Since the passing of his only son, Chris Ryan and his wife, Cyn, dove into researching the afterlife which ultimately led them to find the Helping Parents Heal organization. Their son, Sean, transitioned on September 7, 2021, at the age of 23 from fentanyl poisoning. He was two weeks shy of his 24th birthday. Chris became involved with Helping Fathers Heal and upon hearing many life-changing tragedies of the passing of their children, Chris compiled short stories of the fathers who are serving and healing the world by sharing their stories of inspiration and hope.

Orbs of light can be validations from our loved ones on the other side and also they can be connected to extraterrestrials, interdimensionals, angels, loved ones, and elementals. An orb is a perfectly designed energy structure with no restrictive flow. Chi, Jamie’s Master Guide, shares insight during the recording of this episode as to the beauty of seeing 360° as an essence of light.

Clairalience is one of your metaphysical senses that allows you to receive psychic information by smelling with your supernatural senses. As we fine tune our psychic abilities, we must consider all metaphysical sensations that can contribute to a psychic reading. This helps in navigating the messages received to paint a clearer picture of what is coming through. One particular clair that is not often touched on is clairtangency, which is the ability to feel things metaphysically, and what is also referred to as skin vision. Safety Rules and Regulations
Practicing psychic gifts can go wrong anytime because dealing with frequencies and energies may bring trauma to the person. To prevent untoward incidents from happening, Jamie and Maggie remind always to be safe in exploring psychic gifts. Most people are either introduced to their psychic gifts or have a psychic awakening. Yet, they do not move forward at some point because they feel unsafe. For some, something scary happened to them that shut them down. Because of these, it is important to know the fundamentals of creating safety rules and regulations to prevent these from happening.
Filter Received Vibrations
To be safe while using psychic gifts, filter the vibrations to be received. To be blindly open to all frequencies is discouraged, especially for those who just discovered their psychic abilities. For Maggie, what she does is set herself open to vibrations of love only. Through that, lower negative frequencies are not coming into her field. Another way to filter vibrations is to ask help from angels, ascended masters, the higher self, and extraterrestrials. The Divine Feminine and Psychic Abilities
A lot of psychic abilities are not accessed because most people stay on the crown chakra mode, as said by Harmony. With the divine feminine work, she helps them bring that down to the womb; for men, it would be their hora. In a woman’s body, the womb is the portal to the divine feminine energy where actual spirit can come into a body, creating life in the form of a baby. Psychic abilities must be embodied and brought down from the crown chakra. Women usually have root or sacral chakra blocks from past life experiences, and those blocks prevent manifesting true psychic abilities. Clearing the sacral chakra and empowering that area would cause a realization of the psychic potential within oneself and use it to assist in everyday tasks.
Asking the Bigger Questions
In Harmony’s experience teaching the priestess path, the biggest question she usually gets revolves around what embodiment actually is. Others include what is anchoring heaven and earth and people getting stuck in their inner child temple. Everything kind of wraps around the inner child thing because Harmony explains that this is where inner child wounds are being healed. The inner child is hard to access as it has been repressed for so long, and many people are projecting that inner child as it screams inside the psyche. Tensor Energy Tools
Tensor energy is created when a wire is twisted, cut, and braced back to itself. The discovery was made by Slim Spurling, who used the specific cubit length of the Great Pyramid as the wire length. With that, he created a Tensor ring with a stanchion 72 inches tall and 20.6 inches in circumference. The result was a powerful ring that resonated at 144 megahertz, the resonant frequency of hydrogen. From Spurling’s experiment, it was found that it helps in healing the physical body. Developing Clairsentience
Clairsentience is the ability to know how to trust information, messages, feelings, and psychic impressions around a situation. There are several ways to develop this ability. One of them is in the spiritual room, where you have the clairsentience chair – the seat of the soul. This is where you put yourself in the spiritual room. The chair can be anything to your liking. Be in a completely safe state where you can relax. You will know once you are there because you are directly connected to your soul. From there, you can explore every experience you had in every lifetime and universe. Of course, it takes practice to master this, so be patient.
Take It Slow
It is normal to receive little information when trying to use psychic abilities, resulting in frustration. No one gets it right the first few times. Exercises are there to practice these abilities. The recommended time to work with psychic skills is only ten to 20 minutes; anything more than that is only counterproductive. Another tip to have better results in the spiritual room is journaling. Writing it out makes you channel thoughts to paper, clearing whatever is in your mind. A clear mind when going into the spiritual room allows you to receive information more effectively.

