This is to create an atmosphere where minorities tell their stories of how they have succeeded in life, growing a business, or in some other way, to create dialogue that includes and encourages civil discourse for the benefit of others. This will not only include voices of Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, Jews, Native Americans, or any other group that society considers to put in the racial parameter as a minority, but this will also include those of minority opinions and ideas.
