He hopes that there is some incentive for this breakdown, and is anticipating a great showcase for their PlayStation State of Play that takes place during the week. Since the podcast's latest obsession is Marvel Rivals, the attention of the latest slough of MCU films are on the horizon with Captain America: Brave New World, The Thunderbolts, and Fantastic Four: First Steps are the films that separate the transition period from Phase 5 to Phase 6 (34:30). In the new year for the EstoBro TV Podcast, the Gents are happy to announce that all future episodes will be distributed on YouTube (3:20). EstoBro was joined by Commissioner Comic Book to celebrate the news due to TV being snowed in earlier in the week. With the first episode in February, major sports news and events took place over the weekend and as a result, is the focused themed episode for the week. EstoBro and CCB examine the fallout post the NBA trade deadline (16:35), and put major attention of the Los Angeles Lakers trading for Luka Dončić from the Dallas Mavericks. A trade that has been considered the most controversial in sports history, only time will tell of the major impact for this season and Dončić's future. The Super Bowl is on the horizon this weekend after the celebration of Kendrick Lamar's wins at the 67th Grammy Awards in addition of the rap artist taking center stage for the halftime show (30:05); as the pair also discuss the possibility of which team will win this weekend between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a major treat having CCB share more insight after the results of the Royal Rumble (41:30) with the road of WrestleMania officially underway. He discusses the winning superstars amongst Charlotte Flair and Jay Uso, and their potential matchups they will face as headliners for the event. Post the conversation of wrestling, Roman Reigns will be the featured wrestler on the next installment of WWE 2K25 (53:45). In the introduction to this week's edition of the podcast, EstoBro starts the show giving TV all the smoke for his latest addiction: Marvel Rivals. Where the commentary is all good fun, the pair have highlighted the significance of networking with paying the latest popular online video game (1:00). With the latest episode in focus of entertainment in film, the Gents do set curiosity in play if Marvel Rivals will feature any advertised marketing with the next MCU installment: Captain America: Brave New World. Since the holiday break, the Gents take the time to highlight all the major films that did well since the start of winter. It was a major triumph for Sonic the Hedgehog 3 ruled the holidays (19:15), and is rightfully sealing it's place as one of the best video game film adaptations of all time with a set trilogy and more to come from Sega mascot. There was a 'Battle of the Bands' feature with two biopics on famous musicians (29:05): A Complete Unknown and Better Man were also holiday releases that were based off the careers of Bob Dylan and Robbie Williams, respectfully. Where there are cheers for the former, the latter ends up with the most criticism being the worst box office flop of 2024. Horror films were also the rave this season (48:15), and Robert Egger's remake of Nosferatu has made a major impact in cinema; however, the latest remake of Wolf Man seems to not be receiving the same amount of approval as Nosferatu. The show concludes with other popular films that are in the theaters, including Mufasa: The Lion King, Flight Risk, and One of Them Days.

