Na jaře jsem cestovala do Nepálu. Letěla jsem letadlem. Let byl dobrý.
Ne, takhle ne, potřebuji jiné slovo. Let byl příjemný a pohodový. Na letišti, na mě a celou skupinu čekala naše průhodkyně. Dostali jsme senzační dárek. Voňavý náhrdelník z oranžových květin. To byl krásný začátek treku.
Byla jsem na treku v regionu Kančenžinga. Na dlouhém treku jsem viděla úžasnou přírodu. Hory, velehory, nejsou jen krásné. Řekla bych, že jsou nádherné, úžasné, kouzelné, majestátní, dechberoucí a nezapomenutelné. Měli jsme neuvěřitelné štěstí na počasí. Přes den bylo nádherné slunečné počasí. Odpoledne většinou začal foukat silný vítr. Večer přišla jednou taková strašidelná mlha. A v noci bylo pokaždé zima, úplně mrazivá zima.
Cesta v horách vypadala jako jedny velké schody nahoru a dolu. Za to ten výhled, jedna velká krása. Výhled byl pokaždé originální a neopakovatelný. Šla jsem taky hodněkrát blízko řeky. Byla to divoká, dravá, horská řeka. Byla slyšet na kilometry daleko.
Taky jsem musela něco jíst. Nejčastěji jsem jedla výbornou nudlovou polévku se zeleninou. Tukpa. Potom opečené brambory se sýrem. Také vajíčka vařená a dalbát, což je čočka, pikantní zelenina a lahodná rýže. Všude vařili výtečně. Doporučuji. A co zvířata? Na horách běhaly elegantní kozorožci, za to dole v hlavním městě si hrály roztomilé opičky. Byla to nádhera.

Ahoj, dneska mám pro tebe příběh. Potkala jsem medvěda. Chceš taky umět vyprávět historky ze svého života? Tak poslouchej dál.
Už je to několik roků, co jsem jela s manželem na Slovensko. Chtěli jsme navštívit Tatry. Tatry jsou krásné hory.
Bylo už po sezóně, takže tam nebyli moc turisti. Šli jsme na túru. Turisty jsme opravdu neviděli, ale viděli jsme horská zvířata. Nejdřív jsme viděli kamzíky a muflony. To jsou horský kozy. Věděli jsme, že tam jsou i medvědi, ale nečekali jsme, že medvěda uvidíme.
A potom se manžel zastavil a říká, podívej, támhle je medvěd. Nejdřív jsem mu nevěřila, ale pak jsem se podívala a uviděla jsem ho taky. Byl veliký a byl docela blízko. Asi 300 metrů a šel k nám. Nevěděla jsem, co mám dělat. Byla jsem totálně paralyzovaná.Když jsem se zeptala manžela, co mám dělat, dal mi do ruky foťák a řekl, foť.
A tak jsem fotila. Medvěd o nás nevěděl. Chvíli jsme tam stáli a dívali se na něj a potom jsme šli dál. Byl to ale adrenalin. A to není všechno.
Když jsme potom přišli do vesnice, museli jsme stopovat auta, protože vlák ani autobus už žádný nejel. No a koho jsme si stopli? Policajty. Z dálky jsme neviděli, že je to policejní auto a když byli blízko a už jsme věděli, že je to policie, tak už zastavovali.
Takže nás domů dovezli policajti a v autě jsme jim ukazovali naše video medvěda. Nemohli tomu uvěřit. Říkali, že chodí do hor často, ale medvěda tam nikdy nepotkali.
A co ty? Umíš vyprávět historky v češtině nebo ti chybí slova, když mluvíš česky? S tím ti ve slowczech rádi pomůžeme. Ahoj, čau. Dneska pro tebe mám sedm slangový výrazů, které musíš znát.
První je slovo cajk nebo taky říkáme to je v cajku nebo to je cajk. Víš, co to znamená? Řeknu ti situaci, kamarád mi píše esemesku. A píše hele, nestíhám, můžeme se sejít za hodinu? A já mu odepíšu. Jo, jasně, cajk. To znamená to je v pořádku. To není problém, to je cajk.