Dealing With Telepathy
Information is everywhere, but sometimes, they get in the way of our daily lives. Luckily, there are ways to deal with telepathy. One way to do this is to differentiate your thoughts from someone else’s. This process is all about getting to know yourself better, and Maggie recommends journaling. That way, your thought process is seen on paper, and she explains that in doing so, you can look at it from a different perspective. Another is to learn how to turn down the volume when it becomes a nuisance to everyday life. The trick is to practice during your quiet time in your spiritual room. Play with your ability as much as you like until you are able to control it. Ask help from master guides if nothing works. Telepathy is a beautiful psychic ability; it only takes a little patience to deal with it.
Focused On Two Things At Once
Telepathy is all about being focused on two things simultaneously: who you are and what you are doing at the moment. Maggie compares this to when you are listening to music. At first, all your attention is on the song playing. Then, as Jamie approaches to talk to you, the music volume is automatically turned down to shift focus to him. To Choose a Psychic

Message From a Prophet
Victoria had her first spiritual experience at the age of 5. She recalled how the prophet Ezekiel appeared before her in her bedroom. Crystals and Chakra
Energy is what crystals are made of, and so are the chakras. In the chakra system, colors are associated with each chakra to represent energy. This association is also the same with crystals. Yet, there are energies associated with some crystals of different colors. That is entirely fine because they can still be associated with the same energies. For example, the heart chakra is green in color while the rose quartz is pink, but both represent the same vibrational pattern of love. Therefore, the energy associated with crystals and chakra is still the same and accepted.
Cleansing the Crystals
Crystals can be used to clear out negative energy. These stones absorb the negativity, so the person vibing with them only gets positive energy. Some crystals are self-cleansing, and some are not. Cleansing the crystals is necessary because if not done, the negative energy in the crystal will be emitted into the environment, which destroys the purpose. There are two ways to cleanse crystals: the first is to clear out negativity using the hands energetically, and the second is to use water. Late Awakening
Tina’s psychic awakening occurred at 38, but she has already experienced seeing people in her room in her childhood years. At the age of 12, Emily was introduced to musical theater and the idea of Broadway. Being born into a family interested in arts and theater, she had one vision, goal, and dream – to work on Broadway. At first, Emily wanted to be a performer, but her discovery of other jobs that involve Broadway pulled her into the business side rather than being on stage. Emily was at the peak of her career when, unfortunately, her grandmother passed away. Having her grandmother’s trauma passed down to her, Emily had to see a therapist. Broadway Archetypes Deck
One similarity Emily found between Broadway and tarot reading is storytelling, and a story is always made up of characters. Emily sees the Major Arcana cards as a human soul evolutionary journey, so she wanted to grasp at characters in Broadway shows that really match the meaning of the cards. This universal force is love.” This excerpt is beautiful because Einstein, a renowned scientist, explained his understanding of the inexplicable universal force – love. It is so powerful that anyone who gets a vibration of love can open up to it. The energy is always present in everyone, and so we can give love to ourselves as much as we can give to others. Love conquers all, indeed.
Self-Love
It is said that you cannot give what you do not have, and so, from a spiritual standpoint, the first assignment given is to love yourself. There is no right way to do it; you do it at your own pace. It takes a lot of patience to accept yourself and to truly love the way that you are. Giving off vibrations of love cannot be done without loving yourself first. Once you have achieved a certain level of self-love, that is the time you can express that love and radiate it to others. Maggie says that in order for us to feel love, we need to give love, but we do not depend on accepting love from others when we can give it to ourselves. We only channel the love we already have for ourselves.