In celebration of the Bonnaroo lineup being revealed for the 2025 festival, EstoBro is joined by iamRavedad for this special edition episode of the podcast. In a new year, older major IPs from the older days become available after the public domain expires (2:00). The Gents anticipate how the Spinach-eating navy veteran will adapt to modern storylines as they discuss the first nerdcore episode of 2025. It is safe to assume that the comic book genre of film has been exhausted and is losing great quality. EstoBro and TV share that 2024 might be the downfall as a whole for Marvel after the disappointing release of Kraven the Hunter (1:00). With James Gunn's teaser of Superman releasing, it is destined that the rise of DC comic books can finally happen. The end of year review starts rolling in, and the Gents are handing out grades to everybody. Starting off with the accountability of Hunter Biden (1:30) and the latest with his pardon. That is one of the highlights from the holiday, as the Gents focus on the final sports episode of 2024. Rivalry Week was one for the ages (16:00), with the College Football Playoff almost set, they weigh in how the tournament will be seeded post the conference title matchups that will take place this weekend. EstoBro and TV have their own rivalry that they respectfully have between each other, as they observe their fantasy football record in the podcast league and celebrate a nail-biter with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (34:10). After observing what teams are left on the Bucs' schedule, they keep the focus on the local sports beat with the current status of the Tampa Bay Rays the week before MLB Winter Meetings. Five years of the EstoBro TV Podcast is worth something to celebrate on the holiday the Gents are most thankful for. Matty EstoBro and Theo 'TV' V. have been as thick as thieves since their glory days in college, and they do not plan on stopping curating podcast episodes in their passion project. Join the pair as they take the listening audience in for a vintage feel on how they once originally started the show, by discussing the topics they are most passionate about. Starting off with the sports segment with the 'Good, Bad, and Ugly,' after the results of fight weekend earlier this November (12:00), as they highlight the victory of Jon 'Bones' Jones at UFC 309 and criticize the results of the boxing match between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul. As they turn their attention to the entertainment part of the show, the Gents were right on the mark on how Wicked and Gladiator 2 would do well on their debut at the box office (33:30). The following segment is the latest in nerd culture (56:40), with the latest nominations for this year's Game of the Year Awards and an update on how anime breaks into the trading card scene with Union Arena. The show concludes with some vintage segment, 'Who has the munchies?' (70:55) going into detail about the proper way to make a Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich and EstoBro's latest entry in the 'Chicken Sandwich Wars.' As Trump has made a career of being an entertaining figure, the Gents present an episode that features multimedia entertainment. The Wizard of Oz is one of the most crucial franchises of all time, and the Gents are holding great expectations for this movie to excel at the box office. EstoBro and TV share the experiences of what the state of Florida has gone through (2:00), and especially shed light on a character that was made a symbol for the latest storm. With the hiatus being a little long, the Gents decided to do a vintage show starting with sports. TV also wants EstoBro's take on the MLB playoffs, and why the paid have decided to side with the New York Mets to win the World Series. The Gents first break down the utter failure of Joker: Folie à Deux and why it has become the worst comic book film of 2024. EstoBro has found a new love for wine...by having a surplus during the 2024 U.S. Presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump (1:10). TV has had enough of this parody and would rather have Harrison Ford take the job. As funny as the evening carried on, it wasn't as funny as TV's fantasy football performance (14:45), as the co-host gets his piece in celebrating that football is back. The nerd world took a major loss this week with the passing of legendary actor James Earl Jones (35:45), most known for his voice as Darth Vader in the Star Wars franchise. The Gents take the time to honor the legendary voice that defined their generation, and the many generations before them. With the transition to other film news, the long-awaited sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice debuted in theaters last week (45:35). It made a huge smash at the box office and set the tone for autumn and Spooky SZN. With Halloween looming, the Gents also talk about the inspiration for couples costumes for parties this year. Labor Day weekend put the studio behind on getting out an episode, but we made it just in time for football season. EstoBro is joined by CCB, who will make regular stops on the program now that he is working with Mandy Hatake. EstoBro waited for his beloved Mandy Hatake to return from her travels so they