They're listing on the Nasdaq, and that one is up 9% in the pre-market so far. Beyond Meat gets double upgrade that one BYND moving higher. Also, Spotify and Netflix couple the subscription plays both had a bit of news and both getting some chatter from the brokerage community moving higher. Take a look at BB which is BlackBerry selling some non-essential patents for 600 million. Wow. And let's see, what else do we have here? Oh, I guess IONS this one, they're ceasing a deal with Pfizer, and for that reason, shares are down 8%. All those trading actively always something to trade, folks. Perhaps it back in talks with DirecTV. That's what we're hearing. Shares are up about 8% in the pre. DASH gets an upgrade from Evercore ISI, DSAH and Phillips PHG this one trading down hard. But it's a pretty interesting trader in the pre, so I had to jump on it. Here's part Deux, as they would say in France, but we're in Germany, so that would be why I fight right here. Form sexy, but not nice. And. Take a look at Sigma Lithium. That one is run in the pre on an upgrade. Take a look at Biogen Idec BIIB trading to the downside hard. Apparently only covering Medicare is only covering past part of their Alzheimer's treatment. That's no good for them. And lastly, Grubhub. That's right. Even though there has been some denials, there's a pretty strong rumor out there that they're going to be doing a deal. And those shares moving higher. Moving to the downside, though Lululemon. Why? 60 Seconds need to know before you go Jon Najarian here. If you were up early on Worldwide Exchange with Brian Sullivan, you heard me talk about GameStop. There were a lot of calls that were going to expire in one day that were bought yesterday. A lot. And many of those calls went 20 and $30 in the money, some as much as $45 in the money. Just crazy shares traded through 175 last night, trading in the high one fifties, I believe, right now. After closing around 130, that's all on the NFT news that they might have a dedicated group just to explore and build out NFTs at GME ABSI do in a venture with Merck, and those shares are up 51%. I've got the Trade Desk. TTD Jefferies gives them an upgrade. Nice pop there. Discovery Network's B of A and moves the target up from 35 to 45. Big price target increase and shares are reacting to that. They beat on earnings, so now they get a ruling against Google on a patent infringement and EXAI Sanofi and these guys doing a little deal and that's causing shares to pump pump pump to the upside. 60 Seconds, you need to know before you go. Jon Najarian here. All right. Take a look at Bed Bath and Beyond. We talked about it twice. December and then again in January for unusual put activity. Well, they disappointed. And shares are down better than 10% in the pre. It's falling through $13 a share. Bang. It was 17 when we first cited those puts Take a look at Constellation Brands down 2%. Crude oil higher by 2%. That means Devon and all our energy picks continue to do well, so that's making me feel a little bit better . Nasdaq, of course, getting slammed again, down 80 in the pre. Walgreens Boots Alliance they beat on top and bottom line shares are higher by 3%. Bird gets an upgrade. That's Allbirds footwear company. They are higher by 6% and then a lot of those stocks in the banking space recovering. So let her see for Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, as well as Bank America, all recovering most of what they lost yesterday as the ten year moves to 174, just three pips away from overtaking the high of last year. I am Jon Najarian. 60 Seconds, you need to know before you go. first off, Culleian Oncology. This, of course, cancer treatment. And these guys apparently have some breakthrough stuff that they're doing. And shares are up better than 18% on pretty decent volume. Great trader in the pre. Take a look at Foot Locker gets a downgrade trades down by better than 3% on the reverse side. Baird gives What was it? Under Armor? UAA an upgrade and it trades up by about the same amount. VALN and down 18%. These guys had a treatment for COVID booster, if you will, but had a big move last month. Now they're taking a lot of that away, that 18% drop. Warner Music Group and WMG trading to the downside after a big insider sells and Hewlett Packard Enterprise gets an upgrade today in trades higher. Lastly, Toyota Motors, they say they are putting autonomous ability into many of their vehicles soon and that they will have an operating system rather than going with Apple or Microsoft. I think right now, PayPal, up 2%, gets a BMO upgrade, although they do take the price target down. I've got SecureWorks up 10%. That's SCWX great trader in the pre CIAN Russian classified ads, I know, but it's up 10%. It was down earlier. Now it's up. Tesla big mover in the pre delivered a lot more cars. They were expected to deliver 263,000 did over 370,000 bang. That's helping a lot of these others, which also had good news. The other EV makers like NIO, a four and a half percent. I've got LI up two and a half. I know three and a half now, XPEV up two and a half and Office Depot, a seven point rally started off with the two, then a three. All right, let's start off with Pfizer because they got their pill that keeps people that have mild cases and are in the hospital keeps them from getting