Lonely Journey
The journey of a psychic starseed can be very lonely, and despite having people around, they still feel alone. That loneliness is due to their feeling of having another reality beyond what others have. Reconnecting with sounds of their eternal beingness may be amazing as it allows the discovery of abilities intuitively, spiritually, and unified with the oneness. However, it can still feel like doing it alone. Moreover, it is also overwhelming to have these abilities, and the information cannot be understood all at once, resulting in frustration. An unsupportive family also adds challenge to a psychic starseed’s journey. Yet, even with all these, psychic starseeds must accept the reality that they feel energies from other galaxies and planets. Acceptance is one step towards a happy journey to discovering more about who the self really is.
Starseed Awakening
The minute one discovers that they feel they are not alien or think that a part of them is not human, that is when one’s starseed is awakened. Some starseeds long to go home because the feeling of being alone lingers, and they want to get off the planet. Waking up to one’s starseed energy or having a memory of a different race being an alien on a different planet, star system, or galaxy means awareness of the past life. All these experiences guide a starseed into knowing who they are as a soul. Jamie says that the eternal breath of life is always the key – everyone is always connected to the life they had. The past, present, and congruent future are all happening now, and time is just an illusion. Time is just an awareness of more than what is already discovered, which helps with acceptance. In this episode, she talks from a numerological standpoint about what is in store for 2022. Barbara has been studying numerology for a long time and has been working with numbers her whole life, given her PhD degree in Accounting.
2022: A Year of Love and Relationships
From a number perspective, the sum of the digits of 2022 adds up to six. The number six is a universal year, and according to Barbara, there is more energy emphasis on home, family, community, responsibility, and service. This energy is far different and more harmonious than 2021, which was a five year. She explains that the number five is associated with change, movement, progress, adventure, and travel. She adds that the number five is not very stable, so there is a lot of drama that goes with it. Going back to 2022, Barbara says it is more about love, caring, and relationships – a good energy for healing. Other associations include abundance, home beautification, creating a harmonious home life, and a good year to get married. Barbara clarified that other years are not bad years to get married per se. It is just that the energy is much emphasized for 2022. Despite everything said, it is only a general numerology reading of the year. One’s personal year number still has things to get accounted for.
Personal Year Number
Besides the universal year number, each person also has a unique personal year number based on their birthday. The personal year number, combined with the universal year number, dictates what energy will be emphasized for 2022. For personal year number one, it is a good time to start something. Number two is about connecting and preparation, and three is more of a creative type associated with socializing and having fun. Meanwhile, it is more about getting things organized and developing a process to create harmony for number four. Five is about growth and is also associated with travel, while six emphasizes everything since it is the same as the universal year number. For number seven, it is about intellectual or spiritual energy and could be a good year for healing. Money and abundance await number eight, which could be great for those in a business or focused on their careers. Lastly, number nine is about service, and 2022 is a good year for charity work, community service, and the like.

The Power of Presence
When a loved one is getting ready to cross over to the other side, Maggie says that being there during the process is very important. She explains that if someone is at that phase of transition, their energy gets so sensitive that being present is how to help them cross over and live a happier life on the other side. Being there also means that they can communicate what they want to communicate. Jamie shares his experience in his family when his mother was getting ready to graduate from cancer. Because his sister requires special needs and round-the-clock care, his mother wanted to make sure those are taken care of. Jamie’s presence made his mother’s transition smooth since he was there to give his mother assurance. In the end, his mother’s last memory before graduating was a happy one because she was laughing. One’s presence at the time of graduating from life gives comfort to the loved one crossing over to the other side.
Energy Healing Techniques
Being calm, present, and really holding the space is one way to help a loved one cross over. Giving permission to go and making sure their last wishes are acknowledged help a lot in the situation, but there are also energy healing techniques one can employ to help loved ones to cross over. These things, according to Maggie, are what is learned when studying energy healing – similar but in different modalities. These techniques are dependent on the person receiving it because some people are not comfortable with energy work. One technique is the Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese healing technique. In this modality, the fingers become like jumper cables to recharge the battery of life. There is also the cranial sacral therapy. To do this technique, gently put the hands to cradle the back of the head without any force or pressure. It does not speed up the transition phase, but presence gives the loved one support, compassion and love.