could attend a showing of Alien: Romulus as it hit theaters last week (13:20). Needless to say, the host is grading this harder with the nerd POV opinion rather than giving the director Fede Álvarez his flowers for delivering a phenomenal entry to the franchise. TV also brings some harsh criticism to the table, being the major anime fan of the program with the adaptation of Rick and Morty debuting at the same time (32:45). This form of media was made for TV, with two of his favorite forms of media colliding, but sadly this might be the tipping scale that could be the end of the beloved adult swim program. The 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris have ended (1:00), and the Gents are looking forward to the games coming to America when it takes place in Los Angeles in 2028. With the focus the show focusing on nerd news, it is with the host's deepest regret to report the passing of Rachael Lillis (17:00), a voice actress who is most famous for her roles as Misty and Jesse for the English dub of Pokémon when it first debuted. In more sadness, TV reports on the terrible live-action adaptation of the hit video game Borderlands. The film bombed as a total flop and is on pace to be considered one of the worst films in 2024 (23:15). EstoBro lingers on the idea that this is karma being served to Gear Box with the looming release of Alien: Romulus set to release this weekend. The Gents bring a lot of attention to Disney's fan expo D23 (36:10) with all the amazing film releases and theme park attractions that are set for fans to experience in the near future. The Gents got to work early this week to help kick off the celebration of the Summer Olympics that are being hosted in Paris, France before the opening ceremonies. The episode starts with TV celebrating Xander Schauffele winning the British Open over the weekend (4:30), his second major championship of the current PGA season. The celebration of international competition leads to the Gents discussing the Olympics and, more importantly, EstoBro asking TV if the USA men's basketball team has what it takes to go for gold (18:00). Everyone is more than patriotic for their native country when it comes to the Olympics. The Gents are more than patriotic hoping America will dominate once more. Bringing the attention back domestically, EstoBro also asks TV if the Los Angeles Lakes drafting of Bronny James was essential to play alongside his father, LeBron James (34:15), more of historical value or a reach to get the NBA future Hall of Famer to finish his career as a Laker. The attention is brought back to the attention of baseball in the current MLB season (45:25) after the All-Star break just concluded, officially marking the halfway point for the year. EstoBro brings the attention of current favorites to be competitive in the playoffs this October and possible trade situations that could happen before the trade deadline. The episode concludes with the Gents making their formal open invitation to participate in their annual fantasy football league (66:30). With a double podcast feature over the holiday, the Gents took a little extra time getting this next one out. With summertime fun happening over America's celebration, EstoBro hits TV with some unpatriotic headlines that took place during this year's 4th of July (9:30). Summertime also lures many kids to the movies with school being out, and the Gents took the time to review the number one movie in the world; Inside Out 2 (21:00). Off to a great start as one of Pixar's best, the sequel has been gaining accolades as one of the best films in 2024. However, with a summer of sequels, not all of them are going to hit the right way and they also review some other movies that do not look all that great (38:00). With the video game episode dropping a little earlier, the Gents left out one of the most important games that have American sports fans more than excited. The return of a college football game is set to debut this month with College Football 2025 (55:45), a game that has been on hiatus for over a decade. It looks to be one of the most exciting releases for college football fans, and especially the Gents of EstoBro TV Podcast.

Nerd news needed to be reported by the Gents, and it kicks off with TV singing the praises of anime lately (2:35) with all the great content that has been coming out recently. With EstoBro away during Bonnaroo, the Gents also give some major attention to all the video game showcases that took place this summer (21:00). TV sings the praises of Microsoft with EstoBro following suit and doing the same for Nintendo, but the pair have some words with Sony coming up short this year. They also review the latest installment in the Star Wars franchise with Disney+'s Acolyte that debuted (49:30) and why it is not surprising that new stories in this franchise cannot appease the massive fanbase dedicated to it. With hurricane season in full effect, EstoBro points out to TV that the latest storm in the Caribbean Sea is named after a Sailor Moon villain (64:05), which in turn leaves the Gents heckling meteorologists to potentially start naming all major storms after antagonists in fiction which would definitely make people take these natural disasters more seriously.

