But we have never considered the spiritual lessons that we—as a human race—can learn from such an event. Every event happens so that we may learn something.
Contentment An important lesson for us is redefining certain words such as horrible, terrible, miserable, exhausted, devastated, unbearable and disastrous. The smallest of events in our life are enough to trigger-off feelings of misery and depression. We use exaggerated and catastrophic language almost for any minor happening.
I had to type extra reports in the office, had to have a very lunch late, the train back home was delayed by an hour — “I had a terrible day.”
My husband reached late for our anniversary dinner party — “I was devastated.”
We don’t get water in our taps from 2pm to 7pm — “What a disaster.”
Everyone around me has a career and I have to sit at home and watch the baby — “Life is in the pits.”
After observing and listening to the stories of the quake-hit areas, we need to think twice before using such catastrophic language to describe everyday happenings in our life. This therapeutic shift in our expressions while describing events in our life will give rise to greater contentment, and also reduce the risk of hypertension, heart disease and other stress-related diseases, the use of tranquillisers, the number of interpersonal conflicts and the expensive visits to psychiatrists.
Gratitude Another important lesson is to be grateful for the little things in life — which may seem little when you have them, but seem a lot when they are taken away. Just the fact that you are alive and breathing is enough to feel grateful. After coming out of a catastrophe of this kind where the survivors have literally touched the doors of death and come back, everything seems a bonus; sleep, food, clothing, shelter, family, friends and a job. Now why don’t you count your blessings? I assure you that you will never fall short of things to be grateful for.
Trust One of the survivors when interviewed said in a very matter-of-fact manner, that she had surrendered herself to God in trust. She was rescued from under the rubble after several hours but was positively calm and peaceful. There was a radiance of trust on her face.
Man tries his level best to secure his life and the lives of his beloved from all calamities — both natural and man-made. But a calamity like an earthquake has demonstrated that those that came to rescue were not necessarily family and friends, but strangers who reached out and helped. These strangers came from far and wide, crossing all geographical limits, just responding to their inner calling to help. There have been so many instances of gallantry where strangers have risked their lives to rescue and help those who were trapped in the debris, using every ounce of their strength and determination. So many angels have touched so many lives.
Complete trust in the divine does wonders making the survivors, all living testimonies of his love and might. But don’t wait to meet such calamities to experience his love, instead submit yourself absolutely into his hands and seek his guidance every single day of your life.
Humility Confronting death on such a large scale has a humbling effect on all. There are stories of large scale devastations where entire villages having been flattened and wiped out from the map, interspersed with miraculous rescues of people who have been buried under the rubble for days, with barely more than dehydration and a few bruises, and of course, the pregnant woman who was rescued unscathed from under the debris with both her and the unborn child doing perfectly well. These stories speak loud and clear about the powerlessness of man against nature and the divine will. Witnessing the divine sanction functioning in its fullest glory in a natural calamity of these proportions brings a sense of sacredness to the entire experience. We can merely do our best, but then we are required to leave the rest to the divine sanction. “Thy will be done.”
Purpose Being confronted by transitory nature of life in such a stark manner as the earthquake, every individual is challenged with questions concerning the meaning and purpose of his existence. The reality of death puts life in perspective. How would you spend today if you knew that your life was going to end tomorrow? This reminds me of a song, “Where is the time to hate when there is so little time to love?”
Petty quarrels, long drawn out conflicts and resentments, ego clashes; suddenly they all seem so futile and a complete waste of the precious gift of life.
Awareness of death makes you go about quickly accomplishing the purpose for which one was put in this world. Every person must find out and clearly define what his role in life is. And the most important aspect of this role is, to forgive and love one another, to help one another in times of need, to bask in the glory of life, being grateful for every breath and using it in an optimum manner, and furthermore, to connect to our higher selves and help others connect to their higher selves and fulfil their purpose in life.
Turning within Every human being is conditioned to assume that the real world is outside, that the way to live life is by contact with an external reality, by seeking input, physical and mental, from without. We would rather explore the far side of the moon or the bottom of the ocean than the hidden depths within ourselves.
Man is subjected to a series of events in his life. Things happen that we do not want; things that we want do not happen; and that is the story of human suffering. Eventually we must all face the suffering of death. Buddha discovered a way to gain insight into the reality of his own nature and to experience true freedom from suffering. He explained that the only way to experience this liberation from all suffering is to look within, to observe the reality within, and thus come out of suffering.
In order to solve our problems, we are required to see our situation as it is and to observe the suffering objectively. If we can learn to observe the pain and the suffering with detachment, like a doctor examining someone else’s pain, we find that the pain no longer overwhelms and controls us. Perhaps it goes away quickly, perhaps not, but it does not matter. We do not suffer from the pain anymore because we can observe it with detachment.
This can be achieved by the systematic development of insight by witnessing in meditation. This reminds me of a story narrated by Osho.
A Zen master was invited as a guest. A few friends had gathered and they were eating and talking when suddenly there was an earthquake. The building that they were sitting in was a seven-storey building and they were on the seventh storey, so life was in danger. Everybody tried to escape. The host, running by, looked to see what had happened to the master. He was there with not even a ripple of anxiety on his face. With closed eyes he was sitting on his chair as he had been sitting before.
The host felt a little guilty, he felt a bit of a coward, and it did not look good that a guest was sitting there and the host was running away. The others, the other twenty guests had already gone down the stairs but he stopped himself although he was trembling with fear, and he sat down by the side of the master.
