How are you feeling?
We are facing a time in our lives that is traumatic, shocking, confusing, upsetting, and let's not forget mostly aggravating. The other day, I woke up facing an "all-time low" as a diabetic, and very fitting for this current crisis, it took me by surprise. With the world at its "all-time low," it can be even harder to remember the good that has not left our lives and even now when you look outside, the world you know...is still there.