The Gents are back from their summer vacation. EstoBro returned from Bonnaroo while TV was living it up like a pirate in the Bahamas (1:00). After retelling their tales of their summer relaxation, the pair dive into the current events with what has gone on in sports lately. With TV's birthday being celebrated upon release of the latest episode, the Gents dedicate focusing on a sports edition for the week. After a temporary hiatus, the Gents are officially back to present their first episode of May. With the Gents back in their 'New York Groove' during the Met Gala, they have some fashion to put into the spotlight with the reveal of the Tampa Bay Rays revealing their City Connect jerseys (24:40). These special baseball jerseys have been used by MLB teams in recent years, but the Rays revealing theirs has truly turned the heads of baseball fans everywhere. The Gents give major kudos to the local team for curating a jersey that truly captures the essence of Rays fans, as they lightly touch on the latest sports headlines with the NBA and Stanley Cup playoffs. In nerd news, EstoBro has to put TV on the latest release from Disney+ with X-Men '97 (42:20), which is a continuation of the animated show that was popular during the 1990s. EstoBro is pretty heated, but it is not because of the Super Bowl results. He is more upset that he missed the opportunity to catch a Savanna Bananas baseball game while they were touring in Tampa (1:15), and they even had WWE Superstar John Cena in the starting lineup as the guest player. The unexpected Cena citing has the Gents discussing the dramatics the WWE has featured on the road to WrestleMania during the cold open. The memes that have flooded the internet of the infamous photo, the Gents had to get in on the fun with creating one of their own, that ties to the former president's infamous book he wrote. As the month of August wraps, the Gents highlight the importance of music in their regular scheduled episodes. 2023 commemorated the 50th anniversary of hip hop over this past month, therefore both EstoBro and TV had to celebrate one of their favorite genres of music and join the party (15:35). The Gents share all of their favorite memories made by rappers of all decades, including EstoBro's hip hop week breakdown and how the podcast will start their own playlist for their listeners to subscribe to. After reminiscing over music, the Gents give their respects to the late Bob Barker (48:00), who passed away last week. Hurricane season is getting 'hot and heavy,' and not in a good way if California gets hit with a major storm plus an earthquake at the same time (2:00). To bring further awareness on the subject, EstoBro pitches to TV a potential anime program that could be centered around the great storms. With anime on the brain, the Gents had to bring up some current events that were connected with the subject. They break the news that Slam Dunk had their hit movie debut in the United States this summer (15:45), and definitely has done well globally for one of the most popular Japanese media formats of all time. Speaking of the greatest anime, One Piece had one of the most popular episodes' debut earlier in the month with Monkey D. Luffy tapping into a new power (24:00) with Gear 5th. This new awakening for the main character has been most anticipated by the fan base, and can only mean bigger and better events are about to take place for the potential King of the Pirates. TV is more than excited to share the news about his favorite anime Jujutsu Kaisen has invaded the popular shooting game Fortnite (44:30) with a special event that can unlock character skins from the show. After spending the weekend in Texas, EstoBro spreads the awareness that Frontier Airlines is one of the worst services in the country (55:00). EstoBro and TV are fully prepared to lay the Tampa Bay Rays' baseball season to rest (1:00) due to the fiasco that has unfolded with Wander Franco and Shane McClanahan; more specifically on the former. The Gents have some major relief over the matter, with football season right around the corner and their participation in their first fantasy draft of the season. With a shortened month of August, the Gents wish to discuss the latest in film and video games. First, with the latest installment of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem (19:30) that was released earlier in the month. EstoBro and TV share how this franchise has returned to the traditional standard of, 'kids having fun' type storyline, especially when animated features bring major franchises to the silver screen. EstoBro finally watched Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 as TV comes in with the commentary with James Gunn's full takeover of the DCEU is in full effect (33:05). Changing topics to video games, EstoBro acknowledges that the new Baldur's Gate III has a solid chance of upsetting the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for 'Game of the Year' (46:40), but TV has a rebuttal as the pair dissect the differences of the two RPGs. EstoBro also could not hesitate to break down what happened in last week's Pokémon Presents (57:10) confirming information that the fans already knew, yet somehow still revealed new information for the DLC release for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Finally, the show returns to its original roots