The earthquake came and went, the master opened the eyes and started his conversation which because of the earthquake he had had to stop. He continued again at exactly the same sentence—as if the earthquake had not happened at all.
The host was now in no mood to listen, he was in no mood to understand because his whole being was so troubled and he was so afraid. He asked the master, “We all tried to escape. What happened to you? What do you say about the earthquake?”
The master said: “I also escaped, but you escaped outwardly, I escaped inwardly. Your escape is useless because wherever you are going there too is an earthquake, so it is meaningless, it makes no sense. You may reach the sixth storey or the fifth or the fourth, but there too is an earthquake. I escaped to a point within me where no earthquake ever reaches, cannot reach. I entered my centre.”
Understanding Karmic Relationship & Energetic Ties
In my view Karmic aspects are the most commonly overlooked aspects in self-healing and recovery from disease, addiction, trauma or crises. If Karma can be seen as any energetic imbalance that seeks to balance itself out, then it can become more clear that the purpose of Karma is to facilitate and support the healing of any unhealed part in our energy field, regardless of its origin. There is no 'good' or 'bad' Karma - Karma is nothing but the energetic consequence of our inner thoughts and outer actions. In other words, if we begin to understand our circumstances as an integral part of our healing and recovery process, forgiveness, compassion and grieving feel more true to us than blaming, victimizing and wanting revenge.
This doesn’t mean that we have to passively swallow wrongdoings or accept everything as ‘karma’. This would be far off from what this inner knowing wants to provide for us. It can enable us to see the big picture – to move from the experiencer into the observer position and strengthens the connection with our inner Divine Consciousness. Karma work is a major step out of the hamster-wheel of repeating negative experiences and the ticket to re-instating our soul’s integrity.
Working with Karmic Aspects
Working with karmic aspects does not mean that we are looking for 'reasons' to justify or excuse any of these imbalances manifested in form of hardship or the notion of being 'doomed'. On the contrary! Trying to understand karma involves soul searching on a feeling level. We all have experienced unexplainable attractions and tendencies at some point in our life (or over and over again). These cannot be explained or processed in the classical dualistic sense of cause-and-effect. While it can be helpful for our ego-mind to understand some of our karmic propensities, they can only be integrated through accessing the higher vibratory states of our consciousness.
Karmic aspects and their energetic charges can be cleared energetically through intention and reclaiming, but their energetic propensity will remain with us until a full reparation/reconciliation has occurred on all consciousness levels. Reconciliation does not require a complicated energy work technique. The main resonances for healing karmic aspects are the inner alignment to acceptance, forgiveness, humbleness, self-love and the willingness to letting go. All these resonances can be found in the alignment to our Sacred-Heart within, which is why the most effective integration often seems to happen spontaneously or even miraculously. Once are familiar and comfortable with the healing power of our inner Divine nature, karmic aspects begin to dissipate by itself!
Different Kinds of Karmic Aspects
There are multiple aspects to Karma that can play a role in our propensity for certain experiences and their repeating nature. To heal the karmic nature of our disease, addiction or relationship problems (which are often interconnected) we begin our healing process with identifying the different levels of karmic ties. Here the three different kinds of karmic aspects to consider:
Inherited karmic aspects refer to any unhealed, imbalanced or unresolved aspect in our family/tribe/collective lineage. These are aspects that are not necessarily just related to us but more the holographic matrix. Inherited karmic aspects can be related to humanity as a whole or subunits, like culture, tribe or family.
Karmic Family aspects often include genetic dispositions for mental, physical or emotional disorders/diseases; however, in the scope of all karmic aspects those are the easiest to overcome or compensate. Unresolved issues that inherit within a family lineage (typically up to 7 generations backwards as well as forward in time) can include extremes, such as forceful deaths through murder, war or accidents, family tragedies, abuse, alcoholism, suicide, depression, etc., but also more subtle tendencies like addictive structure, disdain towards Femininity/Masculinity, degradation, control, manipulation, self-worth issues, superiority/inferiority, or hypercriticism.
Karmic debt refers to a person's personal holographic/etheric energy signature. Based on the assumption that all memory and information of all existence in all dimensions is holographically stored in our energy field, unhealed soul aspects from our current as well as previous or alternative incarnations (i.e. past lives) are built up to be resolved. They can create energetic charges in certain areas of life that do not stem from this life-time. Karmic charges often result in a particular energetic resonance that attracts specific circumstances to provide highest potential for healing in this particular lifetime. Typically, this shows as karmic set-up (the family constellation, culture, country, circumstances, etc. we are born into) and can be best transcended by understanding and reverse engineering the purpose of these circumstances.
Karmic relationships are not just those we have or had with our friends, family or partners; they basically include all interactions with others and the world around us (i.e. institutions). Our karmic propensities generated through karmic debt, through karmic set-up and inheritance manifest in our interactions with others. They often play out in a complex web of karmic role-acting, choice of profession, Inner Child patterns and Shadow aspects and so forth. The more fragmented our soul the stronger the affinity to re-enact karmic roles or attract karmic partners into our lives.
For example, one of the most common karmic relationship ties is reflected in our choice of partner, which is often linked to our family constellation. Most of us pick a partner resembling the parent/caretaker with the strongest unresolved karmic tie to us, so that a healing of these aspects can become possible. While partnerships often provide the perfect plat-form for optimal growth (or failure), most of us are not aware of their karmic purpose.
Transcending karmic relationship aspects means to heal those inner aspects that are played out in our relationships, not the relationship itself. However, as those aspects begin to heal within us our relationships typically do as well - or break away. In the same sense, exchanging partners does not guarantee karmic healing, on the contrary; it quite often leads to repeat of similar relationship experiences until our inner aspect is fully integrated.
