The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 or CISA is expected to pass in the house tomorrow, October 27, 2015. The legislation claims to help with cybersecurity, but critics say otherwise.
The bill is a reincarnation of SOPA and CISPA, which were previous failed attempts to pass similar legislation.
CISA puts the department of homeland security in charge of massive data collection powers and provides legal immunity to corporations who share user data with the government. The law also allows DHS to share any data it captures through private sector sharing with any federal agency and even contractors.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is spending millions of dollars on military grade equipment, according to a report published by Open the Books (link below).
The funds are being used to outfit the agency's 'Special Agents' with guns, ammo, night vision, radar, amphibious assault vehicles and more. The agency is building it's own militia of sorts.

Denver CBS4 reports that two TSA agents worked in tandem in order to erroneously 'flag' attractive males for enhanced screening.
Of course, the enhanced screening included the infamous pat down. Only in these instances, the traveler was selected simply because a perverted TSA agent found them attractive. Additionally, the agent reportedly "fondled" the men instead of using the back of his hands as per TSA protocol.

A new Homeland Security purchase order listed on FedBizOpps raises an eyebrow or two.
Over the course of 9 pages (PDF), the technical requirements call for an arsenal of specialized weaponry for training and deployment against crowds.
On top of a wide range of gas and chemical grenades, rubber bullets and other riot rounds, the purchase calls for “controlled noise and light distraction devices,” including flash bangs which set off a 175 dB sound with 6 – 8 million candelas light bursts in 10 milliseconds.
So why are the Feds prepping to take on crowds?
The collection of equipment provides a diverse range of toys with which authorities could push back crowds and potentially intimidate free speech as well.
Are there more riots coming? Is widespread civil unrest only a matter of time? Is it related to martial law exercises like Jade Helm 15?
What do the Feds know that we don’t?

For some time now, HHS (Department of Health and Human Services) has been using churches to push Obamacare enrollment.

The largest school district in Minnesota is considering screening students for depression and anxiety.
This most certainly means that countless more children and teens will be the subject of a parent teacher conference where the district's psychiatrist urges the prescription of an ADHD (or ADD) medication to improve concentration, focus or happiness of the student in question.
While the screenings are supposedly aimed at preventing more student suicides, the establishment fails to inform parents that many child and teen suicides are most likely the result of the same anti-anxiety and anti-depression medications that will be pushed following the new screenings.
WND reported that the screenings are the result of Obama's executive action on gun control following Sandy Hook. Many opponents argue that the goal is to document "mental illness" with as many students as possible, so to later be used as a flag to prevent gun ownership. Many call it a back door attack on the second amendment.
Even if you aren't concerned with the second amendment, you should be concerned about these drugs being forced upon children and teens across America.

Should there be limits to free speech?
Only weeks after the demonstrations in support of freedom of expression for Charlie Hebdo, a French court has convicted three individuals for posting homophobic tweets.
The hashtag used in the tweets was "let's burn the gays." While there is no argument that the language is offensive and disgusting, should we begin placing limitations on free speech to exclude remarks of this type?
If so, who decides what the line for what qualifies as offensive and illegal?

Monsanto is developing a new GMO seed...wheat. For many years, farmers and consumers said no to GMO wheat since the crop is usually directly consumed by humans.
That said, NewsOK.com reports that Monsanto is reviving its GM wheat program as farmers are now more amenable to using the genetically modified seed.
The new GM wheat seed will be resistant to three different herbicides: dicamba, glyphosate, and glufosinate. Why three herbicides? With the widespread use of Roundup (aka glyphosate), super-weeds immune to the popular chemical are taking over farm fields.

Who done it?
At the same time President Obama delivered a speech on cyber security and consumer cyber protection, the Twitter and YouTube accounts of US Central Command were compromised.
The media reported that the culprit was ISIS or ISIS sympathizers. For about 40 minutes, the US CENTCOM social media pages were littered with ISIS propaganda that included threats to soldiers and their families.
Following the Sony data hack, certain legislators have pushed to renew CISPA, or similar "cyber security" legislation.
Is the timing of this most recent incident purely coincidental?

