we took the website offline because many people where uploading random garbage form driver's licenses and JAVA contracts and even blank pages. This is out of control and people do not follow directions. Less than 20% uploaded is correct. We have crreated a new registration on the website. Visit even if you have already done the process and do it again, This requires filling in boxes only.