The more active and conscious we become in taking responsibility for all our actions, thoughts and inner sentiments, the weaker the energetic bonds of our inner karmic wheel become – and the stronger our ability to self-heal.
Karmic clearings can be done in self-guidance or through (remote) energy work. transCODES for example offers recorded energy processes, energy clearings and transMISSIONS that can help to facilitate the energetic clearing of inherited aspects, as well as Karmic Relationship ties. The remaining charges through karmic debt however are aspects that each and everyone of us has to work on and resolve through a more active participation in our Karma.
As we are still going through the 'truth testing' of this year's solstice energies we are diving right into one of the most challenging subject for most of us - is this true love? And if it isn't how can I work on aligning myself or my relationship to more truth?
There is much written about Love but it isn't until we can fully connect with our heart that we are beginning to realize why this is not an easy question to answer. It depends on how connected a person is! Love can be based on many different things other than actual true love: security, money, loneliness, desire, status, narcissism or neediness to feel whole through someone else. I'm sure we've all experienced at least one of each of these reasons for being in a relationship. But is this a good foundation for a happy and lasting relationship?
Happiness depends on each partner's expectations. If both agree on the purpose of their relationship and there are no unspoken or hidden aganda, both can be satified with their relationship. However, most of us don't know what to expect or even what we truly want - not to mention how to communicate it to our partner. Most relationships are based on the deep belief that we cannot reach what we are searching for on our own, and so we are beginning to externalize our love to our partner. It is only a matter of time until one of us begins to begin to try to control or manipulate , just so we can make sure we get our investment back. So, how can we know that true Love is possible if we cannot feel it or know what to expect?

There is research that is showing that low frequency exposure influences people's emotions and decisions - understanding the meaning of this is also means understanding how PLANETARY & COLLECTIVE SHIFTS in electromagnetic energy can influence our personal energy. Here a brief illustration video for those of you interested in this study: https://youtu.be/b_vQPLP_ksc
The reason why I am bringing this up is the purpose of such training weekends and most of what our work here is about. While we are practicing various different modalities, the main aspect of such training is the ABILITY TO HOLD OUR ENERGY in certain vibratory rates. As you are all aware of, different VIBRATORY STATES influence our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual perception. Why is that? Because it triggers the electromagnetic part of our physiology to resonate. It affects our cell membranes, our neurological firing/stimulation and therefore influences neurotransmitters, hormones, etc but also our signal processing altogether.
In our daily lives we often feel disconnected or not able to connect with our Self. Many of have lost the ability to tell who we truly are and our inner connection feels clouded or lost. If you feel this way, don't beat yourself up or doubt that your True Self's presence. 'The sun is always there - even at night or on a cloudy day"
Your True Self is an integral part of you - the middleman between your soul and your physical being. When you feel disconnected within it merely means that you have too many mental and emotional layers of perceived ‘other selves’ dominating your life and perception of self. You see yourself through the eyes of others or the collective, which clouds your ability to 'see the sun'.
We call this culmination of perceived beliefs, energetic programs and conditioned behavioral patterns FALSE SELF.
We all have different reasons to rather presenting a fake persona than our True Self; it is often part of our inner core protection, as our True Self feels to vulnerable to be exposed. However, this is based on the misconception that we need to hide who we truly are - and because everybody is doing it, it seems natural to feel like we need to protect this part of us.
From an energetic point of view, this is quite a tragedy! By choosing our False Self we are not only communicating that we don't feel good enough, we are also increasing inner conflicts and agree to incongruence, that can do severe damage to our ENERGETIC INTEGRITY. The original cause is often unconscious to us, as they often lead back to our childhood or even karmic aspects.
The main message here is, that regardless of how much you try to hide it, your True Self will always prevail. It is only a matter of time, that you will sense that there is something hidden or encapsulated inside of you, that wants to come forward. Living your life as a False Self can therefore often leads to the feeling of being ‘cut off from the world’ and lonely. It causes the deep inner pain of separation and not belonging - and can responsible for many of our inner and outer struggles!
Being caught in our often unconscious false self projections makes it impossible for us to be in touch with our true needs, and therefore often causes fear of the unknown and powerlessness.
While our False Self ego persona allows us to cope with challenging situations or painful experiences, it's mostly responsible for the mental and emotional overcast that clouds our ability to know and connect with our True Self.
So, why is so difficult some times to know True from False Self?
BEING TRUE TO ONESELF
Many of you have already worked on your inner connection and relationship with your True Selves, but you often still don’t realize the power of ego control in your practical lives. The fact that you are reading this right now already demonstrates that a part of you remembers the presence of your True Self within; you wouldn’t resonate with this kind of inner work if you weren’t somehow prompted to seek for your true inner connection. But do you really know when you are true to yourself and when not? When you are in alignment with your True Self or your False Self? When you are true to yourself?
Our ego can overshadow our INNER TRUTH within a split second. Every time your feel threatened, not validated or unloved, your ego will kick in in order to protect you from mental-emotional-spiritual pain! The way this happens is mainly through altering your perception. This can play out as diminished or exaggerated self-perception - as self-doubt or self-centeredness - but no matter what your personal propensity is, it limits your ability to see your own truth!