with a classic 'Who has the munchies?' segment that the snack wrap has returned...but not at McDonald's (73:15). TV missed the usual recording time to attend a conference in his neck of the woods, so we had Commissioner Comic Book sit in and join EstoBro on the podcast. The first episode of the month focuses on sports-related topics, and CCB is ready to kick off the Premier League (2:30) with the cold open of the show. EstoBro is reluctant to discuss the topic because then he has to carry on the conversation about Manchester City winning the Treble last year. We are more than halfway through the baseball season, and CCB wants to tear the New York Yankees a new one for having an abysmal season (12:00), especially not 'blowing it up' at the trade deadline and at least starting brand new. Meanwhile, EstoBro's Chicago Cubs are one of the hottest teams coming out of the All-Star break (30:00), with a decent chance to make a run at the playoffs; the Gents also break down the favorites that will be present in October. With football still on the brain, the pair discuss the Women's World Cup that is going on this summer in Australia and New Zealand (40:00); and it is rather unfortunate that the United States had an early exit in the first round of the knockout stage. However, there is optimism for this national squad, for they truly have some potential with how young this team is. The other football in discussion leads to the first fantasy football discussions on the podcast (49:05), as CCB and EstoBro participate in numerous fantasy leagues that take place over autumn. They have some early discussions on who they might draft first overall with their first draft taking place this weekend. Everyone was presented with the topic, but no one wants to talk about it...but the Gents definitely will acknowledge the fact that extra-terrestrial beings have definitely interacted with Earthlings. There really is no other way to talk about the subject of aliens and outer space (3:00), EstoBro and TV definitely bring up the fact that they are not alone in this universe. Many forms of media have been created and consumed in recent decades, and the Gents bring up the fact that there needs to be a return of aliens featured in anime and manga (17:30). This debate brings up a variety of shows from Tenchi Muyou! to Space Dandy, and even popular hits like Sailor Moon that featured species that are from out of this world! The Gents reminisce on where they saw these shows first on Toonami growing up, they bring their attention to the drama the hit channel Cartoon Network is facing (33:45). Warner Brothers' animated department is having a weird break-up with the infamous cartoon hub, and fans of all ages are gravely worried about what is to become of a simple escape where people gathered and watched cartoons. The flow of the show with the themes the Gents love talking about every week is the jams that everyone is getting down to. That's why this episode of the podcast is more focused on music, especially with what EstoBro and TV are passionate about with talking about it. The show opens up with the Gents pointing out the career of Max Kellerman getting started as a rapper from New York rather than an expert on boxing and other sports (2:00). Taken as a shock to EstoBro, this is not one of the circumstances that got Kellerman dismissed from ESPN earlier this summer. With the Gents still basking in the ripple effect of attending their first music festival together, they both experienced a coincidence while attending DJ Diesel's set. That is why it was a major privilege to interview Biotechnick on the podcast and discuss the urban legend of this independent EDM artist that is on the rise. EstoBro is joined by Mandy Hatake during the interview (23:15) discussing the young DJ's passions and influences; especially encouraging which international music festivals he would love to play in the future. Post the interview, TV announces the recap of the hip-hop music festival in Miami known as Rolling Loud (85:05). The boys are back in town right after they survived their very first Bonnaroo to celebrate EstoBro's bachelor party. Izzy Takamono joins the host with the most in place of TV who is still recovering from the madness. Our nerdy gents reminisce for the excellent bulk of the show about how special this music festival meant to each other, especially highlighting their experience. It would not be a podcast episode without discussing some major nerd talk points, which includes the aftermath of the latest Nintendo Direct that occurred last week. It was a long week when our fearless leader EstoBro came down with a cold, and it was even worse that it happened over his birthday (2:00), which he does not necessarily wish anyone experiences at all. His co-host TV had all the sympathy for him, but their shared birthday celebration could only mean one thing: that summer is here and the Gents are ready to party! One thing EstoBro was fortunate to enjoy for his birthday celebrations was the release of the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (9:00), the latest installment of the popular Nintendo RPG series. The celebrated sequel of Breath of the Wild has taken the video game world by storm and has already sealed itself as an automatic phenomenon in the mystical adventure. After acknowledging the hectic weekend of the Electric