In this channel we are exploring themes around mentoring apprentices in the workplace. This is particularly created for graduate apprentices but hopefully will be useful more generally.
The second episode for our Worplace Mentor Programme is all about learning and exploring some of the key dimensions through which learning can be explored.
In this first podcast I am doing some introductions to our Worplace Mentoring Programme and answer a couple of questions that arose during interviews. Such as: How do we know if our apprentices are doing okay? While we explore the role of asking questions there are other influencing factors to this.
