In time, the feather started to get tired of its inability to fly as it is used to when it was in the bird’s world. Now in isolation, it cannot fly and move where it desires since it is flimsy on its own. And it cannot tolerate its inability of deciding its fate.
One day, the feather decided to approach other similar feathers who are surviving in desolation. Even to do that it cannot arrive at where it wants, so couldn’t others. Here, the wind rules. Then the feather made up its mind to stick with whatever kind of feathers it came across while floating in the air, so to maneuver and flap as a wing. In a little while, there came an airstream that afloat anything lighter than brushwood. And it was at this time the feather met another feather aloft, and they managed to stick together.
Ultimately, they cope to mobilize a large number of casted feathers from different breeds of birds and hence on, they made a flying pair of the wing. Yet this wing is quite distinct with its variety of colors, and the thrust for its flying is not merely out of the desire to be part of other flying species, but to prove that diversity will never be enemy to equality.
Other feathers in the bird world noticed the determination of these flying feathers. They are impressed with what the casted feathers achieved and gave them the respect they needed through welcoming them once again to the bird world.
