Ciaran Brennan is the founder of Livecosts.com, a SAAS startup building construction cost management software.

Ciaran built a construction company in Australia, sold the company, and then moved back to Ireland. After successfully building his first company, he felt hungry for something bigger. He set his eyes on the world of SAAS and set out to build software for the world of construction. As a non-technical founder he had serious challenges, but managed to get his product built, and brought to market. He tells Emmet about struggling to figure out product market fit, what he did to find his CTO, his thoughts on working with a development agency as a startup and his tactics for sales and marketing in SAAS.

Jordan O'Connor created ClosetTools back in April of 2018 after turning a simple browser plugin he created to help his wife be more efficient with her use of Poshmark. After less than three years the business is generating almost $40k in MRR. Jordan has operated ClosetTools as an open startup and has chronicled his journey on his blog.