In this episode, she shares how her connection to the Earth helped her recover from being paralyzed and how she used that to help others. Rebecca is a spiritual guide with a beautiful affinity for the planet.
Natural Gift
Medicine goes far beyond the physical; medicine is also for the spirit in the form of prayer. As a child, Rebecca grew up close to nature. She narrates how her play would involve making stone circles and putting perished bugs and spiders to bring them back to life. It may be child’s play, but that was the manifestation of Rebecca’s healing ability. Even more, while she was born Catholic, her Native American roots still come forward in the form of her reverence for nature. Rebecca’s awareness of her gift was during a ceremony on Serpent Mound in Ohio. The native leader picked her to hold the prayers of the North. It was overwhelming for Rebecca, and so she wept. Eventually, it was her turn, but she was still able to say a prayer despite her situation. The words came to her naturally as if running like water. Rebecca is a naturally gifted healer, and she discovered it at 19. Right there and then, she understood why prayer is medicine: it heals, guides, and allows one to go beyond themselves.
Healing Experience
Rebecca had her share of experience getting healed. She was diagnosed with a rare nerve disease that left her a blind quadriplegic for three and a half years. At first, she was fighting for her life, but she completely gave up when told her time was up. At 24, she was dying. Yet, she lived because of her encounter with a Japanese man. She felt him sitting next to her. The man put his hands in front of her face, and within minutes, Rebecca’s eyesight was restored. First, she remembered seeing a white light, then everyone in front of her appeared, indicating that she could see again. That was the start of Rebecca’s journey to healing, with the man becoming her teacher and healer. In a matter of time, her recovery progressed to her body, and she was no longer paralyzed. The experience made it clear to Rebecca that her purpose is to help heal others the same way she did. That was only the start of her journey towards a bigger part of something.

For Reunification
It is a widespread tradition that Christmas is a celebration of the birth of the savior Jesus Christ, and the holiday is December 25. Yet, the history around why it was decided to put it on that date was not because of the Messiah’s actual birthday. In fact, it was the birthday of other gods, and even science proved that Jesus was not born in winter. April explains that the reason for this can be traced back to Constantine’s rule during the Holy Roman Empire. At that time, pagan cults fighting each other had been a severe problem, and Constantine was losing taxpayers. So, to unite the empire, he took details from prominent gods and gave them to Jesus. Constantine did this to make the festivities uniform to his constituents regardless of belief, therefore lowering the incidence of internal conflicts. The actual date was traced back to the Persian god, Mithra; the cave where Jesus was born was taken from the Sumerian god, Tammuz; virgin human women impregnated by divine beings are common themes among gods Dionysus, Horus, Krishna, and Attis. Therefore, it is not a surprise that every detail of Jesus was not his own. The holiday that is well-celebrated across the world today was only a ploy for civic and political gain. Knowing the history of traditions gives a better understanding of why it is what it is now.
Glorified Paganism
It is not just the story, the place, and the date of the birth of Jesus that is attributed to pagan cultures – practices count, too. For starters, April says the tradition of putting up Christmas trees is believed to be of Celtic origin as it is a nature-based religion. Likewise, the burning of the Yule log is a Nordic tradition celebrating the return of the sun during the winter solstice. Additionally, most churches in Europe were built over pagan temples to encourage followers to convert to Christianity. Yet despite these painting Christianity a negative picture for using traditions they supposedly demonized, it is also common among these beliefs the message of moving towards the light. It sets aside the dispute on what is the one true religion that would give all of humanity salvation because no matter the religion, there is one common goal. Spiritual Awakening
Devon went through three stages of spiritual awakening. His first experience was the Mandela Effect which cracked his reality. Devon is a logo design artist, and when he noticed logos changing information, he thought that maybe the world was not what he thought it would be. Devon’s next spiritual awakening was a near-death experience. He took some CBD and caused an adverse reaction to him. Devon narrated that he had enough time to dial 911 to let them know he needed help before hitting the ground. When he got up, he was in a state where time did not exist. When Animals Connect
Susan’s first memory of connecting with an animal was with a monarch butterfly. She communicated with it, asking to land on her hands, and it did. Susan brought her hands closer to her eyes, and the butterfly gently opened and closed its wings. It felt like the longest communication, but it was cut when a thought came to Susan, and the butterfly flew away. Years later, Susan had another connection with a horse named Leo, to who she gives carrots and a massage. The horse dropped its head so she could kiss it, and they started to communicate. Thoughts or Spirit?
How can thoughts be discerned from communicating spirits? Jamie says it all boils down to awareness. For him, the act of meditation is listening, and that is how he finds the difference between thoughts and spirits trying to communicate. It is one’s thoughts when they are mentally aware of what they think, and it is like a straight line. When the thinking shifts instantly, that is when spirits are trying to communicate. Meditation
Learning how to meditate and clear the mind is a practice. It is something that requires extreme consistency. Guided meditations can help as it walks one through a beautiful relaxed state and makes them open and receptive. Divination and Mediumship in the Bible
There are practices in the Bible that are forms of divination and mediumship. An example of that would be casting lots. April narrates that in Leviticus, God talks to Israelites that if they do not know what they want and do not have access to a priest, a prophet, or a temple, they can cast divine laws to understand His will. Sometimes, casting lots take the form of black and white stones – white for yes and black for no. Additionally, April also says that prayer is, in fact, the most basic form of divination. She also argues that due to reinterpretations and rewrites of the Bible, much of the books containing divination and mediumship themes were removed. The book of Enoch is one of those books removed. Divination and mediumship were broadly practiced in the Bible, but there is hesitance in performing it because it was demonized.
The Witch of Endor
In the book of Samuel, King Saul banished all the mediums, anyone who could give him advice. So when the prophet Samuel died, King Saul was on his own. His only choice was the witch of Endor, who was living in a cave. King Saul came to her in disguise. When she brought Samuel back, that was when she realized who she was dealing with. The witch feared for her own life since anyone who practices mediumship would be sentenced to death, but King Saul assured her safety. Samuel prophecized King Saul’s death and defeat in the battle against the Philistines. The witch then offers him food, which in the old pagan tradition is a way to honor another person. The story of the witch of Endor tells the irony that King Saul outlawed mediumship but eventually sought her service.