worse. And Pfizer got approval on that. So good for them LXRX one of the ones that I'm trading? I'll give you a couple real fast here. LXRX and BFRI try both of these to bang bang. This one completing our we believe, completing a purchase of an insurance company. VGR trading to the downside rather hard this morning haven't been trading that one so successfully, but that one moving fast. BIIB that's Biogen Idec. They apparently down about six and a half percent on a rumor yesterday that Samsung might be merging them with their biotech unit ain't happening. And lastly, DIDI Didi shares that one has been a pretty decent trader so far today in the pre. Also, Joe Manchin coming out against the buy back better, says he can't support something that he can't explain to his fellow West Virginians. That has Goldman Sachs downgrading their outlook for growth in America. Also, my outlook for the airline stocks boom, boom, boom. You've heard me talking about this lately. For the last month and a half, I've been saying, Man, don't go there because business travel is not back. Take a look. United Airlines down 3%. American Airlines down three. Delta Airlines down three. Sound like a trend here. Also, cruise lines trading to the downside as well. Royal Caribbean down 3%. Carnival Down three. And and NCL which is Norwegian Cruise Lines, down 4%. We've got VRS They're going to be bought by a Swedish company. Shares are up 32%, trading up to nearly the takeout price of 27 BP MP. It's a SPAC and we are closing our deal with a Houston based developer of cloud based surface and subsea robots. It's really cool. These guys are former NASA guys, and the company is called Nauticus They do repairs under the ocean and all kinds of other things. I'll be telling you more about it. It's going to change the symbol to KITT. Yeah, like it, that car. But nonetheless, that is big news this morning. We're cheering for that. Also taking a look at what's going on with FedEx because those shares are up 6% because they beat estimates. Top and bottom line Rivian, a stock that I talked about yesterday on the Halftime because of the large accumulation of puts, we talked about it well shares are down 9% and falling. It's been as low as, I think $96 already this morning. Cerner CERN and health care information technology apparently being acquired by Oracle. That's what we're reading in the Wall Street Journal. I haven't heard confirmation of that, but shares of Cerner are up, up, up. Boom for Harley in the pre Arena Pharmaceutical, this one's the one that's just exploding to the upside. 6.7 billion dollar deal with Pfizer shares are up 90 90% in the pre bang. That's been one that we've had some unusual options activity and take a look at Apple another 1% rise as somebody puts a street high 210 target on the stock. Stocks also making a comeback because some of the information early information about Omnicon is that it is not as deadly as previously thought. It does spread very quickly, but the symptoms are much milder. So take a look around. Take a look at Moderna because it was up 20% on that holiday shortened Friday. It's up another 10% today. Airlines cruise lines making a nice comeback this morning. Coinbase up about 2%. A lot of the crypto related stocks are moving higher because cryptos made a big comeback. Taking a look at some of the biggest movers in the market today, take a look at Kristo Biotech. That's KRYS this one? We're trading right now. Traded almost 1,000,000 shares, not me. The total shares traded today about 1,000,000 shares. It's up 148% on some very positive trial results. Also taking a look at NRXP trading over 12 million shares. Wow. And this one's up 43% so far today, ADGI Therapeutics ADGI also up about 24%. Only 200,000 shares trading in the pre and Ispecimen ISPC I've talked about this one for like three or four straight days. This went down today, about 20%. I am Jon Najarian. And that stock is down 10% so far in the pre-market. I mean, pretty ugly as far as most of that going. Now, as far as what's working right now that I'm trading, let's talk about this one specimen I speak. This is I talked about, I believe, just yesterday and it was up big yesterday, up bigger today, 92% so far today, up to TiVo Therapeutics APVO up 80%. And let me see the volume now over 7 million shares in the pre. So these are really trading. I'm not just telling you about stocks that are up. Take a look also at Oh gosh, where was that other one Addi Bioscience? This is one I just have what 2000 shares traded here of mine. 80 I. It's traded 776,000 shares total. Take a look at ASTR They put a rocket up, and so those shares are rocketing higher, as you might imagine. Vonage VG being bought by Ericsson is pricey $6.2 billion. Vonage shares up 24.24% right now. It's holding on to a 13% gain after some pretty spectacular numbers. Farfetch FTCH trading down. They disappointed on revenue in a pretty big way. Foot Locker is one I've been trading this morning. It was down as much as five. It's now down three and a half percent. Athletic apparel maker said it expects global supply chains constraints to persist. So far, down about 2% in the pre, Chamath Palihapitiya sold 15% of his stake. That's the primary driver there, and Workday WDAY beat estimates. But shares are down better than 7% in the pre company said