Daisy Carnival, the Gents are only weeks away from EstoBro's bachelor party with going to Bonnaroo (28:30), and they can barely contain their excitement. The Gents were also shocked to see that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was upset by Fast X (37:00), the recent release of the Fast and Furious franchise; and it is safe to assume that they're not finished with that franchise anytime soon. The month of May rolling in always means a great deal to the Gents of the EstoBro TV Podcast. EstoBro begins the show in frustration with the reserved days for Lent in this calendar year (2:40), and why it was longer than 40 days and nights. Regarding what the 'Good Lord' sacrifices for the better good, TV reminds him that not all His followers live by the best example of His name. That's why the Master carried on over Easter weekend, and the Gents congratulated Jon Rahm for winning the Green Jacket to have them forget about faith for a while. EstoBro also spent Easter going to the movies to see the Super Mario Bros. Movie debuting over the holiday weekend (16:30). He gives his review of the movie, with validation from TV on why this film was full of memberberries and a major advertisement for Nintendo, SPOILER WARNING despite the film shattering records in the box office in video game history. Another piece of news that took the Gents off guard was HBO announcing that they are shooting the remaster of the Harry Potter franchise for 7-seasons to reflect the books (38:05). Despite major controversy from Warner Bros. and J.K. Rowling, they believe this an oversaturation of media as the Wizarding World is reaching for another cash grab. The Gents tip their hat to the Tampa Bay Rays and the historical record they have reached for the start of the season (52:00). At the time of recording, they were 9-0 to start the season, but now they have tied the all-time Major League record for the best start to a baseball season with 13-0. As the show takes place as a local beat in Tampa, the Gents are proud of their boys and cannot wait to see what the season has in place for them. They also acknowledge the credible season the Boston Bruins accomplished in hockey this year, setting the all-time best record as they look to be favorites for lifting His Lord Stanley Cup. Finally, the Gents point out the ridiculousness of the internet when conservatives thought it was clever to take to social media to show them draining and destroying Bud Light (61:15). The reason for doing so is a reaction over Anheuser-Busch supporting the LGBTQ+ community and acknowledging a trans woman on their cans, only for the Gents to point out that the way the conservatives are acting is just giving Anheuser-Busch more money with free advertising. So this Bud is for you Anheuser-Busch, for playing a clever tactic to get people to see and drink your beer over a subliminal political move.

The Gents of the EstoBro TV Podcast are excited to celebrate their 100th episode with all their dedicated program listeners. After a handful of episodes and a frozen winter in the Empire State, TV has officially returned to the microphone. EstoBro celebrated with his cohost after his long-awaited hiatus as they reflect on what brought them to this milestone. The Gents recognize what attracts their listeners to the program, and they announce a new show format that enables those segments to move forward for future episodes. The Gents get to work celebrating one of their favorite topics with music, discussing Miami Music Week and Ultra Music Festival setting off the EDM festival circuit as they prepare for Bonnaroo in the summer. EstoBro inquires Young Jaimé if he has started playing Pokémon yet on the Nintendo Switch, but his old compadre has been more hung up playing the Nintendo 64 emulator on the same device. The pair share frustration in regards to the show being recorded specifically on Pokémon Day with no announcement of a vintage Pokémon title for any emulator on the Nintendo Switch (2:45). It has been a while since Young Jaimé was on the podcast, and EstoBro enables a topic that his guest is passionate about with The Flash film trailer that was teased during the Super Bowl a few weeks back (13:35). With controversy alone with Ezra Miller in the starring role as the title comic book character, James Gunn being the head of the DC Comics Extended Universe stated that the "show must go on," in terms of using the film as a reset point for the universe. In terms of Warner Brothers owning the rights to DC Comics, EstoBro and Young Jaimé share their love for a vintage parody of a superhero from the 1990s with Freakazoid! (23:10). As we enter the holiday months, EstoBro is humble enough to welcome NYebor onto the program (1:20), someone who has been more than passionate about supporting and sharing on the program. The initial conversation was supposed to follow after the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (9:00), where the host would challenge his guest on how they felt about the film and the conclusion of Phase 4 of the MCU. With disgruntlement over Disney and the way the company has been handling significant franchises, EstoBro refuses to watch the new Star Wars series Andor that is featured on Disney+ (30:25). NYebor still holds his arguments true on this being one of the best stories of the infamous 'space opera,' and tries