From an energy work standpoint, incongruence with True Self causes inner contradictions and therefore allows outer programs, fear, defense patterns, ego-attachments or denial to dominate your way of seeing yourself and others. On the long run this inner battle can lead to energetic schisms and persistent inner conflicts and can cause emotional, mental, physical blocks or even dis-eases. Therefore, energy work teaches us that becoming congruent with our True Self is not only a core prerequisite for our self-healing, but also represents the needed framework for the unfoldment of our spiritual consciousness!
DISCERNING TRUE SELF AND FALSE SELF
As we begin the inner re-connection process, it is quite normal to feel an inner yearning for becoming more true to oneself. This can get more intense after we felt this connection with our INNER LIGHT for the first time, which is why it is so important to develop a REFERENCE FEELING for when we are in our True Self - even we can only get glimpses of what it feels like at first. As we begin to feel and experience the existence of our Inner Divinity as our True Selves, we begin to long for this connection and our SPIRITUAL JOURNEY begins.
The objective of becoming true to oneself is to learn how to experience and express ourselves congruent with our True Self at all times. Self-transformation means to learn to overcome our mental and emotional overlay and to align ourselves to the frequencies of our higher self so that we can begin to unfold our highest potential.
We all have this ability to connect in us at all times, but the reason why we don't is because we lost the ability to tell if something is true or not. In addition, most of us don’t have the ability yet to consciously perceive and clear ourselves from distractions, triggers and ego-payoff, and are therefore often at a loss when it comes to identifying negative energies, inner energetic blocks or simply we our energy system is imbalanced and incongruent.
IDENTIFYING INNER TRUTH & UNDERSTANDING CONGRUENCE
Energetically seen, we are congruent when the frequency of our outer expression resembles or is identical with our inner frequency - when our INNER REALITY matches up with our outer reality. When we are grounded in the present and centered in our heart our energy resonates only with conditions, circumstances, thoughts, feelings (any energy form) that matches own frequency. CONGRUENCE is when all outer energies and inner energies are a reflection of the same - when we are congruent we are in the presence of our INNER TRUTH.
EXAMPLE:
Take the energy of DEGRADATION (could be replaced with any lower vibrational state or sentiment). In energy work Degrading Energies are energies that are not supportive, energy draining or even destructive for us.
If we are surrounded by degrading energies while our inner alignment is based on higher vibrational virtues, such as integrity, respect and non-judgment, any form of degradation or energy lowering impulse can be sensed immediately. Without training we may not be able to pinpoint where or from whom exactly these energies are coming from, but we can feel when that it's 'off'. Someone who is caught in the incongruence of his or her False Self is so conflicted within, that outer incongruences cannot be detected. In fact, energetically degrading people, situations or places are so familiar to us that we lack the ability to tell the difference!
As a result of being congruent with our True Self we are able to tell what is truly going on and with it have the ability you make a choice whether we want to tolerate, ward off or walk out of the degradation in/around us.
If we are congruent, our choices are always in alignment with who we truly are.
So, if we allow ourselves to constantly be surrounded by degradation we cannot sense it, and chances are that unconsciously allow our energetic integrity to be violated, compromised or inhibited. By tolerating degrading energies in our lives we ENABLE FALSEHOOD - in our environment (family, collective, society, etc.) and within ourselves. Over time, tolerating falsehood and energy lowering forces in our lives it becomes so ‘normal’ to us that our entire energy system adjusts to falsehoods to a point, where we do not even realize how incongruent we have become. CODEPENDENCY and WHITE-SHADOW aspects are very common examples for the longterm effect of lack of inner congruence.
We are incongruent when our inner alignment/sentiment is not the same as our actions, thoughts, feelings, and choices - and vice versa.
Deep down we all know what it feels like to be incongruent – it’s when we agree to compromise or the lower our personal, despite our better knowing! Every time we disregard our inner guidance we are allowing a part of us to dissociate and become numb. Every time we act, think, feel or express something that isn't true to ourselves, we disconnect from our True Self and we give away/loose a tiny aspect of our soul - bit by bit, we are externalizing our inner power to our False Self!
Becoming aware of our truth and falsehood marks a major shift in our journey!
LETTING GO OF OUR FALSE PERCEPTIONS
Once we shift our focus from outside to inside we are beginning to be come able to discern between what's ours and what isn't. Incoming, lingering or hidden energies can only be sensed on all levels provided we know who we are. Therefore, knowing our true intentions is not only healthier but but allows us to protect our energy from a more empowered stance and thus eliminates the need for a fake self projection or protection. The more we can let go of our false sense of control, the easier we can get in touch with our true needs and heart’s desires.
ENERGETIC SENSITIVITY alone does not guarantee that we can make better choices. We still need to learn how to actualize and manifest our energetic discernment in congruence with our energy and actions/choices - in other words, we need to learn how to implement our inner truth at all times. This is where our real spiritual work begins!
So, while we may intuitively and mentally understand the importance of FEELING TRUTH, we need to retrain our behaviors and relearn to HOW TO ACT ON OUR TRUTH. This is the point of our journey where many of us become frustrated and begin to doubt our abilities...
Understand that acting on your truth is probably the most daring and challenging journey you will ever embark on! Give yourself time and be patient with yourself. Your behaviors are the result of decades of conditioning and outer programming - do not expect to be able to undo this within a few days! Try to observe rather than judge - and always remember that weren't able to see these things before, so be patient and never give up on your True Self!
The more honest you can be the faster this transformational process goes!
IDENTIFYING EGO PAY-OFF
So, after all this talk and inner reflection, why do we still allow negative energies to affect our personal energy field to the point where we aren’t able to feel ourselves anymore? Why do we continue to make incongruent choices every day of our life? Easy! Because our ego/false self get's something out of it!