Druhý výraz je To je vo ničem. Víš, kdy říct To je vo ničem? Zase mám pro tebe situaci. Jdu do kina, dívám se na film. No a potom se mě někdo zeptá: Hele, jakej byl ten film? A já říkám ne!
Hrůza, byl vo ničem. To znamená, ten film nestojí za to. Ten film byl nuda. Mně se nelíbil. Prostě podruhé už ten film vidět nechci. Byl o ničem.
Další je výraz Tady hledám jednu věc. Zabít, zabít čas. Ale já nechci nikoho zabít. Zabít čas znamená, že hledám nějakou zábavu. Třeba jedu vlakem někam pryč a čekám na další spoj. Mám dvě hodiny čas a nějak chci ty dvě hodiny zabít. Chci ten čas zabít. Chci si najít nějakou zábavu. Tak třeba jdu do kavárny, dám si kafe a čtu si knížku. A tak zabiju ten čas.
Pak tady mám výraz. Mám nervy v kýblu. To je kýbl. A když řeknu, mám nervy v kýblu. To znamená, měla jsem celý den stres. Už už toho je moc. Už prostě nechci víc poslouchat. Nechci víc dělat. Nechci nic. Potřebuju pauzu. Potřebuju klid. Už mám toho dost.
To stejné třeba je. Mám toho plný brejle nebo mám toho plný kecky. Už je toho tak. Už je toho moc. Stačí.
A pak ještě mám spojení další. A to je Mám vokno. Víš, kdy říct Mám vokno? Já mám vokno Tady doma, Tady to je moje okno. Ale když řeknu, že mám vokno, to znamená, že najednou myšlenka je pryč.
A poslední výraz, to ti řeknu situaci. Pracuju v nějaké firmě, mám šéfa a pracuju na projektu. Ale udělala jsem velkou chybu. No, a dostala jsem od šéfa čočku. To znamená čočka je tohle, to je čočka. Ale když dostanu čočku, to znamená, že někdo se na mě zlobí. Ten šéf se zlobil a křičel na mě. Byl nespokojený, protože jsem udělala chybu. To znamená dostat čočku.
Tak co? Jaká fráze? Jaké slangové spojení nebo výraz se ti líbí? A je to cajk.
Těším se, že se třeba potkáme na nějaké lekci nebo ve slowczech Lab. No a jinak se měj moc hezky a čau.

To je super, protože automaticky znáš hodně českých slov. Třeba tramvaj. Pomerančový džus. Googlovat? To je cool, ne? Někdy jsou …………….. jiná, ale když je slyšíš, můžeš si tipnout, co to je. Znáš je pasivně. Teď ti ……… příběh. Můj den, co dělám, rozumíš? Na ……………. budeš znát další slova, která jsou podobná jako v angličtině. Tak jo, jdeme na to.
To je můj den. Jaký je dneska plán? Aha, máme meeting, jsme start up, tak máme malý, ale dynamický tým. Finišujeme teď jeden projekt, zítra ho …………………. prezentovat. Jsem trošku nervózní. Můj kolega má …………….. homeoffice, je doma, tak používáme zoom, zoomujeme. Kolega sharuje slidy a diskutujeme a debatujeme. Po meetingu si dám pauzu. Uf, udělám si capuccino a scrolluju na Instagramu, chilluju a ignoruju emaily. Můj ex Petr postnul cool fotku z Mexika. Hmmm, tam jsme se poznali, když jsem na něj slidla na Tinderu. Ale nedám té fotce lajk. Nebudu jí lajkovat. Nechci s ním flirtovat.
