Now in Episode 5, she shares 3 traumatic moments when it felt like her life was falling apart. She then shares how, when life was at its lowest, she was able to pick herself back up and start again. Here are the steps she took.
On this new quest to explore my life & share it with you, I wanted to invite guests on the podcast who have gone through their own life-exploration. My Episode 4 guest is Daniel Mangena—author, entrepreneur, philanthropist, life coach and public speaker—who made his first million by the age of 19. A key point in Daniel's life was losing all of his money & success. That traumatic life event led him on a journey of exploring his life, then subsequently rebuilding it into what he wanted it to be. Now that he’s once again financially successful, he coaches others on how to do that exploration to change their lives. Listen as he explains to me that it's the emotions behind the goals--not the goals themselves--that we really want to achieve.

The Academy of Radio Arts and Sciences of America has selected WRHU to receive the 2021 World Radio Day Award.