As long as our ego receives positive feedback on acting out of fear, anger, pain or specialness – it gets a pay-off and has no reason to end it. Behaviors and choices that work against your better knowing are are actions based on your ego. If you want to transcend your ATTACHMENTS and unconscious sabotage cycles you need to know what your ego get's out of staying where you are at.
Looking at our ego's payoff and facing inner unresolved energetic attachments isn’t exactly a fun, so be prepared to run into your ego's resistance! Most of your choices are based on what worked in the past or what created the most pleasure, safety or sense of control. Therefore, in order to overcome your ego you need to gradually remove the fuel it runs on. By asking ourselves what our ego's payoff is, we can learn how our inner hard-wires function and slowly replace them with healthier behaviors.
What could we get out off our False Self behaviors?
What are common examples for ego payoff?
Let’s look at some our False Self programs:
We fuel our False Self through … in order to -> ... :
Being a Victim or Blaming Others -> not having to/wanting to take responsibility for oneself
Pain Cycles -> wanting to get attention to feed the illusion of being loved or not alone
Control -> feeling more powerful over others/situations in order to cope with our hidden fears and anger
Anger -> trying to regain lost power or compensating for the fear of not being in control
Righteousness -> feeding our illusion of superiority or being better than others; covering up negative self-image and fear of inadequacy
Frustration-> coping with inner contradictions; projecting the illusion of lost specialness or rigid beliefs and opinions
If we are truly honest with ourselves, we will find that there is an ego payoff feeding our False Self in almost each and every of our choices. If we were congruent with who we truly are we had no reason to hide, deny or protect these parts. We could lightheartedly, self-responsibly and lovingly admit to our mistakes and transcend, correct and improve our choices as we go; but instead we sustain an intricate web of ego justifications and don’t realize how our False Self is separating us from our True Self with each of these choices.
Our Ego, False Self, projections, wounds, shadow, patterns, programs and defensive mechanisms are all integral part of us – they are neither good nor bad – they are all there for a reason. What matters is not the fact that we have an ego, false self or shadow, but whether and for how much longer we allow them to control our choices.

Thank you for your time reading this reflection.
Perhaps, you find yourself at a point of your journey where you feel compelled to investigate the truth about the quality of you Love and how much Self-Love you really feel within you. As you probably already know, whether of not you are in a romantic relationship is not a measuring tool for your inner love. Your inner connection is. However, intensified by current collective energies many of us are dealing with a frequent feeling of loneliness and difficulties to connect within.
Loving and trusting somebody requires us to be able to love ourselves first. If we don’t feel good enough or undeserving of love we can’t trust in ourselves; and thus we can't trust others. Feeling unloved can mean that we are not quite willing yet to trust in our Self-Love yet, which is often linked to perceiving ourselves as flawed or not meeting our own or projected expectations. We are simply not in a loving relationship with ourselves yet.
From this perspective it’s understandable that we find it challenging to invite True Love into our lives and perhaps even dismiss or give up on it altogether. To overcome conditionality in Love we need to be willing to love others as ourselves. The key to this is in reflecting on the conditions and limitations of how we perceive love. Follow me here and let's reflect on how to overcome the Conditions of Love:
Getting on the Other Side of Our Mind’s Fear Leaving the limitations of our mind and entering the vast microcosm of our inner world of evolving consciousness can be a frightful thought. Is there something hidden I am not aware of? What if I can’t control it? What if I discover a deep inner darkness? What if I can’t connect at all? What if I get rejected? What if I am not worthy? What if …
Granted, not everyone is interested in evolving his/her consciousness, but to a degree we are all curious about the mechanics of consciousness and especially the occasional energetic perceptions we experience in our daily life. One does not have to be a devoted spiritual seeker to be interested to go beyond the mind.
A funny thing I observed lately is the trendy use of the word ‘mindfulness’. So many new organizations and businesses promote their services with mindfulness… as if we don’t already have a mind full of ego stuff! They even encourage the ‘Power of the Mind’ for self-healing and manifesting! Isn’t this an interesting twist to get our ego-mind to buy into the preservation of its control?
Those of you who can feel this meme in this attempt to divert the arising desire to go beyond their ego’s perception understand that this is actually showing how the controller-matrix is trying to prevent the collective evolution of human consciousness. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean to encourage conspiracy theories, but these and other coveted developments in the spiritual/new age business can be quite misleading, as they can trick our ego into believing we are doing spiritual work, while we are guided back to the dependency on our insatiable ego-drive for power and specialness.
Without an awakened inner divine connection and a discipline of fostering inner discernment through the heart, it can be quite difficult to see the difference. In this following Field Report I would like to share the practical aspects of facing fears and resistances while actively working on connecting with our True Self and how non-religious and practical spiritual work can look like.
Field Report “CONNECTING WITH TRUE SELF” Remote Energy transMISSION
Being attracted to experiencing or experimenting with your inner consciousness can be way more significant than we may consider when deciding to register for this monthly free public session. Not to make this work special or elevate our participants’ choices; but the fact that a part of us is resonating with the ‘Connect with your True Self’ message is showing us that our True Self is already prompting us to into its direction.
On our personal level, it is our intention to connect with our True Self that ignites the always present and eternal Divine Spark in us, but on a larger scale it does even more - it initiates a better understanding of Oneness and the direct experience of connectedness
Each and every one of us who enters the discovery process of their inner connection with God/Divinity through their heart automatically becomes a beacon of light for others – without having to do anything!