to convince the host to at least give the show a chance. The Gents return from holiday break by starting the show to pay their respects to Jason David Frank (2:00), who was most famous for playing Tommy Oliver in the hit franchise Power Rangers. The impact that Frank had on the nerd world was more than substantial, infamously debuting as the Green Ranger in the franchise and being multiple Rangers throughout the history of the series. He has been playing Pokémon Violet since its release earlier in the month, as he relays the abysmal reviews the game has received and all of the malfunctions players are experiencing playing the game. After doing the show for two years, the Gents are thankful for their listening audience and supporters of the EstoBro TV Podcast. They are more than impressed with the interactions on their socials discussing Game of the Year (1:15), from the prior episode debating the subject. EstoBro encourages TV that to see the indie game Stray win the video game accolade would be a true triumph for felines everywhere. The Gents share their respect for one of the greatest actors who played Batman, and that was the late Kevin Conroy (12:15). EstoBro also wants to discuss One Piece: Red film (21:30), and he knows TV is very excited to talk about it. However, EstoBro is hesitant if he should still invest or finally join the PC master race. With significant video game news hitting the web this week, TV also shed light on Rockstar's server being breached that leaked Grand Theft Auto 6 and EstoBro running a recap on Nintendo Direct with Goldeneye finally importing to the Nintendo Switch (12:40). The Gents also recap the D23 Expo that revealed next year's content releases from Disney (33:50), including the internet has absolutely no chill over the live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid. They also recap the first two weeks of fantasy football (45:50) especially the results in the podcast league. TV's chances of repeating as champion seem to be in jeopardy, as he also hints to the listening audience that the podcast's fantasy basketball league invitation is now open. EstoBro addresses the Meme Wars (54:30) being dragged into the British Empire after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. EstoBro is tired of television and begins to flex his focus on video games (14:10) after revealing that his household is once again a part of the PS+ Network and a boatload of games topping off the backlog. Reviews from recent games like Stray and Warner Bros. MultiVersus are focused on the Sony collective, along with a co-op playthrough of Kirby and the Forgotten Land for Nintendo Switch. EstoBro even getting on board with one of TV's favorite franchises Borderlands getting added to the backlog also (23:30). The Gents review how the draft for the podcast's fantasy football league went (30:00) from over the weekend, as the two also make a diagnostic of the rosters post draft. It is football season, and the Gents finally bring attention to college football (44:00) with the recent changes that are impacting the culture, competition, and craziness that have all taken place in NCAA. After some significant technical difficulties, EstoBro finally put together a podcast with Young Jaimé in place of TV for the week. He opens up the show with post results of the Field of Dreams game that took place with his Chicago Cubs defeating the Cincinnati Reds (1:05). Everyone who witnessed the game was taken by surprise that the broadcast gave tribute to the late Harry Caray in order to fit the themes of the game; however, this seemed to backfire with resentment from all over the internet. EstoBro inquires what Young Jaimé has been playing lately regarding video games (10:45), as the pair recognize the recent news events with the popular shooting game Fortnite. The franchise has made such great strides since its debut that EstoBro makes a claim of dubbing it part of the 'Mount Rushmore' of shooting games. The transition in the segment brings the attention to Tiger Woods returning to the cover of a golf video game (21:40), and Young Jaimé influencing the idea that John Daly is the 'true rival' of the great champion on and off the course...which brings the show back to the focus of sports (37:25). Fantasy football is upon us, and the podcast league is about to set off, followed by all the other versions of football that get started around this time of year. Young Jaimé teases some events that will take place with the World Cup (43:10) knocking on the door this autumn, and he will definitely return to the show to break down for the series that will focus on the tournament. After breaking down other elements that make a strong franchise after trading card collecting, merchandise, and anime; EstoBro's final resolution is that there needs to be a dedicated cornerstone of the Pokemon franchise that needs to grow up with the original fans (46:40). EstoBro brings up the attention of all the accolades Pokémon made during its 25th anniversary (65:35), while the Gents make a full tailored review of what games were released for the year with NEW Pokémon Snap, Pokémon Unite, and the Gen IV remakes of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Where the collective stands as allies to the LGBTQ+ community, the artistic interpretation of entertainers needs to be respected in their own way.