Hmmm, a, notifikace od Teams. Kolega chce update. Updatuju kolegu a edituju finální verzi prezentace, ale nemůžu se koncentrovat, myslím pořád na párty večer. Musím před párty ještě uklízet a luxovat a mopovat ……………. a bude to jenom taková mini párty pro pár lidí, ale chci dělat nějaký alkohol a nealko koktejly, tak musím koupit alkohol, asi rum a gin a džusy a colu. Stresuje mě parkování, parkování bude komplikovaný. Hmm, aspoň mám perfektní playlist. Kdo přijde na párty? Moje ………………… Markéta, Markéta je super. Pracuje jako grafička v IT firmě. Je ………….. kreativní. Pracuje tam taky Helena …………….. manažerka. Helena je super organizovaná a ambiciózní. A její partner Tomáš je bankéř, trochu workoholik. Pořád pracuje. Lucka pracuje v alternativní škole jako asistentka a její partner Jiří studuje medicínu. Chce být doktor. Možná přijde ……………. Lenka. Lenka je teď trošku celebrita, protože je v televizi jako moderátorka. Hmm, to bude …………….., ale nejsem dneska moc produktivní.
Tak jo. A co je teď priorita? Musím ještě exportovat data do PDF, poslat feedback grafikovi zeditovat to video. Hmm, tak jo. To byl můj den.
Možná máš ………………., byla to normální čeština? Nebylo to trochu divný? Trochu bizarní? Nebyla. Byla to normální čeština. Bylo tam hodně slov z angličtiny. Ano, byl to takový experiment, ale to jsou taky normální slova.

Ahoj, doufám, že se máš hezky. Já tě moc zdravím.
Víš, jaký je rozdíl mezi jíst a papat? Nebo mezi spát a spinkat? Papat a spinkat, to je dětská řeč.
Já jsem slyšela často během svých lekcí i v komunikaci s cizinci to, že používaly dětskou řeč. I když mluvily o sobě. A jestli chceš mít v tomhle tématu trošku víc jasno, tak si poslechni některé moje podcasty, které se tomuto tématu věnujou.
A dneska ti povím takový základ. Představ si situaci, kdy v kuchyní je maminka, tatínek, třeba Martin, a syn Tomáš. Syn Tomáš má čtyři nebo pět let, plus mínus. A maminka říká tatínkovi, Martine, co si dáš dneska k snídani? Co budeš jíst? A pak se zeptá syna a řekne, Tomášku, co budeš papat? Dáš si sýreček nebo si dáš páreček nebo něco jiného? Takže papat maminka použije pro toho syna, ne pro tatínka.
Nebo jiná situace.
Představ si, že je večer a tatínek Martin řekne, já už jsem unavený, už si půjdu lehnout, už půjdu spát. A maminka řekne Tomáškovi, Tomášku, už je moc pozdě, už půjdeme spinkat. Už půjdeme spinkat.
Nebo ještě jiná situace.
Třeba Tomášek se zraní a maminka říká, jejej ty máš bebí, bebí je to zranění. Takže i pro substantiva máme spoustu různých tvarů. Ta dětská řeč je hodně zajímavá a určitě stojí za to se o tom dozvědět trošku víc.

EliškaAhoj, ahoj! Vítej v prvním podcastu roku 2025. Moc děkuju, že s námi byl, nebo že s námi byla v roce 2024. Společně jsme dokázali fakt skvělý věci. Koukej na statistiky. 60 studentů v 15 skupinových kurzech, 73 aktivních individuálních studentů, přes 31 000 minut výuky, 51 lekcí ve slowczech Lab a 192 kurzů a ebooku. Děkuju, že jsi součástí slowczech. Děkuju, že tohle všechno, to jsi ty, a tvoje lepší čeština, tvůj lepší život, a náš, lektorek, náš lepší život. Pokud jsi tady nový, pokud znáš slowczech krátce, tak vítej. A ať už jsi nový nebo ne, mrkni na náš web máme novinku 6 Months Immersion Program slowczech Lab v upgradované verzi, kde za šest měsíců budeš mluvit česky, tak jak si přeješ. Tak jak chceš. A konečně se začneš v češtině a v Česku cítit jako doma. No a teď už jsi poslechni, co některé ze 18 lektorek slowczech říkají o roce 2024, co se jim povedlo, co se jim nepovedlo. A taky, co ti přejí do roku 2025. No, tak jdeme na to.