When it comes to supporting the evolution of human consciousness our inner connection and the transformation that we experience is way more effective than trying to fight against the system! Even if you are at the very beginning on your journey of discovering who you truly are, know that your changing energetic resonance is already contributing to a revolutionary evolution!
Looking at consciousness work from this larger perspective is quite important, especially when assessing our subjective experiences during inner consciousness work. Our intention to improve or increase our inner connection will lead to experiencing and internalizing our higher consciousness. It will not only help us to expand our spiritual understanding but more importantly help us to become familiar with existing outside of our conditioned and often programmed limitations of our ego-mind.
While it can often feel that way, our ego-mind is not the enemy! Fears of traversing uncharted inner territory are natural and part of our collective and karmic programming. Therefore, when entering the realm of inner connection it is necessary to connect with the empathy and compassion of our heart to understand our subtle (or sometimes not so subtle) inner resistances, doubts, feelings of unworthiness or outright fears of punishment or anger. Inner resistances cannot be judged but need to be seen as initial adjustment to accepting and allowing our much larger existence as light-being. Try to look at them at inner hints, signals or promptings as to where inner healing or balancing work is needed.
Most of all, be patient with yourself! If you haven’t really been encouraged to or guided on how to mediate, contemplate or seek the inner silence, it is understandable to feel somewhat uncomfortable at first. It is very common to fall asleep, become restless or even mistake your mind as your True Self when still getting used to spending time with yourself in this way! Overcoming the ongoing stream of our thinkingness is often the toughest hurdle and easier said than done – but can be learned!
The Ego is just a subroutine of your mind’s construct, and our mind is a subroutine to our consciousness. Without your consciousness you wouldn’t be able to observe your mind. Therefore, reaching the state inner silence to that inner divine connection can be experienced is mainly just a matter of disciplining your mind a bit. Through your heart-felt intention you can activate the power of your consciousness to overwrite the fear and negativity of your ego-mind. It is the key to entering your Divine Consciousness.
The trick to getting over the noisy overlay of your mental chatter is to insist on wanting to feel your heart, but not by resisting your mind but by changing your focus elsewhere – your heart center – the gateway to your Inner divinity!
All this may take a little bit of practice at first, but in essence it’s nothing but an exercise in inner focus. If you lose focus go back and refocus, even if it takes a while for you to get settled in your inner silence! The purpose of learning such a discipline is of utmost importance when dealing with the challenges of the inner and outer worlds of energy and energetic perception. Not only does it train your energy system to overcome inner negativity and helps to relax and distress your physical body, it also allows you to directly experience your energetic frequency. Later this ability to hold your inner focus will facilitate your ability to consciously change your overall energetic alignment and with it your manifestation of optimal health and wealth in your life.
Energetically seen, our Ego-Field is a small part of our entire Energy System. While it can dominate our perception through emotional, mental and physical reactivity, it still is just one layer of our total energetic make-up. Without training in inner connection we cannot differentiate between ego thoughts and inner guidance; external manipulation and inner truth. Our ego doesn’t have the ability to discern between true and false! Its purpose is securing our physical, emotional and mental survival but not our spiritual or emotional intelligence – and definitely not our independence through consciousness development.
The ego sees itself as the only authority commanding over our survival – in its limited view it sees itself as our God (dingdong!) – qualitative or energetic aspects of our existence are not of its concern!
So, while we need our ego for some of our basic human functionality, the objective of re-connecting with our True Self is to evolve past those basics and hand over our overall well-being back to the authority of our Inner Divinity/True Self.
Reconnecting with our Inner Divine Qualities means aligning ourselves to the inner feeling of:
Love
Peace
Oneness
Kindness
Empathy
Humbleness
Compassion
Forgiveness.
Naturally, this often implies a period of removing and clearing existing
Ego Programming and Control Mechanisms:
Specialness
Fear of Loss
Envy
Superiority
Manipulation
Coldness of the Mind etc.,
Protection and Coping Mechanisms:
Inner Child
Trauma
Addiction/Self-Soothing
Distraction
Hiding
Avoiding
Inner Placeholders and Mouthpieces:
Critical Inner Voice
Judgment
Disdain
Shadow etc.
Needless to say that this doesn’t always go without resistance or even inner battle...
However, the point going beyond the fear of our mind to lose control is to bypass and supersede our Ego rather than fighting it. Inner battles and conflicts only cement our inner barriers (such as a block between our Solar-Plexus and Heart Chakra). Therefore, it doesn’t make sense to promote the inner split of Ego-Mind vs. Inner Divinity.
The pathway to transcending our inner schisms is to integrate our ego’s means of perception (body, thoughts and emotions) with a heart-based higher perception (feelings, knowingness, remembrance, inner guidance). Practiced with this attitude it allows us to experience our higher consciousness in co-existence with our physical embodiment and all its unhealed inner aspects. With a little energetic training and the willingness to expand our consciousness we will be guided to new levels of health, emotional intelligence, deeper understanding and spiritual maturity.
As for our session, the main theme was overcoming the fear of going into our deeper connection. Whatever we associate with ‘going deeper’ it seemed to trigger some of our resistance to become independent while still feeling connected with others. Depending on our level of practice and comfort with our inner worlds, this played out with different physical and energetic sensations during the transMISSION. The main sensation was a persistent heart-expansion pain and a strong pulse/heat from time to time.