Since the terror attack occurred in Paris at the Charlie Hebdo Magazine office, many have questioned the possibility that the event was a false flag attack or a gladio-style operation.
You have question, and so do we. One of the more strange points we will cover in today's report is Infowars covering a Reuters report linking one of the terrorists to likely former FBI or CIA asset, Anwar Al-Awlaki.
False flag or not, liberty is at stake. The attack was an all-out assault on the freedom of expression. And, no matter who is behind the attack, you can bet that the push for a legalized, 24/7, total information awareness surveillance state will move ahead.
We must help our fellow citizens realize that giving in to the terror fear sales pitch from the mainstream media and government will only lead to society that is far from free.
When news first surfaced of a hacking data attack on Sony, the FBI reported that North Korea was responsible. However, both tech experts and everyday Americans found some rather large holes in the official narrative.
The supposed hackers threatened to cause physical terrorism if Sony proceeded with its release of the movie, The Interview.
Following much hype and speculation over the hack, Sony decided to release the film in select theaters and online outlet. (By the way, I watched the movie and it's awful.)
On Christmas day, a supposed different group of hackers took down gaming networks that affected Playstation and Xbox users, among others. Credit card data was exposed and the networks were inoperable for a day. On the same day, another publication warned that 2015 would be the year of the hospital hack.
No matter who is actually behind these attacks, we can look at history and realize that crises like these will be used to advance agendas. We have already heard from Dianne Feinstein and John McCain who have announced CISPA type legislation must be a top priority for 2015. They claim they want to secure the internet. The real goal is quite different.

NYPD Police officers Rafeal Ramos and Wenjian Liu were both shot in the head and killed Saturday by a man seeking revenge in the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.
The shooter, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, started the morning off by shooting his ex-girlfriend in the stomach. Following the initial shooting, he traveled to New York City. During his quick trip, he boasted of his plans to kill cops in the name of Eric Garner and Mike Brown via Instagram.
These heinous acts of violence is pure evil. It follows numerous protests in NYC, Ferguson and other cities across the country in the wake of the Michael Brown and Eric Garner cases.
Last week in NYC, protesters chanted, "What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want it? Now," as they marched. It seems their threatening language has become reality.
Our president, the attorney general, Al Sharpton and the likes have all made statements that are only designed to fuel the flames of racial tension in our country.
If we don't put an end to the racial divide in our nation, we will see more police brutality and the ushering in of a new type of police state like we've never seen before. The strategy of divide and conquer will be successful in one of its most primitive forms.
It's time for all Americans to come together and stand up for what is right and what is wrong, regardless of race.
On December 10th, 2014, Congress passed H.R. 4681 – the Intelligence Authorization Act for FY 2015.
House of Representatives Member Justin Amash discovered that a shocking new section was added to the bill. A completely new version of section 309 was inserted the night before by the Senate before being rushed to the House floor for a voice vote the following day.
In Representative Amash’s own words, “Sec. 309 provides a novel statutory basis for the executive branch’s capture and use of Americans’ private communications.” He goes on to say that the legislation is "the most egregious I've encountered."

On November 17, the United States’ Office of the Director of National Intelligence (James Clapper) announced a new speech recognition initiative called ASPIRE. ASPIRE stands for Automatic Speech Recognition in Reverberant Environments.
The goal of the initiative is for the intelligence community to improve its speech recognition capabilities in areas where acoustic quality is not optimal. This would allow any conversation within a certain range of a “networked microphone” to be “searchable in real-time.”

Many have questioned the lack of police response in confronting violent rioters in Ferguson following the announcement of the grand jury's decision.
Since the announcement, a large portion of this community has been utterly destroyed.
Following what appears to be a deliberate stand-down of law enforcement, members of Oath Keepers volunteered to assist local business owners in protecting their property and livelihood.
Despite the group's willingness to help these people in a time of desperate need, it seems the federal government has something very different in mind for the community of Ferguson.

