Remote Self monitoring for pwMS

For self- assessment you need:

1) For your timed 8 meter(25foot) walk, you need a meter, measure 8 m distance and a stopwatch(usually on your smart phone), ask your friend, spouse or neighbour to time your 8m walk. For the reference please see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0oncBHHEcwA

2) For your vision assessment - use near vision card and colour vision assessment-please download app Eye Handbook for this, see if you can see the pictures/numbers on the cards

3) Method of quantifying your function-EDSS- please do this online on the webpage:

4) Cognitive test-please download CogEval app on your Apple device only(Apple phone or ipad), it is 2 min symbol and number exercise.

9 hole peg device for 9.99£ or maybe you are creative so consider making 9holepeg by yourself or ask a friend who is a carpenter.