If claiming your spiritual sovereignty and commanding inner Truth are still somewhat new to you; say because of religious training, externalizing your inner higher power to others (partners, teachers, parents, society, etc), feelings of unworthiness or general insecurity as to how to connect, know that your courage and inner attitude play a key role for connecting with your True Self! Your inner connection is your birthright! Nobody and nothing can take it away from you! You have the right to connect and experience your true you at any time! Claim it!
The only thing in the way of evolving your consciousness is your mind’s set of beliefs, views and your unresolved inner pain. They make up the clouds that cover your inner divine light with fear and keep your inner higher power hidden underneath your inner darkness.
Don’t let this discourage you! If you keep falling asleep, can’t sit still during your mediation or get stuck in your mind or emotion, don’t give up on your ability to go farther! Continue to practice this discipline on your own and allow your True Self to prompt and guide you through the initial hurdles!
On the other side of Fear lies Freedom...
Much Love and Gratitude,
How The Next Generation Energy Healers & Coaches Will Revolutionize Our World
Ten- fifteen years ago openly talking about sensing ‘energies’ or energy healing was like an undercover operation. Being an 'Energy Healer' was regarded as fringe dwelling, spiritual woowoo and used to be subject to ridicule and heavy judgment. Today, the available amount of scientific and empirical data pointing at the incredible benefits of self-healing and energy awareness is undeniable. Energetic self-mastery and mindfulness can help to heal blocks in personal health, success, love, spirituality and creativity. The times of mystification of energies and guruism are over! Connecting with our innate healing powers, intuition and even precognition are talked about in countless news articles, self-empowerment books and even in social media. What once belonged to the hippie, guru or new age corner, is advancing into ‘mainstream’ now.
In the wake of a massive increase in people with energetic sensitivity (15-20% of the population) Energy Healers and Coaches will be one of the future’s most needed new professions. I believe that we are at the cusp of an entirely new approach to health, well-ness and with it, understanding of energy healing. Healing and Self-Healing modalities will become a huge part of emerging new industries and education!
The next generation of energy healers that will help to change the paradigm in energy awareness will be coming from traditional and even seemingly unrelated professions, willing to heal themselves and share their talents through connecting with others. Energy work can and will be integrated in all areas of business, from testing business ideas, creating an energetically beneficial products or even homes, to energy counseling, career coaching or physical healing. There are no limits to energy healing when used to assisting others in reaching more fulfillment, health, wealth and love in their lives!
This development can already be observed in traditional healing professions. More and more healing professionals, such as medical doctors, counselors, life coaches, physical therapists, body workers, along with personal trainers, yoga instructors and nutritional therapists feel the need to integrate or enrich their existing practice with mindfulness techniques and energy work. A new generation of professional energy healers is emerging!
In my view as seasoned energy healer and trainer, allowing all sciences to grow together through meta-sciences such as Energy Healing/Medicine/Psychology will play a key-role in future human evolvement. It will revolutionize our world, including business, finances, health and relationships! We are finally beginning to understand that we are more than just the sum of our parts! The paradigm shift we are surrently observing will provide us with a totally new understanding of ourselves as energetic whole-being. It will lead to the realization that we are composed of different layers of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or energetic aspects that need to be addressed on all levels of existence.
According to a study of the National Center of Health Statistics, the sector of Energy Medicine and Alternative/Supplemental Healing Therapies alone had reached a market size of more than $30 Billion USD in the United States. Remembering the times when Acupuncture was still regarded as 'out there', or when warning people about the dangers of MSG's and high fructose corn sirup in foods was considered to be conspiracy theory - it feels liberating to me to observe how something that was once new and discredited can become part of our collective awareness.
Understanding ourselves as Energetic Beings with a soul that is holistically connected to our body, emotions, and mind - rather than a body with unwanted or dysfuntional behaviors, emotions and thoughts, will bring about a new Health Revolution and change our world forever!
I have been a proponent of learning how to work with and heal our own energies for almost two decades now, I was honored to be part of training pioneers, early adaptors, and prompted individuals of almost all professions in energy healing. Through this experience I've learned that there are also issues with the early stages of the emerging 'Energy Healer Business'. Being an 'Energy Healer' is becoming so popular right now, that it reminds me of the exercise craze in the 90s, or the diet fanatism in the early 2000s. It makes it look like as if modern energy healing can be learned overnight, obtained in online certification programs or on Youtube.
This is not the case. It is misleading and contributing to confusion. Energy Work/Healing is a vocation, agreed, but it needs to be learned and trained through practical application and gaining personal experience. Energy work cannot be learned through reading or watching videos. In fact, it can neither be assimilated nor executed with our intellect. Energy Work is a healing art, much like other arts and martial arts, that requires the trainee to internalize the learned on him or herself and to develop his or her own 'style' over time.
In addition, Energy Healing also comes with a very unique set of challenges – especially when working with other energetically sensitive and empathic persons. It requires absolute authenticity and zero tolerance integrity. Not only do we have to learn to trust and believe in our own healing abilities, but we need to constantly be aware and in harmony with our own unhealed aspects to be able to spot them in others. There are many dangers to applying energy work in absence of proficient integrity training, which is why there are so many health challenged, drained, power-driven and unhealed energy healers out there right now.
It is time that energy healing sheds its stigma, so it can become the respectable profession that it will become!
As Energy Healer our personal energy is in direct exchange with our clients. The ability to be fully present and allow this direct connection without absorbing a client’s energies is instrumental. While working with other people’s energies we are subject to constant projection and unconscious psychic attack. Therefore, besides the mentioned ability to sense/feel/or see energies one of the main traits of a good energy healer is his or her own energetic integrity.