Last week, President Obama signed an executive order which protects approximately 5 million illegal immigrants from deportation.
While members of Congress are still arguing about the specifics contained within Obama's executive order on immigration, some folks are missing the bigger picture here.
First, it's crucial that Congress not allow the order to stand. If they do nothing, Emperor Obama will most likely exploit their weakness and issue further orders. Future presidents could also operate in the same singular way using this specific case as a precedent.
Second, Obama is advancing a major objective in the new world order agenda by encouraging even more illegals to enter the United States. What better way to manufacture votes and bankrupt a nation than to invite millions of illegal immigrants into the country? Immigrants who have immediate access to government assistance ranging from food stamps to transportation to tax refunds. An excellent strategy to extract even more wealth from the middle class.

Students at Jewett Middle Academy in Winter Haven, Florida, were terrified last week when police officers burst into classrooms with guns drawn.
Was there a shooter at the school? No. The police department and school district initiated an 'active shooter' training drill with zero advance notice to teachers or parents.
Parents received text messages from frightened children as the principal ordered the school in "lock-down."

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Department of Justice has been using Cessna aircraft equipped with Stingray-like devices called Dirtboxes that act as fake cell phone towers. The devices are used like the Stingray units to capture data from the cell phones of supposed "targets." It's clear that many innocent Americans phone data is being snapped up at the same time.

Republicans have gained majority control of the Senate while maintaining majority position in the House. In fact, Republicans now have the largest majority of the house in 65 years!

Ammon Bundy (son of Cliven Bundy) and his daughter experienced intensive screening by the TSA in Phoenix this weekend. So much screening, in fact, that the two missed their flight.
Ammon's boarding pass was marked with the code "SSSS" which stands for Secondary Security Screening Selection. The designation flags you for extra screening and prohibits you from checking in online or using a self-printed boarding pass.
Ammon Bundy had this to say reflecting on the situation: “WOW, Harry Reid really does have me tagged in the federal database as a Domestic Terrorist."

With the recent announcement that New York and New Jersey are mandating isolation for individuals deemed high risk to Ebola exposure, the topic of a government-ordered quarantine has been the subject of much debate. Many people fear these orders could be used against political enemies.

Following the confirmed Ebola case in NYC of Dr. Craig Spencer, NY Governor Andrew Cuomo and Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey announced a mandatory quarantine for individuals deemed high risk.
Patients who have had the highest level of exposure to the virus will be quarantined at a "government-regulated facility" for 21 days.
Will the quarantine be used in a rational, effective manner that prevents the spread of the deadly virus? Or, could this be the beginning of a "FEMA camp" scenario that many have feared for so long?

Amber Joy Vinson of Dallas, a second healthcare worker in Dallas, has been diagnosed with Ebola.
Shortly after the announcement, anonymous nurses reported that the Dallas hospital that treated Thomas Duncan was "figuring it out as they went" in regards to what protocol to follow.

We were first told that the 4.000 U.S. troops that President Obama ordered to Liberia would not be in direct contact with Ebola patients.
The Pentagon has now confirmed that some troops will be in direct contact with persons infected with the deadly virus.
The President's decision is irresponsible to say the least. Many of these troops have zero experience in dealing with a deadly virus such as Ebola.
Why were private contractors not used for this mission? If our soldiers are infected, will they be used as an Ebola vaccine testing group?

