The science of decision-making!! When evaluating food decisions, scientists found that people's processing of the stimuli was 0.195 milliseconds faster for the basic attributes (such as taste) than for abstract attributes (such as food health). Would you rather win the battle or win the war? A holistic approach to taking life's L's in a bigger picture. What is one area of your life where you could take temporary setbacks in order to invest in a more worthwhile endeavor? My personal one is my relationship with my mother. In my life, these are prayer and physical exercise. My friend told me he watches Bob Ross. Finding something to ground you may change your life so I hope you can do that. Have a good Tuesday