COVID pandemic will weigh on growth for the coming year. I am Jon Najarian. I throw in Macy's as a trade on CNBC's Halftime Report because of the unusual activity. Well, guess what? Shares are up 8% right now. What am I saying? That just popped again, up twelve and a half percent? Bang! Love that they beat and they're going to be closing a few more stores. None of us like to see that, but nonetheless like to see the 35 handle on the stock line. All right. Couple of others. BJ's Wholesale beat estimates by $0.11. Kohl's up 6% after they reported earnings of a buck 65 a share, compared to a consensus of just $0.64. Alibaba down 5%. Why China's slowing down, of course. Take a look also at Discern a pharmaceutical. They're going to be bought by Novo Nordisk and that those shares rather are up 78% in the pre. And lastly, take a look at let me see Virtuoso acquisition. This is a SPAC trading a little of this this morning. They have a deal that they're closing on and a partnership with Microsoft. Bitcoin fell all the way down to 58,000. In London, trading comes back above 60, but boy, it's a big 10% drop over the last seven days. Take a look also at Molen. This is a molecular partners. COVID trial did not go well for them. Shares down double digits. Great trading, no air zone opposite to the upside in zone and in Playboy PLBY Why both of these stocks double digit winners in the pre-market lucid about 17,000 people jumping on that new air. And for that reason, shares are getting a big pump in the pre about 15%. Home Depot and Wal-Mart both be banging and moving to the upside. Remember Jim Jim Cramer lightened up? Jefferies giving them a downgrade. Take a look. Also at EVGO that's EVGO, I've talked about this one. We've had a heck of a nice ride. Guess it's time to get off because the EV charging networks was downgraded over it. Credit Suisse and shares are down 7% in the premarket. Tesla, of course, getting a little Elon Musk love or not so much love, down 2% in the pre and Oatly oat milk producer losing more than expected. And for that reason, shares are down about 14%. Let me give you a couple of others that I'm trading quickly. See, let's see. Where is that e wiped I point pharmaceutical. They are a successful test for a dry eye. That stock is up 46% right now. And here's a great example Pinterest, because we saw the unusual activity in Pinterest. The stock popped pretty significantly. We took profits. If you didn't guess what people's walking away. And Pinterest shares down 13% in the pre. That's a cautionary tale. Tesla 100,000 vehicles sale a whole fleet sale to Hertz. That's pushing shares up better than 4%. This is this close to being 1,000,000,000,000 dollar company, folks. Just a phenomenal move. Take a look also at what's going on in PAE because this stock is being taken over, and for that reason, shares are up 68% in the pre-market. Oh wow. And it's trading like crazy to pay. He's traded 340,000 shares already. Bank also BENE A You know what that means. That means doing well. That means well and of course, another language. But anyway, this they share the same chairman or CEO rather with Digital World Acquisition Corp. Yep, that one. The one that's bringing out the Trump Truth Network. Because this one got preliminary approval for an antigen test for Covid in India. Good news there. A lot of volume. Also Valin. It was down nine percent yesterday. It's up 10 percent today. Here's the reason it rebounds, because they did meet preliminary endpoint tests for one of their products. Now for the bad news, EAT Brinker International Chillis, they're workers costing them more money. They're input's the food costs, costing them more money, heating the restaurants and so forth, cooling them, costing them more money. Shares down 13 percent in the pre. Also, take a look at Novavax NXAX How come? Well, because basically there's reports that they're just not going to get approved for their Covid vaccine and various candidates for Covid. For that reason, it's down 26 percent. Back to the downside. WDFC this WD -40 also down. And one good one here. Take a look at WGO Winnebago. People still buy in RV's trading higher. Because they're going into the small caps, 600 shares are up 10, 15 percent in the pre decent little trader to LABP Landau's. These guys get H.C. Wainwright to give them a thumbs up. And that stock moving up by about 10 or 11 percent right now. Halliburton matched forecasts for profits, but a little shy of revenue. I haven't heard guidance yet. But shares are softer by a half a percent in the pre. Looking around Wal-Mart, two percent higher. Goldman Sachs takes them to their conviction by list, looking at some that aren't doing so well. AVIR this one, they did not meet the primary endpoint for one of their treatments for Covid. Wow. Take a look also at Rezvan Therapeutics. It's down 33 percent. Wainwright downgrading them. Food and Drug Administration declined to approve an injectable treatment for facial lines and so forth. So that stock trading down hard Zello trading down about six and a half percent because they say home buying is so hot that they can't buy homes right now. MGTX holdings get some very positive. I've not heard of that one really before. But Barron's mentions and positively says that partnership with Johnson and Johnson says the stock could double