Over 600,000 U.S. police and military have undergone training to deal with pathogenic Zombies. A Pentagon operational manual, CONPLAN 8888, deemed a fictional scenario by the Defense Department, outlines a detailed strategic plan for eliminating Zombies that could threaten the existence of humanity.
The CDC has also jumped in on the Zombie phenomena listing items for citizens to keep in their “Zombie Apocalypse” emergency kit. Now, the CDC even has an entire comic book style PDF entitled “Preparedness 101: Zombie Pandemic.” The document details what might happen as a result of a mutated virus which wreaks havoc on society.
Is all this focus on Zombies by the federal government simply a joke? Another egregious waste of taxpayer dollars?
Or, does it reveal that the CDC and the Department of Defense have known that a biological outbreak of disastrous proportions could occur in the near future. Did they know that Ebola was coming to the United States?
It happened. We knew it would. The United States had it’s first confirmed case of Ebola show up in Dallas this week. The patient traveled from Liberia to see family in Texas. Did he bring a fruit basket and smiles to greet his family? No, he brought a special souvenir from Liberia…Ebola. The deadly virus that’s now confirmed to spread by airborne transmission.
The response by the CDC, the federal government and the President has been haphazard and irresponsible. On one hand, we’re told that if we wash our hands, we’ll be fine. On the other, the CDC is issuing guidelines to funeral homes on how to deal with the dead in the aftermath of an Ebola outbreak.
The White House says that “screening procedures” are in place at the borders? Really? James O’Keefe recently dressed as Osama Bin Laden and swam across the Rio Grande river border in Texas with zero response from law enforcement. They were no where to be seen.
Does the government want a pandemic to occur in America? Nothing could be worse for our country. Martial law, FEMA, city-wide quarantines and financial collapse are things that we don’t want to see. However, should a pandemic occur, the outcome would most likely include all of the above and worse.

For the past week, we have seen multiple news outlets reporting that tech companies like EDS America have discovered rogue cell phone towers all around Washington, DC. Specifically, EDS has said the towers exist near the White House, the US Capitol Building and the US Supreme Court.
Does anyone else find this to be a little too coincidental? Some tech "experts" have claimed that these towers must be the work of a foreign government or criminal gangs. Really? If this was the case, I guarantee that the FCC would already have triangulated the location of these towers, exposed the owning entity and had them disabled and removed.
Who is the most likely culprit here? Anyone...Bueller? How about good ol' Uncle Sam?
The federal government (most likely NSA or FBI) is the single most logical explanation. This is the only scenario that explains why we haven't heard who is behind these "mysterious" towers.
Last week, while in DC, I noticed a tree on the South lawn of the White House with some sort of antenna or light on top of it (see attached image). Could this be one of the mystery cell towers? Grabbing all of the data off of my cell phone in the name of national security (unconstitutionally)?
While I doubt this particular tree is being used to house one of the towers, I would not be surprised at all if there was an interceptor tower on the White House grounds. You see, if the federal government is running this operation, they can place the equipment on federal property clandestinely and refuse to answer all questions, in the name of...national security.

President Obama admitted last week that he has no strategy yet to fight the continued threat of ISIS or ISIL.

UK citizens Brett and Naghemeh King, who have a 5-year-old son Ashya, were arrested in Spain after British authorities alerted Interpol that they had removed their son from a UK hospital without permission.
Ashya has a medulloblastoma tumor in his brain. Ashya’s parents believe that the best course of treatment for the cancer is proton beam therapy. They traveled to Spain to sell their vacation home in an attempt to raise funds for the alternative treatment.
British Authorities have had the parents arrested and detained for at least 72 hours.

Journalist James Foley has been beheaded by a British member of ISIS. Senator Inhofe has warned that ISIS is “rapidly developing a method of blowing up a major U.S. city.” Joshua Katz, a former CIA operations office and former adviser for the Department of Homeland Security says that ISIS may have already crossed the U.S. southern border.
It seems our government, intentionally or not, has created a scenario where ISIS can easily enter the United States of America with the potential to do great harm. Intelligence is warning us of an attack, yet President Obama has done nothing to secure the borders. In fact, it seems quite the opposite. DHS has also informed the public that illegals can fly on airplanes with no ID!
What would our country look like following an attack by this evil, bloodthirsty group that calls itself ISIS. Martial law? Activation of FEMA camps? Economic collapse?

