During this episode I am sharing my personal experience with chemotherapy, fighting cancer, and some things that come with it.

I hope that my journey, and my encouragement helps someone who is on this road as a fighter or as a caregiver.

CNN has released footage of an episode between Cassie Ventura as a young woman, and Sean "Puff Daddy" Combs. Many are enraged. This has caused some vitriol towards those who have shown support for the Mogul in the firestorm following the 30million dollar settlement.

I want to tell you what I see in this video.

Let's have a conversation about it.

Thank you for listening.

It's time for a candid conversation about Cancer and it's effects on the lives of those who have become afflicted with the disease.

As a survivor, I can say that it's a journey I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, ( and I have a couple of those...enemies that is).

I hope this series will help someone understand and navigate the life changing journey. If there is one person out there who is afraid and who feels alone, here is part one of my story.

Thank you for listening.

Let's talk about why people see but don't say.

So why don't we say anything?

Let's talk a bit about it.

The blogs have made us aware that one of our favorites, Kiki Palmer, is the latest in a long line of successful women we admire to admittedly be in an abusive relationship. Fan reactions have been mixed. I don't thing victim shaming is the answer. Let's talk about what her journey is probably going to look like over the next few months.