DanielaAhoj, uslyšíš moje střípky z roku 2024. Mně I celé rodině se povedla nádherná cesta po Americe. Viděla jsem tam své kamarády, a taky jsem navštívila nádherná místa v arizonské poušti a v horách. Nadchly mě obrovské kaktusy saguaro a modří ptáci v červených skalách.
Co se mi nepovedlo? Asi nejvíc mě mrzí situace, které se odehrávají v rodině. Určitě taky znáš tuhle chvíli. Něco řeknu a hned vím, že to bylo špatně, protože to druhému ublížilo. A takových zkažených rozhovorů si přeju v novém roce míň.
Na co se příští rok těším? Na dalekou cestu do Nepálu, na společné lyžování s rodinou a na praktický koučinkový kurz. Tobě přeji krásné svátky a šťastný rok 2025.
JindraAhoj. Já jsem Jindra a jsem pyšná na to, že se mi tento rok povedlo vytvořit pár videí pro slowczech a z toho mám moc velkou radost. A co se mi nepovedlo? Zatím se mi nepovedlo realizovat jeden můj videoprojekt, to je škoda. A taky se mi ještě nepovedlo vymyslet, co koupím mému tátovi Vánocům. A to je fakt velkej průser.
Co plánuju v novém roce? Neplánuju, chci se nechat překvapit. A tobě v novém roce, tobě přeju ať ahoj nebo dobrý den, ať je jen začátek nějaké fajn konverzace, která skončí třeba u piva. Tak jo, krásný nový rok.
PetraAhoj, tady je Petra. Dostala jsem 3 otázky. První otázka, co se ti v roce 2024 povedlo? Tak mně se povedlo uběhnout půlmaraton a jsem moc ráda, protože trénink mi trval víc než dva roky, ale zvládla jsem to.
Otázka druhá, co se ti nepovedlo? Tak nepovedlo se mi posunout v angličtině. Nebyla jsem dost systematická a mrzí mě to.
Otázka 3, jaké máš plány na příští rok? Tak plánů mám víc určitě, ale jedna z těch věcí bude udělat ten progres v angličtině, protože bych se chtěla cítit líp, když s někým bavím a budu se snažit se posunout. A tobě do nového roku přeju všechno dobré, přeju klid v duši a přeji hodně zdraví. A moc doufám, že se potkáme ať už na lekci nebo třeba někde jinde osobně. Měj se hezky, ahoj.

A na závěr podcastu jsem tady zase já Eliška a co můj rok 2024? Musím říct, že se nám povedlo něco úžasného. Mám dvě malé děti pod 3 roky a byli jsme na dovolené v Řecku s celou rodinou. Deset lidí na 14 dní jen 20 metrů od moře. To bylo dokonalé. Budu vzpomínat ještě dlouho.
Ale co se mi nepovedlo? Ne všechno šlo podle plánu. Udělala jsem nějaké marketingové chyby. Měla jsem komplikovanou komunikaci ohledně konference pro lektorky, taky s právníky, s právní firmou, ale víš co? To jsou zkušeností, které mě posunou zase dál.
No a pokud chceš udělat taky reflexy svého roku 2024 a připravit se na rok 2025 určitě jdi na YouTube. A podívej se na video, na live stream Reflect on 2024 and Crash Your 2025. Je tam jednoduchý, ale fakt dobrý návod, jak začít tenhle nový rok.

Seeking a unique celebration, she and her husband spent Christmas Day on a secluded island, encountering rain, tropical mosquitoes, local wildlife, and eventually enjoying a seaside dinner with traditional Panamanian dishes.
Šárka’s Story: Šárka shares a childhood memory that revolves around her fear of the mysterious Ježíšek, who delivers gifts in the Czech Republic.