In this episode, Jamie and Maggie discuss the effects people experience that make them feel the need to call for a clearing or blessing. They also explore why and how it happens and what to do about clearing these effects from one place.
Reasons For House Clearings
Homes are supposed to feel cozy and pleasant, but sometimes, something gives an uncomfortable feeling. It could be the feeling of being watched or some weird energy inside the house. Jamie and Maggie give out common reasons why these things happen and need a clearing. First is when people accidentally or consciously open up a portal to another dimension. When this happens, that person connects with the other realm, so a clearing would help close the portal. Another reason is if there are spirits in the home, which could be an energetic pattern replaying an event in that space before. Interdimensionals, elementals, and extraterrestrials can also be counted as the reason for a clearing. Additionally, objects can be conduits to portals, and bringing them inside the house means permitting them to exist there. A house clearing can also be carried out for good energy inside the space. Lastly, clarification with loved ones who have transitioned also counts as a reason to call for a house clearing.
Positive Approach
When strange, supernatural things start to happen inside the house, the most common reaction is fear. Some examples of these experiences include hearing or seeing unexplainable things, objects moving on their own, and poltergeist activity. Jamie explains this to be a bad thing because it feeds the energy present in the place. Being in a reactive state will perpetuate the pattern. However, knowing how to do house clearings allows for a positive approach that will eventually make one empowered and safe. Learning how to work with these dynamics results in emanating positive, loving energy.

