This series of podcasts are an opportunity for us to celebrate the diversity of stories in our workplaces but to also gain insights that will help us create more inclusive working environments.
This is the first episode in a series of three podcasts in which Paul will explore with Kathryn; what it’s like to grow up in the wrong body, how she reached the decision to go through with her life-changing procedure, her experience of the operation itself and it’s physical and psychological impact on her life within the workplace.
