Walking the Line between Logic and Emotion. Started my electronic hearing when I was a boy with movie scores like "Midnight Express" and sounds by John Carpenter, Jerry Goldsmith. Then in the 80ies I fell in love with the early club electronics that were part of the New Wave Aera in Europe (e.g. DM, Fad Gadget, The Normal, Human League, NitzerEbb, ...). Those early sounds had and will always have a large influence over my work and I want to thank all those great artists for their inspirational and creative work. They built my musical universe, my whole life.
Yesterday I received the Boss RC-505 MK2 Loop Station and had a quick play with it. I mainly want to use it as a flexible multi-tapelike Recorder for live improvisations. For sound input I used an Arturia Drumebrute and the iPad App Shoom (which I really love!). This track is just an experiment, exploring the features of the RC-505 and to see if it can do what I have planned to do with it.
Only a few days before our new single will be released. So listen to this remix until then. Have fun.
Opener for my upcoming album - but let's concentrate first on the single. I will make some tracks like this one available for some days only before I work on them again. So check my stream regularly
In a few weeks our first single "Auf immer und ewig" will be released on all major platforms. Here is a small preview for you. Keep tuned!
A small impro I did today.

Voices by an old record from around the 1960 my father had in his Vinyl collection. The sound is mainly an improvisation I did today. Photo by v2osk on Unsplash
Manic Depression by Alien Sex Fiend infected me many years ago. The text is influenced by their song. Photo by Mert Kahveci on Unsplash
A song idea without any vocals. btw: I explored and admired the Repro-1 synth from u-he in this project. Photo by Piotr Wilk on Unsplash
Nearly 1 year no music production and now I am back in (thanks to ableton for their new version of live).
An improvisation done in AUM on my iPad using several synths and effects (Synthmaster One, LayeR, iSpark, Elastic Drums, Shoom, …).
This is a live recording to see how the bastl kastle can be played live with notes. I used iPulsaret on the iPad to play notes, using the kastle as the sound source. iPulsaret can process live audio and adds an adsr envelope and pitch to the input. To smoothen it, I just dropped in some reverb (I know probably too much!).
This is a drone machine created with zmors modular. The modulation possibilities are incredible. I just used a simple xy-pad to modulate the synth live.
This is a small impro I did using my first synth I created with the Analog Kit app called "FMStepper". I am sure I only scratched the surface of this incredible app.
Yesterday I received my bastl kastle and I instantly fell in love with this nasty little box. This is the first improvisation I did. I added some delay/reverb for the effects.