In this episode, Elizabeth narrates her shared death experience with the loss of her children, how she learned to cope with it, and help other parents do the same. She is the president and co-founder of Helping Parents Heal, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and assistance to aid in the healing process of bereaved parents.
Shared Death Experience
Elizabeth lost her son, Morgan when they were countries apart. At the time, Morgan was studying in Nanjing, China, and went to Tibet for a student trip. Their group was going to the Mt. Everest base camp, and on the bus, most of the students were suffering from severe altitude sickness. Elizabeth recounted that her son was the one helping take care of his colleagues. Morgan was also suffering from severe altitude sickness, but none of the students were aware of such. He went to bed early, and when they were to go down the mountain the following day, the students could not wake Morgan up. He was already foaming from his mouth. Finally, Elizabeth reached Morgan’s friend, Collin, who told her it did not look good. She asked Collin to put the phone on Morgan’s ear, and there she said to Morgan how she loved him so much and that she was proud of him. Elizabeth, who was in Arizona, felt an enormous hug from the inside, and she knew she had connected with Morgan. She eventually found out it was a shared death experience, and she is grateful to have felt so much love from her son even after his passing.
Shining Light
The experience Elizabeth had when she lost her son became the spark to put up Helping Parents Heal. The nonprofit organization welcomes bereaved parents to become Shining Light Parents, as they believe that their children in the afterlife shine light on them. They step beyond other support groups since they allow open discussions of spiritual experiences and the afterlife in a non-dogmatic way. Through the organization, Elizabeth was able to help parents to cope with grief and give support and resources for healing. At present, they have a presence all over the world.

Elizabeth Boisson is the president and co-founder of the organization Helping Parents Heal. Two of Elizabeth’s children have transitioned; her daughter, Chelsea, in 1991, and her son, Morgan, in 2009 from severe altitude sickness while on a student trip to the Base Camp of Mt. The Power of Manifestation
Have you ever wondered how you get what you have in life? It is all connected to manifestation. Jamie describes manifestation as seeds of consciousness planted into the cosmic soil. The attention you give to those thoughts is what waters them to grow. The more you think about those thoughts, the more water you give to those seeds. Through one of the natural laws of the universe, specifically vibrational match, it is how karma is perceived. Karma means the cause and effect of things. In a more profound sense, what you think is the cause, and the lived reality is the effect.
Love and Gratitude
The universe does not register negatives, so whatever you think is bound to happen, whether positive or negative. Some of our thoughts are made out of fear. To change this, you have to learn how to love yourself, and from that, acceptance and receptivity follow. Where fear exists, love does not, and where love exists, fear does not. When you have reached a level of self-love where you have realized your self-worth, your seeds of consciousness will be made out of love. Gratitude to the universe is also necessary to have far better results. To sum it all up, wrap your seeds of consciousness with love and gratitude to manifest with your psychic awareness.

Join Jamie and Maggie Clark with their guest, Michelle Clare, as they talk about angels and near death experiences. In this episode, Michelle goes over what happens during near death experience as she had it firsthand. She is a certified medium and also a researcher at the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
Between Life and Death
Near death experiences may happen to someone at a rare instance, but for Michelle, it was not. Instead, it occurred to her three times, and each of those experiences was unique from the other. The first time was when Michelle had a seizure. She recounts that she was lying on her deceased grandmother’s lap, and beside her was an angel standing 12 feet tall. The second experience was during what was supposed to be a 45-minute outpatient procedure turned three-hour emergency surgery. Their location was at the beach, and to her surprise, her deceased German Shepherd was there. They played under the sun, yet she did not feel any exhaustion nor sweat. Michelle’s third experience was when she fell down the ladder and hit her head on the granite counter. She recollected that she was standing with three other people while watching her body suspended in air, as if in slow motion. They asked her if she would stay in that dimension or go back to the physical world. All these experiences led Michelle to help other people through psychic mediumship. In addition, they serve as a guide towards her work reading for other people.
Angel Connection
From the near death experiences she had, Michelle saw one of her guardian angels. She described it as a 12-feet tall entity that was beautiful, glowing, and radiant. Its wings were made of light instead of feathers, and it was as if the aurora borealis. The wings are moving and changing, translucent and iridescent, and almost seem to span eternity. When Michelle connects with angels in her work, she says it is more of being relaxed, not difficult. Angels’ energy and messages will smoothly flow when one is relaxed and has an open heart. Michelle connects with many angels and archangels, and they communicate unexpectedly in the form of a word, a sentence, a color, or anything. That is why relaxation is key to receive the message.
