Jesus suffered unjustly before men but justly before God, so that we can be free to suffer justly before God even if we suffer unjustly before men
Jesus created us in relationship and for relationship to show the world how he would bring people into relationship with himself
Jesus lived the life we could never live, died the death we should have died, and raised to give us a life we could never have otherwise – a life with him and for him
The Gospel is the message that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and was raised on the third day. Now, we get to partner with God in spreading this message to the World.
We can be the most thankful people in life, because Jesus has met our deepest need in life
The Gospel gives us the hope that one day we will no longer have to hope, because we've received everything we hoped for
Jesus is perfectly just, and in the end, will bring perfect justice and joy to and for his people – forever
There is an ultimate rest and victory for us, when our faith ultimately rests in Jesus and our lives ultimately rest on his commands
Our present reality and our future reality can all be seen in light of the past reality of the Cross.