The congressional committee investigating the IRS' targeting and harassment of conservative groups learned from the agency that Lois Lerner's computer had crashed and all emails and data pertinent to the investigation were unrecoverable.
The agency later reported that the hard drives of six other IRS employees working alongside Lerner had also crashed and that data was unrecoverable.
Paul Ryan spoke up against IRS Commissioner John Koskinen saying: "this is unbelievable" and "I don't believe you."
I think that all Americans can agree with Paul Ryan on his reaction to the commissioner.

Sharyl Attkisson of The Daily Signal published a shocking piece titled, "Full Disclosure: Did Government's Experiment on Preemies Hide Risks?" (June 03, 2014)
The article outlines how the federal government's National Institute of Health (part of the Department of Health & Human Services) conducted a "study" called SUPPORT, which stands for "Surfactant, Positive Airway Pressure, and Pulse Oximetry Randomized Trial."
The government-funded experiment ordered that 1,316 extremely premature infants be provided with different amounts of supplementary oxygen. Half of the group received a 'higher' dose while the others received a 'lower' dose.
Many parents have come forward claiming that they were never told anything about oxygen levels being manipulated and only that the SUPPORT study was to offer 'support' to their delicate babies.
The study was published in the New England Journal of Medicine with the following conclusion:
"A lower target range of oxygenation (85 to 89%), as compared with a higher range (91 to 95%), did not significantly decrease the composite outcome of severe retinopathy or death, but it resulted in an increase in mortality and a substantial decrease in severe retinopathy among survivors. The increase in mortality is a major concern, since a lower target range of oxygen saturation is increasingly being advocated to prevent retinopathy of prematurity. (ClinicalTrials.gov number, NCT00233324.)"
So there you have it, the study confirmed that because certain babies were provided with less oxygen...they died.

What is the Gadsden flag? What does it represent?
Examiner.com (Joe Newby) recently reported a story where a high school student, Greg Stoneburner, a senior who just graduated from Central High School in Grand Junction, Colo., said he was told in no uncertain terms that he was no longer welcome at the school after raising a Gadsden flag on the school's flagpole.

According to a recent Wired.com article by Kim Zetter, Vigilant Solutions maintains the nation's largest database of license-plate images with nearly 2 billion records stored in its National Vehicle Location Service (NVLS). In reviewing one of Vigilant's service agreements, Wired.com found that any law enforcement agency that signs up for the service is sworn to a vow of silence on the systems Orwellian capabilities.
More and more, the private sector is becoming complicit in manipulating information presented to the public. Why?
The New York Times recently published some controversial remarks made by Cliven Bundy which many considered racist. The Times took the remarks out of context which made the public’s perception quickly turn to disgust of Mr.Bundy. The disgust was quickly turned to anyone who had supported the ranching family in their dispute with the United States Bureau of Land Management.
While his choice of words was very poor and offensive to many, when you read his comments in entirety, I think you will see this is a man who is concerned for the well-being of all Americans.
Since the NYT article, an African American man who has acted as Mr. Bundy’s bodyguard through the entire ordeal with the BLM has come out publicly to say that Mr. Bundy is not a racist.
No matter what you think about Mr. Bundy’s remarks, the fed’s stand-down in the cattle grazing dispute is much bigger than one man. Liberty is something that’s at stake for ALL Americans, no matter what their skin color.
The federal government backed down and ended their siege against Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy less than 24 hours after an Infowars report connecting the land grab to Harry Reid and a Chinese-backed solar farm went viral.
The retreat is a major victory in against the larger fight against tyranny.
President Obama announced a new directive on Friday, January 17th, 2014 where he outlined "changes" to the NSA's bulk metadata collection program authorized under section 215 of the Patriot Act. While the mainstream media would have you believe that Obama ended the program, the massive dragnet will continue business as usual.