so that stock trading up better than 15 percent in the pre. Five hundred million, half a billion dollars worth of them. Bang! watch that one. Also, Oatley, I talked about it because of the unusual activity. Well, Oatley shares higher again. I guess J.P. Morgan just put out a recommendation on them. What a big surprise that we had some unusual, huh? Now to also take a look at CCXI this one, moving to the upside is huge in the free market and heavy turnover over two million shares. Also, let's see, EFTR that's AFTRA Therapeutics. This one higher by some 22 percent in the pre market. Macquarie Infrastructure. It looks like it's down ninety one percent. It's not really, because what they did was they sold Atlantic Aviation to KKR. And as they did that, they're going to send all that money back to shareholders. BANG! shares are up 10 percent in the premarket. Then take a look at Huntsmen. Also moving to the upside, MoneyGram gets positive mention from Jim Cramer. Trade a little of that this morning as and okay. This is Sonoma Pharmaceutical. They're going on the Amazon platform to guess what? They're going to sell a lot more stuff. And it's trve maker, of course, but streaming, that's what you need to focus on. And this one is really capitalizing on that. Take a look at KRA They have entered into an agreement to be acquired. Also, take a look, because China apparently making it illegal to trade Bitcoin. And for that reason, Robin Hood and Coinbase and MicroStrategy, MSTR, all these stocks under pressure. AMED, it's four dollars stock, but it is up 25 percent. And that one's trading about six and a half million shares already in the pre look at Summit Therapeutics as. Five dollar stock making a 21 percent move to the downside. So those are a couple of workhorse, also about a 14 percent move to the downside. Anyway, that stock moving to the upside fast. Also, keep an eye on IPHA this one up, I believe over twenty seven percent in the free market and just a fabulous scalping opportunity. GDEV also seeing some very fast blows up about half as much, though, as IPHA But nonetheless, plenty of room there to trade it BGNE this one, positive news about a treatment that they've got for disease I didn't even ever hear of before and that one up double digits. And lastly, IVZ which is Invesco, they're in talks to perhaps merge with State Street rescue teams. So we'll keep our eye on that. Sixty seconds need to know before you go. Yeah, they're doing the beach here. Some people are swimming and I'm sweating SPRT. Support was up another 38 percent yesterday. It's up another five today. Keep an eye on this one. We continue to have crazy ups and stock volumes in SEIU. These guys have an Alzheimer's treatment and it's going extremely well. Stock is up over 45 percent in the pre. You heard that, right? Forty five percent while our regional help. This one's kind of one of those that mean folks love to trade because of the very low float. And that's what they're pushing this morning. And NTES Chinese stock did better than expected. That one trading to the upside DBI, which is actually DSW, you know, designer, shoe warehouse or whatever they used to be called. Now they're called DBI. It's up seven and a half percent better sales. Lastly, Robin Hood, Gary Gensler yesterday talked about whether or not he would like to do away with payment for underflow Oh my anyway, folks. And a lot of stocks are moving on it of course Home Depot and Generac, GNRC. It's up better than 12 percent over the past week as anticipation of people wanting generators and so forth pushed up share prices. Also, take a look at this one from last week that we talked about Support DOT COM,SPRT It is up another. Forty four percent in the premarket today. We were talking about it a week ago. Single digit stock, no single digit stock anymore. Also, folks Afirm last week, they lost Pelaton are the Pelaton news that stock traded down because they're a buy now pay later company. Well, they just did a deal with Amazon stock is up 40 percent in the premarket. Yeah. All right, Moderna, it's softer today. There's worries about contamination for a particular Moderna, a dose in Japan. So not necessarily U.S. centric. And of course, Global Stat GSAT, Global Star, actually, GSAT is the symbol, up another 40 percent in the premarket. So I've given you a bunch of stocks that are just flying. I am Jon Najarian. You are been trading to the downside pretty hard as well. So those two retailers not doing great as far as l wac, these guys Lacus getting together with a spaak and shares are just zooming because of that. So keep an eye on that one. You'll hear a lot about it. LWAC Also Bitcoin breaking through forty eight thousand this morning, hanging around forty seven thousand and change Ethereum at about thirty one hundred and or so. Southwest is saying that the Delta variant is affecting bookings, as if we couldn't figure that out. Shares are down two percent in the pre Coinbase. They make a big profit for this quarter. Much bigger than Wall Street expected. And that stock moving up by three percent in the pre. I've got Weight Watchers down 22 percent and whatever Weight Watchers is down. That's always like a setup for a joke. But no, this is no joke. They really are not maximizing profitability at the company right now. You know what?
