Major political transitions present an opportunity to advance democratic reforms. Following political transitions, civil society activists sometimes have the opportunity to join government and advance reform from within. The purpose of the podcasts is to share the experiences of those civil society activists who have crossed over with those considering crossing over, or those who may wish to support individuals crossing over as a strategy for advancing democracy.