So, when learning the needed skillset for energy healing/work/coaching, which in my experience can be accomplished in about 3-6 months on a beginner’s level, it can still take a lifetime to integrate our own energetic dissonances!
As energy healing modalities will explode over the next 5-10 years new standards need to be developed. This is a normal process. Transitional corrections affect all new technologies and modalities in their maturing process.
So, what does this mean for the energy healing business? What does it take to become an Energy Healer of the next generation? Is it enough to just feel a calling to be of service to others? Can anyone learn energy healing? Where does one start?
Any serious energy healer training program should include general training in energy centers/chakras, basic behavioral psychology and anatomy. It should emphasize on training the healer’s own self-healing abilities and must include etheric protection and energetic defense techniques. No matter how many skills we already have, in our existing profession, talent or calling, we need to start with ourselves - and learn to protect our own energy!
In 'What does It Take To Become An Energy Healer' I wrote:
"First of all, we need to understand that the main purpose of energy healing is in the ability to be in and hold a vibrational state that allows for healing. In this state our energy will create a field around us that motivates another person’s energy field to resonate with our – hopefully – higher vibrational state. Energy Healing works like osmosis. The stronger the power of the healer’s energetic field, the farther it can reach – the more it can influence it has on another person’s energy.
We all know this effect in a negative way. Being surrounded by ‘negative’ energies tends to suck our energy in. It functions like a low pressure weather system, that has an inward spin, contracting and pulling outer layers of clouds and energies in, like a hurricane. High pressure systems have an outward spin and push clouds and energies out; they can reach far while clearing the way for the sun to reach our location.
The same applies to energy healing.
A healer is not someone who makes the sun appear - A Healer is someone who can make the sun visible to those who temporarily can’t see it.
The idea that we can learn to heal others based on our good intentions is a very common misconception about spiritual healing. We cannot ‘make’ or will a person to heal; all we can do is to motivate a person’s energy to go into it’s higher vibrational state o activate spontaneous self-healing.
An energy worker/healer is someone who can help a person to shift or reverse their personal energetic spin on things, so that his/her clouds can be removed and the connection with the sun (->inner light/self-healing abilities) can be reinstated and felt again."
In order to effectively help other people with energy healing a healing practitioner needs to know and be able to be in charge of his or her own energies AT ALL TIMES. Only a Healed Healer can be of true service to others! This takes time and experience. The next generation of energy workers will be emerging from all directions - we will need energy workers who can teach children, businesses, existing client or person-to-person services and academia. The only true prerequisite for becoming a ‘healer’ a person’s willingness to heal themselves and learn how to align to absolute truth and integrity!

There is an intuitive knowing that we all have a power within us that can lead us to health, wealth and happiness – a guidance system that allows us to heal ourselves no matter what the perceived problem is. Without being aware of this inner belief, we are programmed to believe that every condition can be cured with medication, therapy or treatment (even the ones we didn’t even know existed). However, there is a growing body of scientific evidence that our healing process goes much faster, smoother and more permanent if a spiritual component is added, that can fully connect us with what is happening within us.
How did we forget to trust in our own ability to feel what is needed to truly heal?
At least in western cultures, we have been lead to accept that healing can only happen through something from outside of us. Needless to say that this not only promotes our dependency to for example meds, but that it externalizes our healing powers all together. We have forgotten how to trust in our own powers!
Where do does this power reside? In our mind? In our consciousness? How do we re-learn to strengthen our spiritual connection? The answer is simple – through the power of our heart - the very part of us that is connecting us with our higher consciousness and higher guidance.
One reason for the ever-growing disconnection and helplessness many people feel is the turning away from spiritual healing. For some it is still obvious that faith and prayer are meaningful tools for getting through a crisis or disease, but for many others, including the modern awakened ‘spiritual person’ it is difficult to see religious practices as pathway for our personal healing or manifestation process. Instead, we seek guidance through books, articles, videos, workshops or metaphysical teachers to learn about energetic healing techniques, mediations or energy work.
Healing is a Two-Fold Process
One part is removing the ill-making agent, person, condition or energy, and the other is strengthening our inner system, such as our physical or spiritual immune system. Both can lead to more efficients ways to deal with whatever caused the disorder. And yet, there is still a component missing. No matter how many affirmations, meditations or Yoga classes we attend, we are still missing the connection with what in ourselves contributed to our condition in the first place. We get stuck in judging our problems as ‘not-spiritual’ and thus the strengthening of our own healing system becomes not only not possible, but we are often unconsciously sabotaging our efforts.
Seeing our disease or unhappiness from an energetic viewpoint can help us to bridge this gap between our mental attitude and inner feeling about out condition. We can learn that everything is ‘just’ energy and that healing is a matter of shifting our energetic state to a faster vibrational frequency. Everything can therefore heal from within, provided we re-learn how to connect with our heart and reactivate our coherence with our inner Divine energies that allows us to reactivate our higher inner abilities to heal through our heart-field.
Since healing and self-healing are not (yet) part of what is taught in our school system, we are often left alone with our search for guidance. We don’t know how to enquire about it without feeling insecure or too embarrassed to admit that we cannot really connect with our hearts.
Finding practical information about heart-based healing and self-healing, energy clearing and how to support our heart is like learning a new language. Nobody can really explain it – we have to experience it! In other words, we have to become an active part in our own healing process – otherwise we could not learn that it is our inner power that does the healing!
Adding to this, many of us are sensing that there must be more to our awakened energetic sensitivity than constantly feeling bombarded or drained by other people’s energies. Could the purpose of this developing additional sense have something to do with healing?
